Got my stabilizer links replaced yesterday on my Honda CRV, also an alignment. So far I have no complaints about the job. What I question is what i paid. I am totally aware and willing to pay for labor, parts, taxes and when there s a disposal fee depending on the type of job, but a $39.18 shop fee ?That makes no sense. Not happy about that

Broke down. Cody was very helpful and empathetic. Brought our car to the hotel we had to get. Traveled about 5 miles, car broke down again. Took to next meineke down the road. Guys fixed the problem. New spark plugs were defective. They also were very helpful. No charge. Good employees, thank you.

I needed a new muffler for my 2005 PT Cruiser GT Turbo convertible. And I wanted a new sound for it. The guys showed me what muffler I needed to buy ordered. It came back with it and they installed it. They did a great job. I love the sound of the muffler on the car. My husband and I were on our way from Ohio to Florida when my ignition coil went on my Jeep Wrangler. Per the recommendation from Glenn (Auto zone) my husband wen to Meineke at 7:30am the next morning where not only did they get my Jeep in right away they had it back on the road within hours. They also worked with my warranty company that ended up saving us over $800. Thanks to Glenn at Auto Zone and the Crew at Meineke we were able to make it Florida to enjoy our vacation!

After dropping my vehicle off for repair, the car battery died while in their care. The car alarm drained the battery. When I pick up the vehicle the managers states its my fault and offers to sell me a new battery. I call customer service due to the lack of responsibility and was told someone will get back to me at their earliest convenience. The area manager was rude and unprofessional as well. If you want convenience.. support a local mechanic. Either this brand or this location is in the dumps

Very accommodating to my schedule. Was able to inspect, change oil and diagnose an electrical problem in 2 hours!! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I m not getting my car serviced anywhere else from now on.

Kane and the crew took good care of me and my car. I needed to replace an exhaust manifold because of an exhaust leak. I also decided to have the shock and struts replaced while they had the car. Their prices were comparable to other shops that I comparison priced checked. The work was completed satisfactory and its been two weeks and i have no complaints. Like I said Kane and the guys there do a pretty good job.

Great place to have your auto service in rock hill. I recently went by to have my brakes changed I was very happy with the price I paid and the speed of service. The manager and staff are super friendly, quick to work on the car, and extremely knowledgeable.

Customer Service was Great, but the car service i received was not! I have to go back because the service I paid for wasn't done correctly.i didn't go in with any mishaps. I left out with a problem and immediately called back! After my visit my car wasn't even test driven or they would have realized it right away. I never had any problems in the past until this visit. Very unhappy.

I was a little upset when we were turned away after calling on Wednesday. However, I decided to give it another try on Friday, and I'm so glad I did! The customer service provided by D.J was exceptional! I am extremely satisfied with the services we received on Friday. Despite it being the day after Thanksgiving, D.J was the only one there running the front desk and working on cars. He is a very smart and respectful guy who advised my 17-year-old son exactly what he needed and had it done in just a couple of hours. He replaced the battery and alternator, and we haven't had any more problems with my son's truck. We will definitely be back for any future car needs.

Chris and team were brilliant. After taking my car to multiple exhaust shops to be told they couldn t fix the problem, took it to Meineke who fixed the issue in 45min only charging labor as no parts were needed.Will certainly take my car back for other services.

Was in and out within an hour, front desk guy helped me save some money, and service was great. Plus, the guy who did my oil change complimented my car so that s a bonus. They messed upMy front end whole doing a front brake and rotor replacement. Drive off caliper was broken one mile down road came back they said I broke it. I asked them thi call district manager 4 times. They didn t until I threaten to call the police. They told me the 3rd time I went it that they deemed it un drivable. Why didn t they the first 2 times they fixed it!! Because they broke the caliper putting on brakes. They said I did it leaving the shop. I drove one mile and caliper locked up. This place is the worst and the district manager threw me off the lot and place a trespassing warning not to come back. Then said if I didn t leave right now the district manager said he will call police and have me arrested. This is not the end of this.

