My parents used to always tell me, "If you take care of your vehicle, it will take care of you", and I fully believe in this shop. I've been here several times for multiple vehicles and the staff and quality of the work completed has been nothing short of amazing! Working with Hunter, Aaron, Will, Cameron and Charlie has been a breeze, they have taken time out to answer my questions and really ensure that I understood what work they were providing, as well as what to expect!

This shop made is easy to schedule an appointment and the service was quick! They are knowledgeable and were able to service my car in a timely and professional manner. I was especially appreciative of their honest assessment of the problem and how they treated me respectfully. I made this visit by myself, hubby was not with me. This group of men did not try to patronize me or add in services I didn t need. That has happened at other car repair shops, so I was thankful for their honesty. I would recommend this shop for your tire and brake needs!

Gage made everything so easy for us! Super knowledgeable and saves you money right away.We came in with a tire that needed patching as well break pads and rotors that needed changing and he had us in and out within a few hours. Alone with friendly and efficient workers the entire place was spotless and welcoming. We will definitely be back for any future car needs.

Outstanding service! Received email confirmation and a followup call to confirm my appointment. Arrived at the location and was quickly checked in. The service advisor took the time to show and explain what was going on with my breaks and provided a quote.My Lincoln stops so smooth and I appreciate the quality of work. Thanks again!

Took my car here for 2 tires, they got it in and out in a timely manor. On top of that they looked the car over as well. They tested my battery and told me it was in need of replacement, they checked my brakes and seen they were low in the front, and because of how my tires were worn out on the edges they gave me a complementary alignment check. The service manager was polite and knowledgeable, and he has a great crew! Once I have the money I will definitely be back to do the brakes, battery, and alignment. Thanks Hunter and crew! Came in for a flat tire fix. Hunter and the rest of the team greeted me like family. It was a super pleasant experience. Quick and efficient. Mavis never fails to take care of their customers. Always putting them first. Will definitely be back for future work!

Brought my truck in for a alignment and tire rotation. They did a complementary inspection and noticed everything was in good shape except my rear brakes. I got my brakes, alignment, and rotation done in a timely manor!! Hunter ( one of the managers there ) helped me out tremendously and even showed me that the brakes were actually low. Thanks Hunter and crew! I will definitely be back!

I ve been to this location a few times and have been mostly pleased with the service. Today, I brought my car in for a pre-scheduled oil change appointment, which they did. They also pointed out a problem with my shocks and struts and wrote up a quote, which was fine. Right when I was getting ready to leave, they decided to look at something else which felt impulsive. It ended up being the cabin air filter, but I felt out of the loop when I was waiting for 20-30 more minutes. It turned out that they were waiting for the part to get delivered, but they didn t tell me that they needed to get the part delivered. I wish they kept me informed about what they were doing and were a little more considerate with my time.

The guys here were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I needed completely new brake pads, rotors, & an oil change and they got it done & me on my way in less than 3 hours. They gave me discounts without me having to ask. Your vehicle is definitely in good hands here. The shop is clean as well.

Called before 9am opening time and phone was answered immediately by Q asking how he could help. After explaining several tire options I was satisfied with my selection to my surprise he told me he could get it done relatively quickly and to head on in.Entering the clean and inviting parking lot I saw employees hustling around with patrons busy coming in and out. A gentleman came out directing me to a parking space, he immediately knew who I was by description of vehicle I provided earlier. It was Q!Information and keys switched and work on my truck started shortly after. This crew is a efficient pack of hyenas on the hunt..I say that because they laughed, smiled and perform fluently!Shortly after Q once again explained mileage/warranty to ensure earlier agreement was understood.In under 30 minutes I was leaving happy with my purchase, confident my tire was safe and reliable, and mostly impressed because I was one of MANY receiving the same treatment!New customer from here on out, Thanks Guys

I have been trying to get off early to take care of a blown tire for three days. I was riding 75 miles a day on a donut tire. Hunter was totally professional and nice. The later hours on Thursday also saved the day. Thank you!

Matt and James did a phenomenal job on servicing my car. Had a nail from a construction site wedged in the tire and they did an excellent job making sure I was given excellent service. I will definitely come back to Mavis for future service since they are expanding locations onto Cherry Road. Thank you Matt, James, and team.

