I wouldn t recommend anyone to choose this Good Year as their auto repair shop. My husband and I spent over $1000 to get his tires replaced and 3/4 tires had severe air pressure issues and had to be pumped up multiple times all within 2 weeks of getting them. The manager, Jock, was genuinely unhelpful & unprofessional. My husband explained his situation to him 2 times over the phone and each time Jock kept wanting to write it off as a roadside hazard issue despite explaining multiple times it was clearly an installation issue. Brand new tires don t just lose air pressure consistently that quickly. Also it seems as though from reading other reviews the manager has a habit of not getting to work on time. He told us to be there at 8am but he himself didn t get there until 8:15 and blamed it on having a long commute. Many people have long commutes and are still capable of setting their alarms an extra 15 mins early to ensure they re not late. They also don t honor appointment times and say the Goodyear website (where you schedule appointments) is unrelated to their store so people show up for appointments that aren t actually scheduled. It s 2024 time to get this figured out Good Year! After they inspected the car they did replace 2/4 tires as they should have but we won t be hesitating to take our business elsewhere moving forward and would strongly urge others to do the same.

My experience here was Horrible! My appointment was for 4:00 pm Wednesday ( I made this appointment the previous Sunday along with ordering my tires ), when I arrived, my tires were't there, and there was no record on my appointment. After finding the email he received @ 2:30, I was informed they would be there about 4:30, no problem I can wait, but the manager said he may not be able to do it today; that was odd because I was only 3:50, and the store closed at 7:00 pm. So I returned the next day at 8:00 as the manager recommended, the manager was late opening the store, and I sat there until 9:10 and my car hadn't moved! ( No mechanics were present! ). I sat an hour only to find out that it may be another hour before anyone would get started! Mind you, I was there at the store before the manager was! The manager was dismissive and offered nothing but excuses! I demanded my keys and walked out! Took my business to Discount Tires (Rock Hill ), who had plenty of Technicians working, I was in and out with New Tires ( which were in stock...at the store!) in 40 minutes and the Service was Professional! No, I will never return to this or any GY location.

Great experience. I had emergency vehicle issues and this Goodyear location was the nearest option.They were able to provide a same-day fix for my alternator saving me a ton of hassle. Really appreciate the excellent, positive service.I wasn't planning on coming here but I'll definitely return! Definitely recommended.

Do not take your car here. The main manager Jaques is rude and dismissive, couldn t care less to hide his nasty attitude or lack of effort even in front of other employees, and he d roll his eyes and made sarcastic comments if you asked questions regarding the service you were receiving, if you re a woman you might just get your work done quickly and properly though! No bad attitude there.Service is the worst I ve ever received at any mechanic and that s saying something. My car got an alignment and the steering wheel is off center. The breaks are still squealing even after they said it was fixed. Avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely horrible, slow, and incredibly rude.

Gave them a call this morning and explained that I had hit a tree branch on the way to work this morning. They said bring it in we will check it out for ya. They went above and beyond to help me out and did the alignment for free and that was AWESOME!!! I will recommend all my family and friends to come here for any of there auto care. Very professional and caring!!!!

Came in for oil change today and they were fast and courteous. Justin the manager was amazing.The service tech Hannah was also amazing. I will definitely will be back here and also bringing the other vehicles as well to be serviced

I came in with an out of balance tire explained it was in the rear and had tires rotated. Now it's in the front. They wanted to check the suspension of the rear for the cause. The problem was with the tire! I had to insist they replace the tires in the front as that is where the out of balance tire is. Once that was done the issue was resolved.That tire had recently been repaired because of a nail. The repair caused it to go out of balance!

They were great and helped me patch my tire that had a screw in it. One issue is the online scheduling of maintenance. It does not work. The manager said you must call to make appointment.

I used this Goodyear for a regular tire rotation last week because I am in town for work. This is not the usual Goodyear I use, but I had to run to my usual today because the low pressure light came on in my vehicle. The mechanic who graciously helped me informed me that whoever did my rotation at this location overfilled my tires by 30psi and left all of my lug nuts and bolts loose. They also put my hubcaps on wrong and left something in my rear tire to make it leak air. I am not really sure how simple things like this went unnoticed, but make sure you double check their work as best as you can before leaving.

Joc, Philippe and the whole team are always able to take care of my family s vehicles. They go above and beyond to make sure our vehicles are timely serviced and safe. I trust them with all our tire needs and vehicle maintenance. They are flexible, capable and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

I have had a number of visits to this location for tires and service. Jacques, the GM, has been my go to for years both here and at his previous store in Charlotte. I make the drive for him and his knowledgeable staff. There may be some wait time as the store has gotten busier since Jacques took over but for the customer service you receive it s worth it. He and his staff always take great care with all my cars. Definitely will continue to come back.

Don't take your car here. I made an appointment with this place online just for them to tell me they didn't have me scheduled apparently because they have nothing to do with Goodyear website. After my car sits there all day in spite of making my appointment, they proceed to charge me for diagnostics ran even though it's advertised as free on the website. My oil change I scheduled was not done all. I left there after an entire day there without my oil change, a diagnostic report that I already had from my FIXD sensor and nothing done to correct the issue and still paid over $100 not to mention they kept my FIXD sensor. I'll be calling for back when they open for my sensor but I'm willing to bet they'll be keeping that. If they would lie about my appointment, I'm certain they'll lie about my sensor. Taking my car here was a waste of time and money.

