The team at Jiffy Lube has always been extremely kind and helpful! They are always very quick and transparent with what needs repaired and how to repair the issues. I had a nail in my tire and they quickly plugged it as well as topped off my windshield wiper fluid for free. The team provides to notch service and I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone who needs car services or repairs!

I've been getting my oil change here for a while and they always do an incredible job. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the cherry road Jiffy Lube location to anyone looking for service.

I came in for an oil change for my 2022 Nissan Altima. I was given recommendations from the associate that checked me in. He also helped me out with changing my settings to proper settings in the car. He offered me coupons, & also gave me a printout for tire costs that I ll be needing in the near future! I m pleased with everything including information I feel will be very useful to extend the life of my car! I definitely recommend!

The technician required us to stay in the car while they changed the oil, which could have been dangerous. I told him we are normally asked to exit the car and go inside to wait in the waiting room.The tech could not change the type of car in my record using the iPad and scanning the VIN. I was in my 2001 PT Cruiser, but the record reflects my 2016 Buick Enclave. They did not vacuum my car, but vacuumed other customers cars.

I requested a reimbursement of $170.00 for the replacement of an oil plug, and gasket and the cost of replacing the oil in my Audi Q7.On Saturday 1/13/24 I purchased an oil change at Jiffy Lube # 3894 located at 742 Cherry Rd. Rock Hill, SC. When my vehicle was put on the lift, I saw 4 of the employees looking a bit confused before changing the oil. I became worried that there was an issue. Michael the manager came into the office area where I was waiting. I asked if there was a problem with changing the oil because there seemed to be something wrong since they were all looking at it. He said no, I m trying to figure out the best way to change it because there is a bar across where the oil plug is. I thought, ok if that s all it is.The next day Sunday 1/14/23, I was parked at Walmart when I pulled out of the parking space and saw a wet spot. I wasn t sure it was mine so the next day 1/15/23, I checked to see if the leak was coming from my Audi and it was. I returned to Jiffy Lube on 1/15/23 and spoke with Michael, the manager, he showed me the bottom of my car showing a leak and said it was coming from around the motor. I know for sure there was no leak coming from my Audi and no oil leaking from around my motor because I checked the oil level before I went to Jiffy Lube on 1/13/24 to get my oil changed. I m now wondering what Jiffy Lube did to cause that. Michael said it was the head gasket. I said I had that replaced less than a year ago. He said maybe it s the sealant just guessing as not to take responsibility.While standing there with Michael I called the mechanic that replaced the gasket. I got an appointment for the following Tuesday 1/23/24. I was told that the leak was coming from the oil plug. I had the oil plug and gasket changed. My Audi is no longer leaking and there is no oil around the motor. I paid for the oil plug, gasket, and the cost to replace the oil. I called Michael with the details of the additional cost I incurred. I asked him, what compensation does Jiffy Lube offer? He said none and said I should have called to give them a chance to fix it. I said I did by coming directly back to you, and you said it was something else. Then he told me I should have called for approval before I had it fixed. This could have been much worst and all I asked for is the additional cost incurred. Just know they will not make it right when they do something wrong. Oh, by the way the GM/DM Jeremy Boyd offered 50% off my next oil change. Really! why would I go back

Not good. I had hoped to be able to use this new store near my house to work on my Lexus SC300 but time and again they have shown they are incompetent. They broke fan cover by leaning on it, said they would replace, never did. Installed rack and pinion and didn t line up steering wheel. But the real kicker is they did an oil change and didn t tighten the filter and it came off and dumped oil all in my clients driveway. When I called they told me to bring it in and they would fix it. I had to explain it is a bad idea to drive with no oil. They then said they would send someone out. Two hours and three calls later I asked the manager if I needed to call a tow truck and he said he had a guy on the way. Which was a lie because I hadn t told them where I was. A guy finally came out put a new oil filter and oil in. I went to the store the next day and asked for them to clean up the oil all over the car and replace a tensioner wheel that was squeaking and they told me they were going to charge me $50. When I asked what about what you did to me yesterday I was told to fill out a claim. I will.

I just had my first service done at Jiffy Lube and I can say with full sincerity that I will be returning! Micheal and Ken serviced my car and they had the best customer service. They worked with me and took into consideration my situation and we found a solution that worked for all of us! Not to mention the environment was very clean and the problem and solutions were all laid out for me in a comprehensive manner. I'm so grateful for all their help and they have earned my loyalty! A+ service guys!