I had to have my girlfriends car towed to Meineke since it would not start. She was in town from her home in Florida. The had her issue diagnosised with in an hour & repaired by lunch. I felt that they were very professional & very fair in the charges that I had them do an oul change & filter too. I would definitely use again & highly recommend.Services: Auto battery replacement, Oil change

The mechanic Victor was very helpful in explaining my car issues.Got me in and worked on my car in a timely fashion. I have been a long time customer for many years.I will say I am NOT happy with the major increases in pricing!!Thanks for your help Victor!!

Complete transparency - I'm a former employee.The mechanic is great, the wait times are an issue, and lack of shop staff makes it long. Other than that... Needs improvement.

I was very disappointed with this oil change.I was your 1st customer of the day.I was there very early because I had a lot to accomplish through out the day.I asked only to change my oil.I said I would walk to lowels to give you time to change my oil.I came 30 min. Later expecting for you to be finished.i was shown how dirty my air filter and cabin filter were and asked if I wanted them changed ,I said yes.thinking my oil changed had to already have been done because now all the stalls were filled and some cars were lifted up and being worked on.But no you waited for me to come back and for you to find out if I wanted filters to be changed 1st.So after you changed filters you finally changed my oil.I thought out of astablishing a good relationship with you and your business I would have you change the filters but when I found out you neglected my oil change till you found out about the filters I was very mad and still am.I hope you change your way of business and put your customer 1st. Like Joe did before he retired.Our time is very important.Also $18 for shop fee. Really!!!!!!

Couldn't ask for a better place to take my car for some TLC. From the phone call to schedule the appointment to the techs who performed the service to the service at the counter. A+. Would recommend this location to anyone.

I've always had a good experience getting my oil changed at Mieneke until this time. I arrived at 8:20am and was told it would be a 45 minute wait, even though no cars were ahead of me. I thought that was a long time, but didn't have time to go elsewhere. I left at 10am. - an hour and 1/2 later. I specifically asked what they did. He said oil change, checked all fluids- windshield wiper fluid and coolant, brake fluid and tires. He said they could not check the transmission fluid because they could not find the stick. ? Also, I have had a "message" light on which indicates my coolant is low. When I left, that message was still.there. They did not add coolant. Since it took.all morning to do a simple oil change, I was running very late,so could not go back. I would suggest you hire people who know about cars and who don't lie to customers. You have lost this one.Service: Oil change

If I could give this place a minus I would. Took my HONDA CRV in for repairs it took them half a day to find out they got the wrong part. Doesn't anyone check the parts before the part person leaves. Then it took them the other part of the day to find out that they diagnosed something wrong. The lady Asstiant manager was nice but couldn't give me a time or day to come back to get things right after all this my car is still not fixed .DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTIST. A bunch of idiots. AGAIN DONT GO HERE.Oh yeah I forgot I got locked in the bathroom because the door wouldn't open from the inside. The Asstiant manager said that they where supposed fix it several weeks ago but like everything thing else they can't get that right. Worst I have ever been treated by a company. Also I got stuck in there bathroom because the knob was not working the lady manager said it was supposed to be fixed months ago but still wasn't she even thought it was funny.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

The experience was stellar! I was kindly greeted, professionally questioned of what services I required. Then I was given timely progress reports, including photos areas of concern and clear descriptions of found problems and their costs. If I could it would be ZERO stars! BACK TO BACK SATURDAY APPT to get an alignment done. They can t even do it the first time because the tech didn t know how to use the machine: quite concerning. Then it takes two techs to do an oil change this place is a joke/ new manager Chris is a clown. DO NOT COME HERE AND ATAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE

I arrived for my online scheduled appointment, for a regular oil change 35.00, but instead I was given the higher priced 54.99 full synthetic service that's not required for my vehicle, and wasn't what I came in for. Then which I wasn't informed of until it was time to pay. I wasn't pleased at all. I inquired why the price change, and the young lady stated the manager did it. I paid and left without causing any drama. The sad part is it was the manager and when the young lady was asking why he did what he did he brushed her off. I won't return to Meineke Car Care Center in Rock Hill SC to have future work done to my vehicles, because of the dishonest price switching. I wasn't allowed to change the service that was done in the service selection from a previous one.Service: Auto brake replacement

I ve been servicing both my vehicles at the Dave Lyle Meineke for years now and have always received great customer service. All my maintenance work is performed in a timely manner and I m always informed of any issues they may find. I highly recommend Meineke to anyone for all their automotive needs!!
