I took my car here, was charged for new brakes and rotors less than two years ago. I had to get new brakes and rotors last week and I was told my brakes and rotors had never been changed. I was bamboozled out of over 1,300 dollars. This place is no longer in business. Wonder why

I have a friend who needed some basic service maintenance for her car. They quoted them 3x as much as any other regular car shop would estimate them for the repairs. I may not be an expert with import cars, but I have had one for like 15 years to know that the car she had doesn t cost that much. And I was informed by her that they wouldn t let her touch her car in the lot to get paperwork out of. I highly doubt that is legal, but who knows. I am sure they don t care as they were extremely rude to me when I asked about her car in the lot.

Absolutely would not recommend. The repairs were not completed properly. Car now makes a loud noise and my check emission light is on. My entire front mud flap fell off the car. Which means that they didn't bother to screw it back in. I could have had a major accident. In addition, it appears they hit something in my car. I now have to come up with more money to have the repair done properly at a reputable place. In addition I have to pay my deductible to have the body damage repaired.The owner Sue failed to mention any of this, nor does she return phone calls or keep you updated on the progress of work being performed. But will let you know she was at lunch. Awful customer service as well as repair skills.Side note: After picking up the car, Sue would then admit to the damage. She claimed they would repair the body damage. Why on earth would I trust you with my car a second time? Never again.

The service and quality of experience is at the highest level. Over the last 20 years they have always treated me as if I were their only customer. Of course, they have many others and I am sure they are as happy as I am to always know they can depend on their vehicle after being serviced by Imports and More, Inc.

I did receive services but it took entirely too long and $1300 dollars later, I had the same problem. I have called several times and to this day I have not received a return call. Great customer service guys. I won't be returning. You don't treat your customers like this.

Just had my wife's car serviced here and they could not have done a better job. Very reasonably priced and fantastic service. Will definitely us them again.

The mechanics here are very straight forward with me and I appreciate it very much. When I had a problem with one of my vehicles and went to other mechanics they wanted to fix the problem with a thousand dollar solution. Then I came to here where they said it was a minor problem, fixed my vehicle right away and it didn't cost nearly as much as what it would have at the other places.

Kept my pickup for 4 Months then told me they lost my info so didnt know what to do. WTH?!! They may do great mechanic work but they need to work on public relations.