Hunter and Cameron at Mavis Tire Rock Hill SC went above and beyond when purchasing 4 new tires. Not only did they give me the best quote around for great tires. They also helped me out with dealership problems. Knowing I was in need of a new axle didn t push me to use them and helped me with hopefully getting it covered under warranty!!! Will definitely continue my service HERE!!!! Thank you

Gage at Mavis was great! We showed up an hour before close on Christmas Eve and he was happy to help. He and his team got us right in, patched our tire, and had us back on the road home within 30mins. Honest & friendly service.

I had a flat tire and needed to buy a new one. Hunter and the rest of the employees got to it quickly and had clear pricing options. Had to go back for a small problem and they worked on it immediately. Thank you for helping so fast and being transparent about final costs.

This review is for the store 2074 off of Celanese Road in Rock Hill. Q is the manager of this establishment and he was great ! He helped me in every way possible for patching my tire even though i wanted a used tire but i just didn't have the funds and i went to the 2nd option which was patching the tire and i had no problem with it since that was the 2nd cheapest option. Even tho i already had another patch in the same tire he went and patched it anyways and helped me out !! They Also checked my other tires and filled my air to make sure everything was okay with the other ones since i am going on a long road trip. The customer service was great ! They are super friendly and nice and i actually had a good conversation with them for the short amount of time i was there and the other worker Deffrey' while me and other customers waited. They have outstanding performance. Like i said they are super friendly but really professional and I'm really lucky to live right down the road from them if i ever need any other assistance. It was quick and efficient and my time waiting there was amazing and i really like that they engage with their customers and try to help in any way possible. Make sure to ask for Q or Deffrey if you need any car assistance, help, or questions since they helped me the best ! (in the pictures below you can see the nail and then the nail taken out and patched !!!)

My car tire was making a funny noise and I thought it was low on air but when I checked the tire pressure it was fine. I took to Cameron at Mavis and he let me know that the tire had worn on the inside which I could not see. He actually show me the tread depth and told me that the tire was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. I thank him so much for keeping me and my family safe and his customer service and attention to detail was much appreciated. How about that?

My car battery was low recently so I came here to get it looked at. the store was clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. They were able to assist me and I was in and out very quickly and satisfied. I will continue to come here for work on my car!

Made an online appointment for a wheel alignment at 11am on Wednesday. Called day before on Tuesday to reschedule for 3pm instead of 11am. Manager said no problem. Called day of to confirm and the assistant manager said that the manager never changed the time to 3pm but he could take me in at 5pm. Manger was off today, of course. Although their error caused me inconvenience, I agreed to 5pm. I arrived at 450pm. Assistant manager ignored my presence. After getting his attention, he never greeted me. Told me someone quit and he only had one technician. Took my keys and walked away. His entire demeanor spewed that he did not want to be there. Poor customer service and attitude. I'm never coming back or using Mavis. How did this location receive a 4.9 star review!?! I call b.s.

Everybody I spoke to was so helpful and polite, the price was fantastic, and they got all the work done on my car so fast after a shoddy dealership job! Absolutely will be coming back here again next time I have car issues!

Just don't!!! I waited 4 hours for 4 tires. 1 of my tires sat on the wheel balancer for 38 minutes. While one guy walked around another sat in the back eating. The manager pulled his car inand cleaned it out.It was only me and a oil change was all they had to do. There is NO SENSE OF URGENCY TO GET YOU IN AND OUT OF THERE

Great service! Being open on weekends, including Sunday is also a HUGE plus.. Hunter at the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable concerning my issue. A fair price and quick service.I ll be back

I ve been to this location a few times and the staff is always attentive and kind. Gage helped me this particular time and was awesome. I needed an alignment before taking a trip and they were able to get me in and out in under an hour. You won t regret it coming here!

I was recommended by a friend to try out this tire and brake place. It's a good place but a bit pricey, for me anyway. Please if you just need brake pads only I would recommend it cause it's a lot cheaper but if the situation is further than that then look for other options. I really don't know about the cost of their tires. You have to see for yourself. Overall good customer service.
