Very nice people and I ve brought my car and truck here and both times I ve had a good experience. The inside is nice and always clean. The guy in charge is also very relatable.

I was greeted by the workers who showed me much respect. They also took the time to explain everything to me before doing any work to my car. The service was very pleasing during this visit.

Travis helped me with my vehicle along with my concerns. He was patient and he took his time to explain the issues my car was having. Meineke has gained a loyal customer. Great impression for a 1st time visit.

I went to do an oil change since I didn't have time to do it myself. Two days before I had changed the car's filters, spark plugs and brakes and a month ago I bought 3 new wheels for the car at Walmart. They do my oil change and they come out with a list of things to do to the $1400 car. The sad thing about that is that they asked me to change what I had already done. This place thinks you don't know anything. of mechanics and they want to steal it, how sad that it is like that, I will never return to that place again. an air filter that you change two days before. $65 hahaha and other things that were new they even offered to change the wheels of my car without realizing that they were almost new be careful with this place they only steal from people who don't know anything about mechanics

Overall satisfied. I've been here a few times after having issues at another shop close by. The team at Meineke seems to do a good job. Did have one minor issue after oil change but they quickly resolved.

I was traveling from Utah and had an obnoxious tire pressure light on. I went to multiple gas stations to use there air and all had issues so I wasted money or the air machine was broken. I about gave up. I work and run a shop myself in Utah and decided to just swing by here since I was driving by. The gentleman there was so nice and friendly and checked my tire pressure without me having to pull in or charging me. I was already having such a rough time since the reason for my travel there was because I had lost my mom just days prior. So I really appreciated the quick help and friendliness of the staff here.

Very professional, tried to save me money!! Fixed my car in a timely fashion, and explained what exactly was wrong and needed fixing without being condescending or having an attitude!! Awesome service!! Highly recommend!!

These folks are good. They were short staffed and the lady inside was waiting on a mechanic to get there. Got me done still in less than an hour. Great job

This is a Cut&Paste Email I sent Meineke.Please also keep in mind this was not a $19.99 oil change. It was an $80.00 + full synthetic oil change.I m sorry but I cannot do you justice by reviewing your business. I was not happy, nor do I believe I will be backto patronize your business.I was there for the first time yesterday (new to the area) for a simple oil change. I specifically asked your manager? a female working the front desk if the tech would check my tire pressure because I knew they were low. After I left already somewhat upset because they did not rotate my tires as you publicize on your website that is included with the oil change, but was I was never given the opportunity to refuse it. When I arrived home I thought I better check and see if they put the correct pressure into the tires only to find out they did nothing!I realize this may seem trivial to you but in my mind if your technicians cannot do the simple things, how can I be assured they will do the larger tasks in the future.Ray PrimonatoServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning for an oils change and headlight replacement. I ended up needing some additional work done as well including needing halogen lights instead of the light originally quoted. The young lady at the desk apologized, worked with pricing to get all done including replacing both headlights, and applied meinke points that I didn t know existed. Repairs were done quickly and customer service was A+!!

Went for a camaro, front staff were very friendly and helpful and gave multiple options for payment. Edit: the wait time and lack of updates on repairs could use improvement.

Quick and easy, friendly, extremely knowledgeable. Was upfront about the issues and even helped me figure out a reasonable price to fix issues that would have costed me thousands more at another shop. Will be a regular here

I visited Meineke at Herlong Avenue in Rock Hill, when my windshield wipers stopped working. They inspected my whole car for free, and I didn t owe a thing when I decided not to have any work done. I have an older car and they found about $6000 worth of work to be done to it. I decided to trade it in and get another car. They also got me in quickly to be seen! I had made an appointment online for 12 pm and called and they got me in earlier. Great service! Will definitely visit again!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Tia was very accommodating. The technician advised us of what the issue was. The only thing is that the cost was a little too high for the two hours of work that he performed.

I went for a basic oil change on 10/26/21. I drove 7 hours before I noticed they didnt put the oil cap back on and all the oil had spilled all over the passenger side of my car and engine. I checked the dipstick and it was completely empty. I called the store and told the manager what happened and he said he was sorry and would give me two free oil changes. I then had to have my car towed to have oil put back into it and my engine checked because I do not know how long I drove with no oil in my engine. It cost me $164.72 for the oil and to clean my engine. I asked the Meineke store manager if he could reimburse me for this and he told me he couldnt with out escalating it to corporates. So I asked him to escalate it to corporate and corporate told me they do not offer refunds or reimbursements but offered me a store credit. They wouldnt even reimburse me for the $45.68 oil change that spilt all over my car. I do not recommend this location or Meineke after being out $200 for a simple oil change and not helping me out on the cost incurred for their mistake.Service: Oil change

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!! Rate is a BIG FAT ZERO!!!Took it in for rear brake replacement. Upon pickup, they said, "So about that chirp your car is making." There was no noise when I dropped it off!!!!My husband looked at it before I agreed to pay. He showed me... they moved the drive belt so it would be off by one tooth.I couldn't believe they said the car was dangerous to drive and could snap on me at any time. Wanted to charge another $500 to "fix it." It took 5 minutes for my husband to move the belt back in place. No wear and tear found. Perfectly good belt!! NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

In the past this place was not on my list to visit. However, with the new team it's a complete turn around. I love how they document the full vehicle inspection. Also Zach is awesome and willing to over any maintenance tips if you want. I've had a great experience overall and it's great they keep track of previous orders to know what oil you used last time.Services: Tires, Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Inspection

I showed up to the Dave Lyle location for a 7:30am appointment I scheduled yesterday. The doors were locked and no employees ever showed up. I called this location at 8:05am and spoke with Zachary Lawler on the phone. He told me just to go ahead and bring my vehicle over and they'd be happy to service it! My ac went out in my vehicle while driving yesterday and ac is a big deal for me due to some health issues that cause heat-intolerance. I couldn't afford to lose this appointment, and I'm so grateful Zachary was willing to get me in for a last minute appointment at his location. 10 out of 10 would recommend. These guys are honest and professional.Service: A/C installation & repair
