I took my dodge magnum to this shop to get it lifted for 30 inch rims. And it still wasn't right after the 6th time going back to this shop. Bolt were loose, tires were leaning. And more .I call him and his response was bring it back after the 6th time towing it 1.5 hour one way I quit going there. They got me out my money, but had to find legit shop to redo everything. I don't like to do the reviews but this shop was a waste of my time, don't waste your time. I even took video and pictures every time i gone to pick up my car.

I was so disappointed in this place! I called and asked could they put my tires on my 30in Rucci's and I was told yes, prior to driving 2hours plus so upon arrival I was told nobody came to work that does the tires and rims so I left them with the owner and here I am again 3 days later still no tires on my rims! The owner never called or made any contact with me!

If you have a cracked wheel, do not allow them to touch it. They fill the crack with JB weld, and it's leaking again within a week. You will end up sending it to someone who will actually weld the wheel, and it will cost you even more money because they will have to clean all the jb weld off it.

They where supposed to repaint my rims and put new tires on them they changed me 1200 dollars and they looked like they where spray painted this shop need to be put out of business do not take your business here also cleared coated the side wall of tire

This was a great experience. The guy that helped me pick out the rims was very helpful and he made sure I was happy with the pick. He also called to let me know he had the rims and tires ready. If you looking for a place to look for rims their prices are reasonable and they pride themselves on making sure you are good before you leave.

I visited Krazy Kustoms a few months ago to get my 15 inch subwoofers hooked up it was a bad experience they hardly had any help there and I had to wait for 6 hours which I understand because it takes a while to wire the subwoofer up to the battery but the front desk lady they had to help people when they come in wasn t friendly she was rude and never asked me would I like anything to drink while I waited but as soon as a white person comes in she all friendly to them but was rude to me??? . I m like what the H***!!??? so when they did get finished with my speakers the white guy asked me what year was my suv I told him and he said that my suv was too new and the speaker wires they had wasn t compatible with my suv I m like what??? I seen guys with 2021 cars and trucks and they had no problem getting there system hooked up I ve talked to a lot of people about this and they told me he didn t know what he was doing and I told them I felt the same way and they told me the lady at the front desk is his wife and she is rude and only be nice to certain people smdh I m like the money isn t a problem I got the money it s just the service was very bad and unprofessional so I won t be going back there any time soon ..

Pretty disappointed. I called when they opened to see if they had availability and I was told to come in at 11 and I arrived about 10:55 and was told I had an hour wait before they could start on my vehicle . Very unprofessional and lack of empathy or concern for their mistake along with no attempt to speak with the person that told me to come in . It wouldn't have been an issue if I wasn't told they could get to me at a certain time or informed me it was first come first serve but I went out of my way to meet they're time frame just to be put on hold

Need two cars painted. After reading all their reviews, I come to realize that the owner doesn t play games when it comes to telling people how it is! Most owners after getting a one or two stars they just kiss up to the customer. But not this one. Happy to finally see someone tell it like it is. Keep up the good work! God bless!!!

Marice is awesome. Krazy Kustoms is that place you find and didn't know you were looking for. The customer service is top notch. They have a large number of designs and will go the nine to get you the best looking high quality package at an affordable price. It is very rare that a business gives you the service you deserve. People work hard for their money and deserve to be respected and treated like a partner and not a $$ I recommend if you are ever in need of any kind of car repairs go see Krazy Kustoms.

Called Neal to get a cracked rim repaired I was in and out in about an hour. Great service and great work and will definitely give them my tire and rim business

This company does not even deserve one star!!! They did a HORRIBLE job on my sister's car June 2018. They painted the hood (and neglected to paint under the hood!!), front bumper cover, and erroneously painted the bottom grill. The paint was very cheap, they did not do a bottom coat/primer of paint underneath the actual, the color does NOT match the rest of the car at all like it is supposed to, they charged us $250 for this botched job, and the paint job almost immediately started chipping!!!! The owner is almost never there as he is quickly in and out. This company is unprofessional, and I would not recommend anyone taking anything there for service. Just horrible!!!!!!!!!!!

I am currently dealing with Neal and his crew and i have enjoy their business. I bought tires and rims and there were some bumps but they were more than willing to fix the issue. I will be dealing with them again in the near future.

Not even a one star. Went there looking to get a tire but employee didn't seem to eager to help you and when he went out of the room back about 20 minutes later. he still didn't help didn't answer questions. he supposedly went out the room to go check on the tire come back started calling about another tire business because customer. Just called and wanted for high-dollar tires .so I guess you have to be a high-dollar customer. Would recommend they remove the title of new and used tires Because unless you getting new high price tires they don't want to talk to you. Wasted 30 minutes for nothing.

First time here... Recommended by an associate I work with. I can't really say much good at this time... I got here round 10:45 they didn't have my tires so I guess he call his tire man and told me they would be here at 1:00... So I left and came back at 1:00 and still wasn't here so I sat for another 30 minutes and still wasn't here... Had to pick my daughter up from work told them our be back. That's wen they told me my tires was here. It's now 2:00 I had to go...come back round 3:15 now I'm waiting to get my tires on... He said 30 or 40 mins. So now here I wait.... That's my 2 cents...