Don t go here if you have any questions about your car you want answered. Dropped my car off for my 9:00 appointment and the receptionist had no idea why I was there. I needed an oil change and coolant change as well as wanting my brakes checked. I had previously been told at another shop to start keeping an eye on my brake pads and always ask for them to be looked at whenever I take my car in. I also signed up for the free multipoint inspection. He said I only asked for an oil change, even though my appointment confirmation said otherwise. At 1:30 I called to see what was taking so long. Finally at 2.30 I received a call my car was done. A whole day for an oil and coolant change.Then I had asked how the brakes were and got a general oh we didn t see any concerns . Clearly you did not check my car. Or else you would have been able to give me a follow up to my concern. I know my brakes have wear on them.I had my tire pressure light on and asked which tire was the issue and if it was just low to the recent weather change. He couldn t answer which tire it was (Which is very important to me as I have One tire that is regularly an issue) and again got a vague we filled them all . I asked for the sheet that had all my cars results written on it and he couldn t even give me that.This is just straight, pure incompetence.

I went to drop my car off to get the oil pan and timing gasket cover done. I pick my car up about 3 days later and my radio stopped working, and my doors in the back weren't opening. Which is strange if they only go into your car to drive it up on the ramp. And everything was working fine no electrical problems when I dropped it off. And then told me I would have to wait another day for them to look into the electrical issues. Which I didn't leave my car there because I didn't need to wait extra days and then pay some enormous amount of fee.

After I agreed to have them put on new brakes, they started the work & noticed that a stone was the cause of my brakes making noise, and my brakes were actually fine. They called me & told me that I didn t need brakes after all. It s hard to find honest people these days, they could have very easily put on new brakes without me having a clue, yet they decided to do the right thing. I will take my car there every time!

Brought my 2015 Corolla in around two weeks ago because I was having an issue with the oil filter canister being torqued too tight the last time my car was in, the new GM here, Jacques, took amazing care of me.He pulled me into the service bay, got it off for me, switched the filter with the replacement I had in the glove, topped it off with a few extra quarts, even noticed my coolant was a little low and topped that off too.The guys here now are incredible, I won t be going anywhere else. They re working very hard to restore the image of the place and making sure everyone on is doing top notch work.Thank you Jacques & Tony!

Jacques is the manager there his is wonderful. He is very thorough and very knowledgeable about cars and tires. I would recommend this particular store to anyone in the area or in the surrounding areas because they are good reliable and very knowledgeable on everything. And they do not mind helping in any way that they can. If there was more than five stars I would rate them on a 10 scale.

I had the best experience yet at a Goodyear Auto Service store. The manager, Jacques, was an absolute pleasure and went above and beyond my expectations. He did some of the work so I could get a tire and alignment and get in and out as quickly as possible. He is definitely an asset to the company and this location will be my go-to after a great experience.

They did phenomenal work on my truck! I took my truck to Firestone to get an alignment. After 3 time of them failing I came here. They told me my balljoints were shot and tie rod ends were. I ended up changing them myself and went back for an alignment and I was VERY happy with the results. Staff was extremely knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle here.

Great experience. Jacques was able to get my vehicle in and out of the shop very quickly. The tech Tony was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work they did on my car. I've had poor experiences with goodyear in the past and will only be going to this location moving forward.

They fixed something that was under warranty on the 2015 Honda accord we bought from carmax. And now it runs like a charm. Hats off to the mechanic that fixed our car

I made an appointment for 10am. Get there at 9:50am and he told me they have several walk ins and they are getting to them first. My pickup time is scheduled for 11:30 am but he told me I could wait but it would be about 6pm before so could pickup. I asked what the point in making an appointment was and he basically said the appointments are made through a 3rd party and they can make appointments for them throughout the day and they won t be able to actually get to those people because they take walk ins. So unless you have all day to wait - don t even bother making an appointment because they don t hot or then anyway :)

Where to start?!? I have guys working in Rock Hill and they had a flat. So I find this Goodyear store on Google and find the exact tires that are on the truck. I go through the whole process and set up an appointment for the following day to get them installed. Fast forward to when my guys get to the store they are informed that the tire has been discontinued, but they can sell them a similar tired for $160 more dollars!!!! They never emailed me or called me ahead of the appointment to tell me this even though they had almost a full day to do so. Very unprofessional way to run a business just to lure my guys in and try to upsell them. So if you value your time (in my case two guys on the clock), I would shop elsewhere. If you are looking for a shady dealer that doesn't communicate and may or may not have what you want and lure you in just to try to upsell you, then these are your guys.

Great service. Super friendly. They state the facts when there is something wrong. They never pressure me to get something fixed if I can't afford it at the time. And if it's something that they can't fix, they are honest about it instead of trying to "band aid" it. Honest and great people. I always come back!

My experience here is always good. The Managers and mechanics are very personable and knowledgeable about any type of car. This Goodyear staff is also eager to resolve any issues to the best of their abilities in a timely manner. Keep up the great work Mike Yocom and your Goodyear team!

A Poor Way to run a business. I m early before they open. Of Course after they open the technicians are apparently all late. 40 minutes later I m told the wrong tires were delivered for my installationA quick $1,000 purchase they will never see Time is valuable and apologies are not. If I could give a negative 1 star I would.
