Derek is my go-to guy very knowledgeable and friendly and the mechanics are very knowledgeable about the job, they will tell you before the service and what else they find wrong. Reasonable price and fast service.

I'm not sure if he is the supervisor, but Derek is an outstanding employee. He is an example of what a Firestone leader should be. I went in for a tire change, as I was waiting. I overheard him provide his honest opinion and recommendations to other customers who have arrived with an issue. He is knowledgeable, honest, and goes the extra mile to meet his clients' expectations. Out of all my years in Firestone, that was the greatest experience I've encountered.

I had a scary situation where my car broke down and I had no idea what was wrong with it. Derek and the other associates on the team were quick to help me every step of the way from explaining I could drop my car off after hours using the Dropbox, keeping me updated while they assessed my vehicle, to answering any questions I had following the repair of my car. I cannot reccomend this location enough if you want quick, personable, efficient service.

I dropped my car off thinking it had an alternator issue turned out to be a leaking oil sensor that was located over the starter. They called and told me what was going on and got it fixed the same day. Great service!

I had the most amazing experience today as I had a tire replaced due to a nail the staff from the desk to the technician were so nice informative and helpful I highly recommend this Location for your car care needs

Brought my truck in to have new wheels mounted and balance. Everything was pleasant over the phone and service was good up until the end. Girl who called me to tell me the car was finished and checked me out was rude and mean. My experience went from excitement about having new wheels on my truck to disappointment and anger. I looked around the truck and my brand new wheels were scratched up! I went back to the shop and the manager would not own up to it that they scratched up my brand new wheels straight out of the box. They did give me a refund on the service performed but my wheels are scratched up!

They continued working on the car even though I asked them to stop and then said I would have to pay labor to undo it if I didn't want the service.Giving the benefit of the doubt it could be that there was a miscommunication. I think I am more angry that they didn't own the mistake or do anything to make it right.It definitely felt like a pressure tactic / "captive customer" move.I decided to be nice and give two stars since they did seem to do good work.

Just changed my battery that had been installed here on their recommendation about 18 months ago. When I changed the battery, I realized that the one they had installed was very undersized for my vehicle (Ford Explorer). Makes sense why the batter didn't hold up long. STRONGLY recommend that you do NOT use these guys. Looking back at my receipt, they DID manage to charge me for the right-sized battery. Just wish they had that level of attention during install.

Driving home to Florida, we ran into a nail and got a flat. We were very fortunate to find a Firestone that opens on a Sunday. Thank you so much Cody for taking such great care of us. They completed and got us back on the road within 30 minutes. We are very thankful!!!

Do not take appointments but wait is usually less than an hour. Sesting louge for wsit. Attendent keeps you updated on repairs or installments.

Firestone saved me a lot of money. Good year in Lake Wylie said my timing chain was laying in oil and with the miles and all that was wrong thru recommended for me to replace my engine which would have cost 6k. I spoke with Derrick at Firestone and they had 3 techs to look at my car and not only was my timing chain fine but nothing else was wrong with the engine. I recommend this place if you want a shop who is honest.

I was advised by Firestone Columbia, SC to book online this morning around 10am so that when I got to Rock Hill location I would be in the system and get seen today. I booked for 2:30 appointment. Decided to get there about 15 mins earlier than my appointment. Noticed a missed call NO Voicemail. Returned the call while in route bc I m 2 mins away and pull up to see lady on the phone while I m ringing in. Immediately told to hold when I pulled up. Walked in still on hold. Gentleman comes in to assist and finds the online appointment and ask me when do I want my car back. Today , I stated. He walks out comes to talk to the girl at the desk and comes back in and says they can try but might not be until tomorrow says the girl called left a voicemail and email. I showed him she had just called 20mins prior and I missed it. I tried calling and was placed on hold. NO VOICEMAIL OR EMAIL WAS EVER LEFT. The worst part is guy comes in right behind me complaining about is his car ready and how he was told it would be an hour. The employee told him they were working on it and it was worked in because there was no appointment at that time. So, I walk away not getting my car aligned and oil changed when I scheduled a appointment more than 4 hours in advance. Meanwhile, person with no appointment gets service and car same day! I pay good money for good service. Service starts with honoring your system!

Very disappointed! Bought 4 new tires. Stopped in as they were not balanced. Made an appointment for 5pm. Was told the crew there was scheduled to get off at 5pm. They made me another appointment next day at 5pm, balanced. Still have a vibration and bouncing driving to Charlotte. Called in on a weekend to schedule no one answered the phone.

Great experience. Sunday morning, no start, no cranking, with a new battery and alternator. Needed a starter, and few places are open (or available for appts.) on Sunday. I spoke with David, explained the situation, and he said, "we're busy, but we'll get you in, and we'll take care of it." Drove away with a new starter installed a little over an hour later, and the bill was less than I expected. Old school values, great mechanics, good prices. I'll be back to the Rock Hill Firestone on Cherry Rd. Thank you David, and Firestone mechanics. You guy's (and gals) are the best.

Great service. We were going home to Florida, 10 hours away, and had a tire blowout. They fixed our car in an hour. Very friendly and reasonable prices. Got us back on the road to home. Can t say enough good things about them

Derek and Will saved my life today. I came in for an alignment when I felt my tires wobbling about. I had 2 bad tires my mechanic neglected to tell me about and there was NO WAY I was making it back to Atlanta safely. They got it done, and the team got it done fast. What a great crew.

My husband showed up at this Firestone at 3:30 pm on a Friday with a nail in his tire and was turned away, was told no one could help him. The tires were purchased at Firestone, therefore we have a warranty on the tires and having one repaired or replaced should have been no issue. We are two hours away from home with two small children towing a camper. Thankfully the nice people at the Firestone in Fort Mill were more helpful and had him on his way in a little over an hour.Don t waste your time. Just go to Fort Mill.

Hi, I went to Firestone to do a wheel alignment and the next my rack in pinion was leaking. It was just replaced that was the reason for my wheel alignment. I spoke to the manager and I brought my truck back in two weeks later to get another alignment on Saturday April 30. I was there 7:30 am the manager said he couldn t do it that it will take 3 hrs . I left his shop and went to another shop Profix they took me right and aligned my truck with no problem.I will never go back to this rip off joint again.
