Don t know if the comments are fake about the wait and service quality! I have toke my car her several times and thought I was finding a good repair shop. However, Joey seems to be all ways nice and honest! Mark is rude, untrustworthy and a get over! Don t know it s because I m a black woman or what! Had my car towed in for repairs on a Thursday, called the shop to confirm my drop off when Mark answered, I let him know my car was on the way and right off said we got you down for tomorrow! When Joey had already told me Friday was booked up! Mark said have it dropped anyways! I scheduled for an oil change and to have a leak checked! After having my car for two whole day, Mark said it will take five more because he had to order a part! I didn t believe him so I picked my car up with no oil change and an over charged leaked half fixed ! Mark will scam you if you let him!

Excellent shop. Mechanics know what they are doing and talk to the customer with respect and assuredness. Price is fair and they were flexible with my schedule. I will come here from now on.

We had a coolant leak on our RV's engine. Mark and his team at Mac's Automotive we're extremely professional, very friendly...over the top on customer service!! They provided us top quality work and excellent service every step of the way. They took the time to explain what was going on, kept us informed every step of the way, and even dealt with our warranty company! They are an impeccable team and we will take every vehicle related issue we have each and every time in the future!It is so hard to find a mechanic shop with this level of service these days. Mark (Owner) was very open and honestly about cost and warranty. Gave many different options based off what my cars needs where and what he felt was the best option. He tells you ways to save money. His service is fast and on time.

I've had an issue with my AC for over 2 years no one can seem to figure out. Mark took the time to actually listen to me and take steps to figure out what could be causing the issue. Top nothch customer service from him and his team.

I highly recommend this shop!!The service was great! The guys over at Macs did a phenomenal job on my jeep. They called me giving me updates on the progress, making sure everything was fitted into my time line. They have the best prices around the area. Mark is professional, polite and honest. He explains your repairs in terms you understand. No matter how busy the shop is, he remains pleasant and polite. The pricing is the best in the area. I have taken my car to Mark for years and followed him when he opened his own shop. As a female, it s important to have a car mechanic you can trust. I won t take my car to anyone else.

Mark is phenomenal. We have two cars both of which have been taken care of by Mark. Service is always exceptional, price is always better than expected and he will continue to get whatever cars we own as long as we are in the area. Highly recommend giving him a call for any work or repairs that need to be done.

Very positive atmosphere in the shop. Mechanical techs were professional and knowledgeable. Reasonable prices. Turned my 1997 Lincoln town care into a new riding car after front end pitman arm replacement. I would recommend this shop to any person who is familiar with mechanics or those who know nothing about mechanics. Great service,

I had an issue with the air ride system in my vehicle. They diagnosed and fixed the issues with incredible speed and at minimal cost below what I expected. They also gave me a timeline of when other issues will need to be addressed without any pressure to work on more than what I walked in with already. I definitely will be going back for additional care and maintenance in the coming months.

I needed a clutch kit installed I was told it was ok to purchase my own parts and it would cost $400. Parts arrived and we're installed by one technician who told me parts were defective. Owner does his "diagnosis" and also does not now the problem. I immediately filed a claim for product liability and was told I had to buy a new clutch kit from the shop and had to pay for that installation as well. All the sudden I'm charged for Materials, labor, shop supplies, and diagnosis without any permission. Turns out the clutch kit was not defective and now I owed $1400 and could not have my vehicle until paid in full. I expressed my financial situation asked for help figuring out a way to pay. My vehicle is the only was I'm able to make money so no vehicle no money. 10 days later I still can't pay or work and I ask for any type of help because now I'm falling behind and was told because others didn't pay he wouldn't help me instead he said he was going to keep my vehicle and charge me for storage and that he was not concerned with my "sob stories". I have never been so humiliated or disrespected by a business owner. I went to him needing services not the other way around. A customers services is how businesses stay open so to not care about my family and situation or even try to help make me never want to support small business again. There was no written agreement, zero communication during the process, forced to pay for unauthorized work performed, no transportation for 15 days and no help. As a customer I did everything correctly and suffered greatly. So if your on a budget or have family issues or can't work then don't go here. You are forced to buy thier parts, pay whatever they decide, and will be told they will just take your vehicle from you. ThanksService: Transmission
