From the first time I've always gotvthe best treatment from Whitney and crew they have done work on both of my trucks and motor home and worked on a good friend of mine truck as well with great out come I highly recommend Gaston Glass for truck accessories and installation

These people are amazing! Don't be fooled by thinking they just do glass! Glass the do, and very well! But they rigged our jeep to flat tow and walked us through the whole training process. They fixed a messed up seal in the window and one in the RV that was whistling terrible! Love this company. JOHN was an angel for us!

A huge thanks to Brandon and all his staff for helping me set up my truck. Honestly I couldn't be happier about the service I got here. Gaston Glass took the time to help me through every question, get every part, and always made me feel welcome even when I changed my mind about things I wanted. I could call and get an opinion and stop by to ask dumb questions on preferences like whether the chrome lug nuts or black lug nuts looked better. Which Brandon gladly ordered both for me just to help with the choice. All he said was I'll order you both and send back the ones you don't like. That is what real customer service is. I'm telling you that this is the only place I'll bring my truck to for accessories. I also can call and get an opinion on who would be best suited to do the other work on my truck if it isn't something they deal with. If you don't want to be treated like a number and struggle to get prices and call backs then skip the big name stores in Charlotte because they always seemed too busy to even get you a price.I am glad I found this place. Thank you for everything. You have my business and the business of everyone who asks me where I get the parts for my truck at.

I was quoted $85 to clean the drainage tube to my sunroof and was told the service would take 1 hr. The service was completed in 40 minutes & the cost was increased to $141 including tax. Was told service would increase if something additional had to be done which was not. The right drainage tube was blocked and that should have been included to be unblocked in the $85 price as quoted. Have used three before and they were reputable but I guess w/ inflation, they have to inflate their prices!

Update!!!! Mario, a district manager reached out to me and through 6 phone calls and several text messages listened to my frustrations fixed the problem and rectified the situation. A big thank you for your concern and the time you took to help a customer. I will now say I will be a returning customer and recommend others to trust this company with any purchase from them. Purchased a bed cover from them it broke within 2 months of it being installed. Not a huge deal I understand things happen, I took it back the staff agreed it was a warranty issue. Staff member named Whitney took pictures and told me to be patient it could take a few weeks to hear back from the manufacturer. I waited 4 weeks and called back, Whitney had no idea who I was or what I was talking about. So I again explained what was going on and she told me she would call me back with answers. Another 2 weeks go by and I call back this time another staff member takes my information because Whitney is on vacation but promises me she would call me back. Well another two weeks go by now I call the manufacturer they tell me to send two pics showing the damage. Less than 24 hours later I received an email from the manufacture stating they would send me a replacement directly to me. Gaston Glass in Rock Hill completely failed at a simple customer service issue. I spent thousands of dollars with them but I will never go back and I will never recommend anyone go there. .

Whitney and Dusty were awesome and helped me more than they know. I bought a car and the tint was horrible they knew exactly what to do and I can see out my windows again. The pricing is great and the help is even better. Thank you guys for everything.

Gaston Glass sucks ! I took a rock hit and needed a windshield replaced. Sent insurance referral to them. No one called me . I had to call. Guy that answered the phone could ve cared less passed me off to some other lady. She never called me back, so I had to call again. Got her on phone and she only complained about how busy she was said she would get me scheduled but never called back. I called back again twice but told she had been on phone all day and then went home. I just went somewhere else.

Assertive selling on the front end, but the quality of installation service and responsiveness to problems after the sale is lacking. My canopy paint got damaged (3" scratch) on the install, and had a warranty defect on a window insert that I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me about.

Just completed the purchase of an ARE Truck Cap and Bed Slide from them and the entire experience was fantastic.They are very customer oriented and if they say they will call, they call. Working with them we placed an order, in 3-4 weeks all parts were in, we agreed on a time for install, and well within the time they stated the work was done.From the front Desk working directly with the Customers, to the Technical Team behind the scenes performing the hands on upgrades and installs, they did a A+++ Job on my Truck!I will not hesitate to use them again.Thanks to the entire Team at Gaston Glass & Truck Accessories!

Burns Chevrolet recommended my husband to go here to get his windows tinted on his new car. You could tell that they actually enjoy their job and take pride in what they do. They did a fantastic job. We will be going back when we get another car. Would definitely recommend!

Came here the first time and everything was great! Then I come to have a replacement window and tint, they told me it would be done at 8:30 am if I dropped it off the day before. It s now an hour and a half after they have closed and the car still isn t out of the shop. I called at 4 pm and they said 40 minutes. Very disappointed in the timing and no phone calls to tell me how late it would be.

Seemed nice enough at first, tables turned fast though. The parts I ordered were 2 days late, never did receive a courtesy call informing me of arrival. They thought they were the only only ones locally selling A.R.E camper shells so their mark up was borderline price gouging. I found the exact same top locally for 600$ less. When I approached them with the difference, they said and I quote they aren t supposed to be selling ARE so basically he thinks he can charge whatever he wants due to his make believe monopoly. When I told them what I found and that I was disappointed in the lack of communication, that s when they started to be rude. I ll never go back, but so you all know, shop around, it s not very hard to find better prices or services.

I bought a bed cover from them two years ago and the rubber seal liberated from it's foundation. They agreed to fix it and did. I did not like that my truck was filthy around the bed where the repair took place. I also had glue on the hood of my truck. Not quite sure how the glue made it from the truck bed to the hood. I had to use chemicals to remove the glue from my hood.

We recently had our windshield replaced on our 2008 Fleetwood BOUNDER. We were referred to Gaston Glass and Truck, who specializes in RV windshields. I just want to give them kudos for a job well done. The staff and shop were very knowledgeable and professional. The owner, Jessie is a respectful person who treats his customers with honesty and he s forthcoming with up front information. Finding a trusted shop that gets the job done correctly is far and few these days. Gaston Glass and Truck truly have my business going forward. If you can avoid this place I would. Terrible service. Told me they'd have my car ready that day, so at about thirty minutes before closing I call in and they say oh we need to get some parts in. Next day, they tell me they will call me and sure enough I have to call to find out my car is ready. Then they broke some clips. Told me they would order them and let me know when they are in. I call a week later and they hadn't even ordered them yet. What kind of establishment runs this way. Good price though which is why two stars rather then one.

I tried getting nerf bars for my 99 Nissan Frontier. They had no parts??? Funny how Amazon has the parts and Rock Auto. Guess I'll order from then and put em on myself? Bed Liner a bit pricey but guess I'll put that on myself as well since they might be outta stock?

Have done Biz with Gaston Glass for the last 6 Mo's.... I sell cars for a living and use Gaston Glass for everything from Bed liners to Window tint to even Car stereos... If you need something for your automotive call and ask for KATLYN!!!!! SHE IS ALWAYS ON TOP OF ALL MY WORK ORDERS.... HOWEVER the best part is the price and the work they do...

I went to Gaston glass for a lift on my Tacoma, plus new wheels and tires. Great customer service every step of the way and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

they do a great job window tinting.had a couple vehicles tinted by them and had one little mistake with a window and they went back and fixed it quick for free.will definitely be back for more business

Very nice people... (all except for one and you will know it is her grumpy ars when you try to talk to her or say good morning) I had my windows tinted and after the third time of them re-tinting my windows I had it removed.

Terrible tint experience! Had 100s of cars tinted at cs motorsports! Never had a problem! I come to gaston once and get poor workmanship and excuses

The BEST customer service I have had since I moved to Rock Hill in 1989. Everyone was busy in the office and shop, but they stopped to assist me with my questions, items to purchase and advice how to install them
