Bill & his team members are highly professional both in behavior & with tasks (or repairs) on hand! They did a great job on my car s repair needs. Additionally, Bill gave me a good price (& additional discounts even after the work is done for which I got delighted & happier.) The overall environment (discussing with Bill or others) is very friendly & stress-free. Bill also provided candid suggestions/information of what I should do or should not do (Pros & Cons) ; so the decision making was easier for me.I would not hesitate to go back to Bill (& his team members) for any of my future needs & I highly recommend his business to others.

Working with Bill was great! He gave me a great price, was professional, and has a great work ethic. The car took longer than expected to finish but, how did he make it right??? He offered to pay the extra car rental days I incurred for being without my car. He also had me picked up from the car rental so I wouldn t pay for an Uber! Talk about customer service! I had my Nissan Rogue 2015 car done by Maaco, Cherry Road in Rockhill, NC. Bill Capel was a pleasure to work with. The car took a little bit longer to finish because of the parts availability. In the end, he even discounted the price from his original quote because I waited that long. However, they did a really good job restoring my car. See the "before" and "after" work that they did. Bill and his team saved me from having to spend thousands of dollars to fix a nasty scrape on my car door (other shops said I'd have to REPLACE my door entirely!). My car was kept a little longer than initially estimated, but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend!

The price was very reasonable. The owner and everybody else is really nice and I understand when things happen, like there paint booth went down. After bringing fender flares home, the color doesn't match and some areas the paint is patchy. You get what you pay for. I really like the people there so next time I'll bring my truck so they can match the paint better.

The people at Maaco are amazing! So friendly and informative and reasonably priced too. This is the second car we ve taken to them. Not just painting, but body work too! I wouldn t use anyone else! Like family, but super skilled!

This is a scammer. Fake business. One time also the guy who scammed me they doing the same thing here. Never go to this shop. They will rob you. I am very familiar with the fake business now especially auto repair business after being cheated multiple times . This kind of business should be demolished by the authorities.

Vince and the guys did a great job with my car. I had peeling clear coat, unpainted panels, and scratches everywhere. Got it done very quickly and it looks perfect!

They did a great job with my 1978 Impala. They took care of the rust and transformed it from poo brown to a beautiful blue!They were very friendly, and kept very good communication the entire time they had the car.

On February 10th 2024, my 72 yr old Uncle took his car there for it to be painted. The guy helping him was very ugly and rude to him. If they have cameras and care about their customers they should consider watching it around 8:45 am. He was ugly in front of customers also. My uncle was to leave his car to be painted as planned but the guy talked to him so ugly and rude that he just left! Customers is what pays your check Mr. Rude!!

I do not recommend repairs at this location as you cannot get updates without having to call their directly and hope someone answers the phone. Plus the first date I was told was missed and was told the next Monday and now that date has come and gone. Caliber is so much better with daily updates automatically via text. Called back after getting a response late yesterday 12/1 and Bill is so rude and still can t get an update when my vehicle will be done and has been there for over 30 days. Hung up because all I get is excuses, HORRIBLE customer service!

Took my wifes mustang to get painted and for the price they did an amazing job. Bill was very courtious and handled any issues we had with grace and class. He made sure everything was taken care of and that we left happy. To me that means alot because now a days you cant depend on people to look out for you and he went above and beyond. You couldn't ask for better customer service. I will be going back when im ready to get my 2013 mustang repainted.Service: Painting

Vincent was beyond incredible. I had 3 body shops tell me there wasn't a part for my vintage cadillac and it would need to be welded. This was not at all an ideal solution. Vincent fabricated the piece and had it fixed in 2.3 seconds.It wasn't my car, but there was one that was freshly painted... and omg! It looked amazing.The quality and customer service out of this shop is above and beyond!

Had my truck for almost 3 months after being postponed 3 or 4 times then had to take the truck back 3 additional times only to get nothing fixed finally said the hell with it Bill seems like a decent person just doesn't employ good people..

Really a good experience, note to self, make sure we talk about the existing clear coat be removed before painting.... But what an Awesone Group of people!!!!!! Can't beat them!!!!!

I am very unhappy with the way my paint job turned out. I took my truck to be painted in May of 2020. I returned to pick it up on 6/19/2020. I complained that there were runs in the paint, waves and it was bumpy. I was told they would fix it. So I left my truck at Maaco again. I returned in a month to pick up my truck and nothing had changed. It was still runny, wavy, and bumpy. Just an over all sloppy paint job.Service: Painting

Rock Hill location of Maaco does things right! Got my Ranger pickup repainted, same color. Great job! Looks like it did when it came off the showroom floor! However, the bodywork that I had asked to get done was left off the shop order, and therefore hadn't been completed. I talked to Vincent, who had done my estimate. His reply? "If you're not happy, we're not happy." So I just picked the vehicle today and everything's done that I wanted done! These guys are a class act! My only complaint is that I wish they did a better job of keeping me informed of the status of the project. They never initiated a call; I had to call to get updates.

Bill and Vincent, the two guys who we met in the office, are excellent at customer service. Their attitude is positive. They were quick to give us an estimate. We made an appointment and brought the car back to be painted. We are very satisfied with the work. The car is 16 years old so I wasn t expecting it to be perfect. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. We had already gotten an estimate from another place. The price there was three times as much. Now it looks like I m riding around in a new car. It s a good car, a 2007 Camry. I ve always liked the car so I didn t want to get rid of it just because of the paint. I am grateful to the guys at Maaco on Cherry Road in Rock Hill for my new-looking ride.Service: Painting

Had some real issues after a paint job with no response from customer service. Just be careful , take photos before and after. Hope that they will be peaceful and work with you if there are problems.
