We had a car break down at our home in Chester. Jonathan from Bobo s arrived promptly, and he was very professional and friendly. Our car was towed to a Rock Hill repair center for a fair price. We would definitely choose Bobo s again if the need should arise.

They answered right away when we call on a Sunday evening and were very helpful. Nick got our car loaded and unloaded quickly and provided great customer service. Will definitely keep them in mind if we ever have issues again.

My tire blew out on the way home from Carowinds. The Roadside Assistance company was of no help to me as they couldn't find a truck that could help me at the area I was in which was between Rock Hill and Columbia at the rest area. When I couldn't get any help from the RA company, I googled for a two truck and Bobo was the first company that came up.... I'm glad they're on the top of the list. Nick picked up the phone right away and was able to meet my need. He gave me a great ETA and quoted me an exact price for the services I needed. Nick is a very professional, kind and efficient young man; he really knows his stuff! The tire change service only took about 20 minutes and I was on the road. I can't say enough good things about him as a representative of this company. Cheers to Nick and Bobo's!

Very efficient throughout. Phone contact was professional, courteous and clear. Driver called to let us know he was on the way. Did a very good job with getting our car on the truck. Was friendly and answered my questions clearly and without hesitation. If I ever need another tow (but hoping I won't) I'll be calling you guys again! Thanks!

Wife and I hit a huge pot hole on Cell River Rd. in Rock Hill SC and popped two tires on the right side of our Mazda 6. Technician Nick came and picked us up and towed our car home on a very timely fashion. Very efficient service with Nick and a very nice young man. Very reasonable prices to boot. Would highly recommend Bobo's Wrecker service to anyone!

After someone else failed to show up for a pre-arranged pick-up, I called Frank Bobo's Wrecker Service at the last minute. They came right away and took care of need. Real nice driver, efficient, friendly and very polite. Very professional. Hopefully, I'll never need a tow again, but, if I do, Bobo's in my man.

We had a car breakdown on I-77 close to Rock Hill and called Frank Bobo s Towing Service . Nick responded to the call and was prompt (less than 30 min) knowledgeable, conscientious with our vehicle and extremely kind. towed our car to Charlotte and transported us there to meet family. He was an excellent driver and the conversation enroute was enjoyable. He is a wonderful guy and the company is fortunate to have such an intelligent and all around great guy to represent them.Service: Car towing

Very prompt and friendly. Originally waited on a tow from AAA but, 4 hours later I called AAA back only to find their tow service couldn't make it and they were going to re-route to another tow service. Another hour and they still couldn't find a tow for me. Finally called Bobo and within the hour Bobo had my Sorento and was on the way to the garage of my preferred mechanic. Very reasonable on the price as well. I hope to never need them again but if I do, Bobo will be first on my list.

Excellent customer service! The driver was super nice and sent me a video of where he put my car. The lady who answered the phone was also really nice and super helpful.

EXCELLENT service!!! I was moving a dodge 3500 dually and the driver was extra careful... as a matter of fact, I was happy with how the truck was sitting on the flat bed but he went a step further and spent additional time making sure it was sitting right... great job to the bobos wrecker team!

After waiting over 4 hours for a major road side assistance company to show a hint of results and calling 15+ wrecker services in the Blacksburg, SC/Gastonia, NC I called Bobo s in Rock Hill myself. Bobo s may have not been the lowest price, but they communicated clearly, answered the call, gave me a real ETA, and someone at the ready.When you re exhausted, stressed out, and at your wits end it pays to have clear direct communication that isn t just smoke.

This place was going to charge me $200 on Sunday or $150 on Monday morning just to tow my vehicle less then 7 minutes away from my house. Smdh.. The vehicle was in the parking lot of the Walmart in Newport and I live right across the street from North Western high school. Now you guys that knows Rock hill that's only like a 7 to 8 min trio if that long.... umm no thanks...

I recently had a tire blow out at 10:00pm on an unknown road on the other side of Rock Hill. Being a AAA customer, I called and we waited for more than two hours for someone to come change a tire, which turned into a tow situation. Then were told we should get someone local and that they would reimburse me for the cost. I called Frank Bobo's Wrecker Service because they were not closed at that hour... The dispatcher called around and got Nick to come out to help me. Nick was great to work with. He stopped by initially on his way to another customer but was eventually able to help me out with a tow. I appreciate them for coming to my aid when I really needed it. Thank you, Frank and Nick, for getting me out of a pickle. Great job.Service: Car towing

So. I walk out of my office after work today and I see there is a tow truck in the parking lot getting ready to tow a car away and I walk past them on the way to my car. I get in and drive off as the driver of the tow truck begins to wave me down trying to tell me that my tire is flat (the awful sounds coming from the outside of my car making sense now). I get out and have a whole emotional breakdown because today already sucked. I should have asked the guy his name because he really didn t have to help me but he didn t even hesitate to grab his tools and change my tire without me saying anything. 10\10 recommend. Support this business because it s rare to find people who actually care anymore.
