I wanted to give a super Thank You to Mr Joel Matthew s at the Freemans Rock Hill, Sc locationI was driving my corvette and the radar detector that I had installed became loose and fell down. I normally go to the Freeman s location in South Boulevard but this particular day I was closer to the one in rock Hill, South Carolina. Walked into the shop and explained my issue to Mr. Joel, and he grabbed his tool set without hesitation and fixed my issue in less than 60 seconds. I personally had to shake his hand and thank him. It meant a lot and he has demeaned my business for sure thanks again Mr Joel

I can't speak enough about these guys at Freemans I have been dealing with them off and on since 2004. In the last 10 years I haven't done much but with a boat replacement and my newest mod life crisis Trans Am I purchased I needed a lot of car stereo work.I had some hiccups with the Trans Am some was fine tuning equipment with users habits and some was an error between the users brain and the volume knob getting turned to high.Let me tell you this Freemans stood behind there products and their service. It wasn't about take my $4800 I spent on 2 systems one in the car and one in my boat. It was about quality and primarily my happiness in the end result.Joel made me a custom box by hand to fit in my 4th gen Trans Am fitting 2 Comp R 12 inch subs and a Kenwood Excelon amp wired to every speaker in the car. They took this a step further without my knowing and fully rewired a preexisting amp setup and also the wiring for the Kenwood Excelon Touch screen radio they installed.As for my boat they installed 4 Kicker speakers and a Kicker sub up in the cabin to bring me some bass on the lake.If you want quality and a to be treated like family and not just like another $ walking in the door then they are the go to.I have attached a picture of the car, the boat is in storage or I would post those as well.Kurt

Had an issue with the sound in my car after changing the battery in my car. I changed some fuses but couldn t get the sound in my car to work. Went to Freeman s and in 45 minutes for just over $50.00, the got the sound in my car working perfectly. I will go back to this location ANYTIME I have a need for this type of service. They are reasonable and do not try to upsell you. Kind people and excellent customer service highly recommend!

Joel at Freeman's Car Stereo in Rock Hill, SC is one of the good guys!! The remote start on my wife's car quit working. She took it to Joel who fixed it quickly without charging her anything. He said he wasn't there to rip off customers and he meant it. He really does take care of his customers! Companies you can trust are hard to find these days! I highly recommend Freeman's in Rock Hill for their excellent service!!

Stopped by at Freemans to get a radio installed on a new to me truck. No appointment and got in quickly. That s about where the good stops. I was told a 30 minute wait ( keep in mind I already disassembled and took out old radio for them. All they had to do was install new radio and reassemble). About 2 hours later and a 199$ connecter I had to buy the truck was finished. I had been called in two times prior asking where bolts were to reinstall the dash.( I had already put all the bolts in a bag in the center console). I then had to find a part of the trim which took me all of two seconds to find in the door panel. After receiving my truck I then had to pay. They offered a touch to pay system which did not work for my card on my phone so I then had to drive to the bank and leave my girlfriend at the shop to prove I wasn t just taking off with my truck without paying. On my way to the bank I found that my climate controls were not working and it was a simple connector they forgot to plug in. They fixed it upon my arrival. All I have to say is please slow down and make sure the job is done when you say it is done.

I use Freeman s car stereo for all electronic installations for our family vehicles. Joe Matthews and Carmelo do a great job with scheduling and accommodations for the customers. I recently took my car in for radar detector installation towards the end of the work day and they still found a way to squeeze me in. I am a big fan and would recommend Freeman s car stereo for any installation that you want done properly.

Super helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices, quality work, and personal service. They took the time to show me the options available and explain the differences and their price points. And during installation they kept me updated on the progress and when they ran into a problem on my 20+ year old truck, they explained what was wrong, how to fix it, and the additional cost. Plus, they remembered my name. I know it seems silly, but I went in for an estimate and then came back 10 days later for the instalation and Joel greeted me by name as I walked in the door.

Carmelo was very helpful & knowledgeable!! After taking my car to two shops prior, that misdiagnosed the issue in my system, Carmelo was able to diagnose & fix the issue on such a short notice. He was very friendly & welcoming. He made me feel comfortable with asking questions about my system, which is important to someone like me who does not know much about their system. Thank you so much Carmelo for making my experience here a great one! I will definitely be back & will be sending my friends & family here :)

I want to thank Freeman' Car Stereo in Rock Hill SC for there awesome work and outstanding customer service. I had my jeep serviced at the chysler dealership and when I got it back my subwoofer wasnt working.I bought it back Freemans because they did the initial install of subwoofer They immediately found the problem which thank God was fix free of charge. I Highly recommend them!! Thank you Freeman's Car Stereo.

Quick scheduling and got my windows tinted before my lunch break. Excellent job, great pricing. This is the second vehicle they tinted my windows on. I won't go anywhere else .

I just got a Automatic Starter for my Wife's SUV from Freeman's and she loves it. The customer service was great and had us in and out. Also, thanks for the lifetime warranty which gives us peace of mind!

Had a problem with remote start on my Viper system after Fort Mill Ford performed a major repair. Freeman's did a thorough analysis and discover the Ford mechanic broke a connector. It was repaired and provided additional recommendations to ensure my alarm systems integrity. Highly recommend.

Great shop with friendly people. Installation went very well. Sounds great and rear camera was good option. Very professional business with the guys answering all of our questions. Installation went as they quoted and we picked up without any issues or delays. We will use them again.

Everyone there was absolutely fantastic, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Joel and Renat helped with my Viper system when it wouldn't sync with my phone and was in and out before my lunch break was over. Got a great deal too on a remote start system. This is now my #1 spot from here on out!!!!

Freemans car stereo installed a front and rear dash cam and tinted my front windows on my 23 Tahoe . Carmelo and Christian did excellent work and are very friendly. I highly recommend Freeman s Car Stereo a Rock Hill on Cherry Road to anyone that wants excellent and timely service for these products

I experienced a blown speaker in my car and was uncertain about the next steps. Luckily, Joel and Carmelo were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and providing valuable advice. Carmelo and Joel took great amount of time to explain everything to me. Carmelo helping me pick out the equipment and Joel taking time to explain the system after installation. The installation was clean, well organized, and professional. I was apprehensive handing over my 2023 Hellcat but they did a super job and it sounds great!

Had been needing a new radio for awhile. They ordered me a new one and it came in a reasonable amount of time! Carmelo the manager & Ryan the installer both were pleasant to talk to & did a great job answering small, technical questions I had about what could be causing the issue out of my own curiosity with no problem. Definitely recommend!

They got me in quick. The work provided was subpar, the tuner installed is loose, my convertible liner was torn, and they did not screw in the license plate when Installing the back up camera which fell of somewhere between their store and my house. Needless to say I would go somewhere else. They did offer to reimburse me for the license plate fee.

This is the place to get your car windows tinted.... Carmelo was so patient and answered 50 questions to help me choose the right film for my car and Christian really did a fantastic job applying the film....it looks amazing and matches the rear windows perfectly like it came from the BMW factory. We have two more cars we will be bringing to Freeman's!!
