Super polite and helpful both over the phone and in the shop. Came in for a routine oil change and was greeted by Cooper with a smile. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Cooper went over all the details about the service and made recommendations for future services that I may need. No pressure, just information & it was greatly appreciated. I'll be back for sure.

It was my first visit to this location. I went for a simple (I thought) oil change on an 18 year old SUV. Lane and Cooper pointed out some serious issues that my normal shop had never mentioned. They stayed late to get all the work done and were conscientious about the costs that were piling up. I highly recommend having your auto work done here. I will be bringing my other cars here for now on.

DJ did an awesome job with my 69 Chevelle SS 396! Pleasant and involved me through the whole process. Yea awesome awesome and very particular for sure! Allen had assured me of DJ s talents with regards to his welding skills for my customize exhaust and he exceeded my expectations for sure ..and the shop was involved with helping him out as well! Midas in Rock Hill, Cherry Rd location was awesome! Allen McLemore took excellent care of me. We previously went in to get my A/C services and charged because we had no more cold air. Service was excellent and fast. But about a week later we didn't have cold air again. I went back to see what the problem was, Allen again looked for leaks and tested the compression. Which was fine. Because Allen was so knowledgeable and experienced he suggested that we need to replace the valve because it sometimes can cause a leak. He ordered the part and replaced it and fully charged the A/C again for FREE. I ca not say enough great things things about the people at this location. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I always go to Midas for my oil changes and small maintenance and repair. Thanks!

Allen was very helpful and accommodating in helping me get a new set of tires for my Equinox. They stayed late to finish up as I had to come after work and with traffic it did not leave them enough time to be done by 6 pm

Been going here about a year now and they have been nothing but great to me. They are great at communicating to a non car expert such as myself! The Manager Allen McLemore has great customer service understanding my time crunch and getting things done as efficient as possible.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!Literally tried to rip me off today. Went for an oil change and they attempted to sell me on repairs. My gut told me to go to my regular guy. After paying $79 for an oil change, I had a trusted service person tell me the repairs they were selling were total fabrication!! They gave a story about how "it's not your transmission.." but had already been told that it was... luckily that red flag was enough to stop me from paying the thousands of dollars for nothing. I HAVE THE DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE IT.

I have been going to midas/spee dee since my first car (3 cars ago). I ve been thru all management changes, & no matter who is working, they have always taken care of me! As a woman/younger person, needing work on her car, it can be intimidating not knowing all of the car terms, & feeling like you may get scammed, but I ve never felt like that at midas! Thank u to the team for always treating me like a second family.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

The manager and co manager were very friendly and even though I came in 13 minutes before closing to get my headlight fixed they stayed over to make sure the job was done.

I came to Midas to have my brakes and rotors done after another servicer failed to keep my scheduled appointment. They got me in in less than 20 minutes on a Saturday with no complaints. I dealt with Ian and Cooper who are both awesome guys. Not only did they do a great job with the brakes, but they discovered both of my differentials hadn t been properly serviced in awhile, despite that I had been paying people to do that. They immediately took care of my rear differential and got me in the very next week to take care of the front. Truck is running like new now. Great people and great service at a fair price. I ll be going there for all my regular maintenance now.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes
