Instead of retyping my review I will paste the email I sent to my salesman s manager.Joel,Good Afternoon.My name is Josh and I visited your store on Saturday to view a 2015 Civic and worked with Richard.I want to take a moment to commend Richard for being such a valuable asset to your team. He was an absolute pleasure to work and speak with. He s answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome and valued while in your store. Post Covid we can all agree the quality of customer service as a whole has significantly declined. No one cares about the consumer the way companies once did. That was not the case with Richard. He was fantastic. Having him as my salesman was a real deciding factor as to whether I purchased this vehicle or not. I did not need this vehicle. I could of walked any time but because of the hard work and wonderful treatment I received I closed on the deal and paid in full. Please do not let a day go by that you do not appreciate Richard. This was an absolute breeze of a transaction. He allowed me to remain in control of the sale the entire time. I urge you to keep him on payroll. I will be transparent by saying I have exceptionally high standards of folks when I am engaged in a business transaction. I feel as the consumer I should be heard. And that s exactly what he did. He listened to me and everything worked exactly as I wanted it to. I bought a $13,000 vehicle and was treated the exact same as someone who was there to spend $50,000. That speaks volumes about how Richard sees his customers. Equal. Thank you for the time you ve allotted to hear my opinion.Best wishes to you both.Josh.

Richard assisted us today and I have never been more pleased in a car buying experience! He was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and assistive in every aspect of the process! He didn t allow us to settle, he worked his magic until we found the car we needed when he could have stuck with a vehicle we probably wouldn t have been as pleased with! We left there happy, fulfilled, and more than content with our purchase! We will definitely be recommending and possibly revisiting them every chance we get!

I have been dealing with Hendrick stores since 1987 and have bought 7 cars between Concord and Rock Hill. All have been exclusively serviced and maintained (including tires, batteries, oil changes, etc) at Hendrick stores. I took my civic is for an oil change and ended up replacing a battery. While there I asked if they could make an extra key for the car. He said that it would be $75 for the key and $100 to program it. I asked what the price would be for two keys and he said an extra $75. I asked the technician to cut two keys. 2.5 hours later, no word, I checked in with my service person. I asked when my car would be done. He said they were having problems programming the extra key. I said, I would just take the one and go. He said, give me 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, no word. I asked them to close up the car and let me settle my bill. Couldn t do that because he didn t have the key paperwork. Another 15 minutes and a technician arrives with two keys. One is not fully functional - the buttons won t lock or unlock the vehicle. However, he said I still had to pay for the second key, even though it won t remotely lock or unlock the vehicle. I had to argue about the defective key and I don t like to fuss. Eventually, he discounted my ticket reflecting a $75 credit. I left embarrassed and frustrated. I will not use Hendrick again.

We had the best car buying experience here! Salesman Terrance answered all of our questions, is very knowledgeable, and low pressure. Both he, and finance guru Shelby, took time to throughly explain the process and our options. We are very pleased and highly recommend!!

Charlie, aka the Bulldog, was such a pleasure to work with! I came in with a goal, and he honestly exceeded expectations in helping me reach that goal and it working out better for me in the long run. He pulled out all the stops, and the team he worked with to help me get what I wanted was beyond what I thought my experience would be. I really felt they were looking out for my best interest (and I m not naive to car dealership stereotypes) and helping me after I had a not great experience with my last dealings here. If you come to Hendrick Honda in Rock Hill, ask for the Bulldog!!! He will not steer you wrong! He s direct, upfront and will get you in what you want, or better (because you didn t know better). Great experience working with him and highly recommend him.

All have been very nice and reflecting a caring attitude to a customer. This is becoming more and more difficult to find in so many businesses today. Since I purchased my first car with Honda in 2012 it has been pleasant in both sales and service.

Sales representative Terence Brown & Les the sales manager were amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Terence had the right answers to everything, made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. He knows how to sell cars because I was not suppose to leave with a brand new car! Lol! The part I love the most is the fact they accommodate you as best as they can. Les the Sales manager called me a day after to make sure I had a great experience. He was very supportive and caring. Made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you guys!

I love this place! I have been coming here for 3 yrs so far and they do such a nice job at making you feel at home. The place is impeccably clean all the time and they do such a great job at keeping it like that. The staff is great. Always good energy and Service is always in good time. My most recent oil change appointment was with Kathy S. and she was so sweet and helpful. Her colleague right next to her which I feel bad for not catching her name was also so nice in having a service man plug my front right passenger tire which had a slow leak. I haven't had any troubles or complaints and I always feel confident about them providing my car with the best and honest possible care. You just can't say that about every place you take your vehicle to. And..Just before leaving.. as Kathy walked me to my car, she took a moment to show me her Civic named Daisy which we had a small conversation about. Thank you guys for all you do!

The only reason why I m leaving five stars is because of Bulldog and only him. He is an amazing person with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend you to get him as your next salesperson.Finance on the other hand is the reason why me and my mom won t be doing anymore vehicle purchases with Honda Cars of Rock Hill. I should ve learned from the last experience, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Derek I don t recommend him or the other guy that s African American all they care about is closing the deal and definitely not people friendly.

Oil change was fine.. but when tech checked my air cleaner he lost small black clip that secures my air cleaner box. I called as soon as I got home to tell service person. He was going to send me out a new clip. But it s been 3 weeks with no word or clip from him not happy with the way it was handled. Jim

I ve been buying Honda vehicles for the past 20 years From Faulkner Honda in Harrisburg, PA. We recently moved to Rock Hill and found an outstanding Honda Dealership. Lee, my salesman was extremely helpful and got me into my new Honda Accord. I highly recommend them! I will definitely be going back when I m ready to buy again!

As I was looking for something that would catch my eye I was greeted and offered help by Val, who was very pleasant and not over aggressive. She was very patient and attentive to what I wanted which was amazing because I am very particular when making a major purchase. All went well as I left with my car about 5 hours later.Thanks for acknowledging and helping make the process less stressful VAL.

My daughter is away and attends College in Rock Hill. She needed car repairs and a tow. The team in the service department took over and arranged everything and had my daughter s car repaired and back on the road the next day without me needing to drive up. She was well taken care of and this was a great comfort to me since I am in another town. I am a big fan!

Very disappointing experience. Worked with sales for a week. Communicated daily. Was told the vehicle would be ready Friday. Their inspection was being finalized and they were waiting for new tires. Had financing and insurance in place. Communicated that to sales. Planned to pick up vehicle Friday when sales told me it should be ready. Was informed Friday by sales manager that they sold the vehicle to someone else Thursday night.Extremely disappointing experience.

**Update: Honda responded generously to my review and it does seem that my issue was a one time thing. I received more apologies and a free oil change for my wasted time. I look forward to giving them another chance for service and am grateful they took the time to reach out to me rather than waiting for me to contact them.Leaving 3 stars because I m disappointed at the lack of customer care. Yes, my maintenance need was met, but it was not handled professionally, in my opinion. When they were finished working on my car and called to let me know, they did not leave a message. I did not realize it was them calling until it was too late for me to pick up that day, so I had to wait until the next day. Would they have called me again if I hadn t realized and didn t called them back? I doubt it. When I arrived to pick up my car, the tech who brought it out was surprised when I noticed the roof rack had not been reinstalled after being removed to diagnose the problem. He told me it was in the backseat, like I was going to put it back on myself. When he opened the door I noticed the glove box and a few other things were also not put back where they should be. This took an additional hour and a half of my time and my mom s time who had to bring me to pick the car up. While the manager was apologetic and told me repeatedly how embarrassed he was, there was nothing offered to me for my time and their oversight. The gentleman overseeing my repairs should have checked my car himself before he called to tell me it was done, but clearly did not. I certainly hope this is just a one-time and random issue, but I doubt I ll be returning here in the future.

The service team at Hendrick Honda of Rock Hill is top notch! Every time my Pilot needs a service I bring it in to them and they easily diagnose the issue (if there is one), service it and get me quickly on my way again. It definitely helps that I can schedule my vehicle for whatever service I need right on their website. Thank you HHoRH!!!!

If you're in the market to buy a Honda look no further than Honda Cars of Rock Hill! Go see Russ & Jeric...I was skeptical to purchase from a dealership, as I never have and always purchased from an individual. However due to immediate need of a vehicle, I found what I was looking for. There were a couple of added options I wanted and Russ, Jeric & Shawn made sure to make it happen! Great customer service, answered all questions with professionalism, and were prompt to respond with any questions I had post purchase, from home on their off time! Would do it all over agian!