I took my car here last Saturday for a EVAC and Recharge on my Acura and they did an excellent job and service was good. Today I took it back at around 12:30-1pm for the front brakes and rotors replaced. When I got there the wrong brakes were deliver but that wasn t their fault the place they got it from delivered the wrong ones. They then called around and couldn t get my specific ones the same day. So the mechanic went out of his way to drive to Charlotte to get my brakes and rotors. When he arrived around 3:50 he had my brakes done and me out the door in a maximum of 15 minutes. The long wait WASNT anything they could control and handled very professionally I didn t mind waiting a single bit. The assistant manager is very friendly and did her best to keep me company and check on me periodically. From what I heard the mechanic is only a few weeks new to this shop and he s done a fantastic job on both times he s worked on my car he s very knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely will be coming back for more services soon!Services: Brakes, Air conditioning

I was in town for a volleyball tournament and needed an oil change quickly. The manager and staff are professional, courteous and friendly. I went to get a oil change on sept 2, 2023. I plainly told the young man I want synthetic blend. This young man puts full synthetic oil and comes and tell me this is what you have been putting in the truck. I explained clearly i just got this truck and I asked for synthetic blend Delco. I was charged 138.87 for a oil change that he decided to Put in hisself, the truck was under someone else name. The young man tried to tell me I needed a engine flush did not. I will never return there again for anything. Horrible experience.Service: Oil change

Michael and Ken were great. They changed my oil in less than 10 minutes. I asked if they knew someone who could install brakes. Mike recommended someone within the jiffy lube network. Your guy you have working bay 1 today (4/11), needs some training on policies and customer service but with his demeanor he ll quit soon. Especially when a customer spends $1200 months ago on new tires ect and is there for a simple tire rotation but wants to get an attitude and goes outside to say how he really feels to I assume his boss when I ask why he s charging me when I was told tire rotations are free with tire purchase. Do better and don t hire the first thing that walks through the door.

Horrible experience with the Manager, Charlie, and even the franchise owner. They are great at sales and talking themselves up, but once I paid my money, they were done with me. I came in for an oil change because the previous place put in the incorrect oil. I was coming here so they could do it the right way. While I was there, I mentioned I had an appointment in 4 days for new tires. Charlie stated they could get the tires in the next day so I wouldn t have to wait. I drive all around town for a living and I didn t want to have to wait if they could do it sooner. I also needed an alignment and he stated he could do both the next day. Awesome. Perfect. Great. I came by the next day and the technician stated they didn t have anyone working that day who could do an alignment and he didn t understand why Charlie would say to come that day when he wasn t even scheduled and he s the only one who could do alignments. I was LIVID. I had rearranged my schedule (lost money) to be there at that time. Needless to say I had to come back the next day. When I showed up, Charlie kinda chuckled and said he didn t know why no one did the alignment and tires the day before. No apology. He put the tires on and did the alignment. Opened my car door asked if I paid already (I said yes) and he walked away. Still no apology. No care in the world about the money I lost. Didn t even try to remedy the situation in anyway. Not to mention the guy pleasuring himself in the office while I was waiting. UGH!! I spoke with the franchise owner about all this. He DID apologize and offered to give me a $25 gift card. I spent almost $500 at this place and all you can give me is $25 back when I LOST more than $500 just in missed work. What a joke! They pride themselves on customer service . Ummmm no customer service was given.Services: Tires, Oil change

Not so Jiffy. Came in for a screw in the tire - convinced me to do the patch. Currently on hour 2 waiting and not very happy. 3 people on staff with one other car. Will not return.

$145 for an oil change on a V6? Got home and didn't bother to top off any of my fluids. No oil change reminder on the window, took off the old though, and didn't bother to reset the reminder in my car either. Pretty half A$$d service for that kind of money.

All around a horrible experience. I went to get an oil change about two weeks ago and was very disappointed when it took over 20 minutes and the prices were higher then expected. But I left rather happy until a few days after the oil change when I started to notice spots on my driveway from a leak. In all the time I had owned the car before I never experienced leaks so I took it into the mechanic shop. Turns out Jiffy Lube didn't properly apply the plug back on after the oil change causing it to start to leak the oil I just put in costing more money than I already spent. It's safe to say I will never take my car here again.Service: Oil change

Actually its less than one star I called to make an appointment about a steering leak a lady said no appointments it was a first come first serve basis which was fine I asked what time do you open she said 8:00am, I was there at 8:15a no one were there and I was told by a man believed to be a manager or some sort that I would have to leave my car because they didn t know when they could get to it I said to the lady I believe it was you who told me to be here at 8am Its 8:15a she said yes but I should have said 7:45a and started giving me a bunch of small talk about giving me her number to let me know when they could LOOK at my car. I said ok y all have a nice day and lelf