Got rims mounted and balanced, weights fail off, steam was broke. Went up there a second time to get done over weights fail again. Not to mention 3 brand new rims out the box damage.

Weird but true story. Last Friday I was having car trouble and pulled into Krazy Kustoms to wait on AAA towing. I went in to tell the business that my car was in there parking lot waiting on towing. I was met with kindness really when I was in tears, nothing like a woman having car problems, lol. The gentlemen in showroom said no problem with my car waiting on tow. If I ever need rims or tires, I know where I am going , Thanks

My fiance and I have been doing business with neal for a while. We try and support local businesses. Also, he sold me a lexus a few years back and I loved the car and still have it actually. However, I was looking for another car and he happened to have another lexus I had a good experience the first time so we decided to purchase the car! Absolute total nighmare about a few weeks after the purchase! First he lied about the miles on the car it was over 250,000 the cluster in the vehicle was damaged so it gave a false reading! He knew this to so he replaced it and wahla the new odometer reading showed the real miles! I was completly upset! We paid him 6k in cash for this lemon also we took it back to him because the ride was rough and I almost ran into the concrete wall getting on to I-77 just by slightly making a sharp turn the car lost control! he claimed he fix the wheel bearing and something else after my finace told him what happened! He didn't fix anything took it to another shop and long story short we could have been killed in this car! they found a broken tire rod,wheel bearing wasn't even changed just packed with greese and hanging off, the break caliber was cracked and the ball joint was loose along with the gasket leaking oil! Pretty much the tire could have just rolled off the car! I will not be doing business with him anymore from this point on he shouldn't have done one of his most loyal customers this way! Car not even worth 2k it's a shame I'm going to look into pursuing legal action on this especially since my life was in danger do to his negligence when all he could have done was be up front about the issues with the car! You simply don't conduct business this way!

My experience at this "BUSINESS" is as follows less than 2 years ago I came to this place to simply get my windows tinted from a recommendation that I got from a co worker that shops here frequently and put in a good word about them so I visited and told the shop keep that I wanted "the darkest LEGAL tint as possible" which for those who don't know is (27%) he quoted me a price of about $200 like $30 or $40 per window upon hearing how "GREAT" of a deal this was I wanted it done ASAP simple enough right. Or so I thought after having them finish the job to my surprise it was a bit darker than I expected it to be in which I asked if they were sure it was at the LEGAL tint level to which they assured me that it was so as far as the finished product I was pleased with the job they did and the owner even lifetime guaranteed the tint which was an added bonus and told me "If you ever have any problems at all with it bring straight to me we take care of our customers like family" ..Ok fast forward 2yrs I Get pulled over for having illegal tint on my vehicle to which at that point I'm just dumbfounded and seriously confused so here I am sitting with a potential $440 fine unless I get the tint situation fixed to which the first thing I do is pay Krazy Kustoms a visit I show them the ticket and they then send me outta my way to the Police dpt to have them double check it whilst I'm on my lunch break (I might add) to which i watch the officer test it again and come up at a (15%) tint level so I snap a photo and take it back to show the shop owner to which they say "We'll change it if you have a receipt as proof of purchase" which makes since basically I guess .. now keep in mind this shops name is here pasted across every piece of tint on my vehicle and he ask for proof of purchase andSecoundly the receipt was written on a cheap looking piece of receipt paper which even if it was kept in the best conditions it still would of faded or smudged in no time either way ..So moral of the story boys and girls Krazy Kustoms definitely treats you like family when they're taking your money but after they have it the "FAMILY" treatment ends there my only regret is telling so many people to go to there shop b/c the owners a good guy who takes care of his customers but to which I found out this week that. that isn't the case hopefully this review can help save someone else some money and time some day because this shop has cost me both

Whatever you do don't use this shop. I dealt with them for more than a month trying to get some 2 piece Asanti rims sealed on my BMW 750Li. After paying them one of my rims still leaked and when I took it back they damaged my 21 inch Pirelli run flat tire and tried to replace it with a Handcok non run flat. After discussing this they agreed to replace the tire but wanted me to split the expense. When they put the new tire on they put some krazy glue or something on the wheel and told me it was good. The next day the wheel was still leaking and I noticed my drive was very unstable. I checked the wheel and it only had 3 of the 5 lugs in place. I could have been killed...I sent them a text but got no response. Unless you want this danger and hassle stay away from this shop. Very unprofessional!!!

Unprofessional had my infiniti i30 up there for a lift for 24s and they messed my car up completely. Had to take it to bc Customs to get it fix right. They welded a lug nut between my struts in rear for what reason I don't know!!!! Also the welds on the lifted struts was horrible. Lucky I'm alive driving my car. I'm not saying Neal was the reason for the horrible job but who he choose to hire should be certified in their job. Whoever did that to my car should be fired!!!!!

Good prices and service. If they were closer to Charlotte they would get a lot more business. If you go to Dirty South I would highly recommend switching to these guys.

I don't have a clue what crazy customs is. That being said the name is pretty cool, maybe they are an innovative place that specializes in making custom things. Until I know what the place is and do business with them, I can't leave any stars. Happy New Year!!
