I love these guys. Always polite. They never try to upsell. As quick as they can be given the number of people in line. I've taken 2 cars there several times. They are my first choice for oil and tires.

I had wheel alignment after getting new tires. They got the job done quickly for a reasonable price. I had great experience.Shortly after I hit curb and my alignment was off. They let me know the driver side wheel bearing was damaged and they offered to fix it again at reasonable price. I was happy there was no charge for inspection and I replaced the wheel bearing and hub myself.Tomorrow I m going back for alignment since, I don t see any other damage. They are a good group of guys that I know I can trust.Service: Wheel alignment

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is amazing. I just picked up my car today and it s sounding and feeing healthy again! :) The staff are very friendly and answered all of my questions. My car was worked on quickly yet thoroughly and the mechanics were able to catch a problem other places missed. I highly recommend.

I pulled in at 8:30 this morning for a first time visit. There were about 6 men leaning on the open garage doors and no one offered me assistance. Maybe I missed the directional signs but I pulled out and headed for Take 5. I may try again next time. Ps, you can not left turn to get in .

Was cheerfully greeted by "Isaha" and he & "Elisha" serviced my vehicle. Not only did they explain everything that was going on during service they also made me feel confident it was being done right. Quick professional & affordable. Not going Anywhere where else for service ! Shout out again to "Elisha & Isaha "

I did like going to this establishment. I have bought tires from them. Gotten oil changes and other fluid replacement in the past. Have a long history of services for my two cars. Went in for a quick job to plug a hole in my tire. The technician straight up lied to scam me into replacing my tires versus doing a quick simple plug. After expecting the tire myself and having another mechanic friend inspect it. I realized I still have plenty of tread left. With that being said I will no longer trust this establishment. I can only imagine what other lies and fibs they tried to pull on others. My next services I will go to another establishment. Sometimes I take simple jobs to local establishments to test and see how they will handle the job. Thank you Express Oil Change for showing your true scamming colors

Look else where if you want anything done on your vehicle, the guys in the shop tried to charge me double for an alignment because I did the work on my truck myself but they said it was modified .

I have been going to this establishment for a couple of years now with no complaints. However, this morning they had one car being serviced and another bay open with no car. I waited to see if I would get directed into the open bay or directed to move behind the car being serviced. No direction. As I was waiting, some clown cut in front of me and got behind the car being serviced. I confronted the individual and he lied saying he just had a question for the manager. The "technician" then waved him into the bay for service when the first car left. I asked the "technician" if did he not realize that he had cut in front of me. He shrugged and said "I'm just going to put air in his tires. It shouldn't take long." Allowing unethical behavior is unethical. Being lazy and not directing customers is incompetent. Perhaps this establishment is on a downward slide. I am done with them and will make sure to tell anyone and everyone to avoid it.

Good experience every time, I like to bring my own oil and filter and pay the $40 to let them do the work and dispose of the oil. Fast easy and most definitely affordable especially if you don t want to be doing an oil change in scorching heat.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I love Danny & his team! I have been going to this place for about 5 months now. When I first came I explained to them the things meineke had been telling me and the prices. Danny looked at my car and it needed something totally different. He explained to me that his company is honest and trustworthy and not just about money! He said they will look until the find the real problem & not assume. That made me feel great & very welcome. This is the best place I ve experienced in my life with my cars! I take my car here a lot, and they have been very helpful every time. I don t ever feel like they re trying to up-charge me or get me to buy things I don t need. Very friendly. Highly recommend!

These guys have been there for me time and time again. Totally recommend coming here for any troubles you may have with your vehicle. Brought my car here for a break change. Was quoted one price the day before and a different price when I picked up my vehicle. I noticed the difference, questioned it and it was changed. The team here took care of me quickly and generously!I stopped to get gasoline down the street and noticed oil leaking all over the manifold and no oil registering on the dipstick.I bought and added a quart and it still didn t touch the dipstick.I search and find this shop just down the road.They pulled the vehicle immediately, quickly checked and discovered the oil filter cap and come loose.They got it on tightly, cleaned up the manifold and added another quart of oil to get it full.Just an awesome experience here - thanks y all!

My wife and I have used this shop several times now. The staff is always courteous, professional, they are quick, and the price is fair. Purchased tires a year ago, they are still in great shape, and very happy with them. I have been going to Express Oil for years and I have to say the Rock Hill location is the best! Danny especially was awesome- called him to order some new tires and he followed up less than 24 hours later to tell me they were in stock and ready. Less than 30 minutes to change the tires, and at a great price too. Will definitely be continuing to take my business there!

Rico and the guys were really great! They explained everything that needed to be done, gave an accurate estimate, and were genuinely nice to me. I highly recommend them, and am happy that I found a new, friendly place to get all of my vehicle repairs and oil changes done. Thanks for a great experience, guys!

I ve come to this location a couple times for various things like oil change, check engine light and a piece of plastic hanging underneath the car that got lose. I ve had a pleasant experience each and every time. Each worker has been kind, professional and respectful of my time. As a woman, I never want to be taken advantage of when it comes to my car. I ve had no issues. Also, if they re not able to assist you (for example my check engine light came on due to a recall on my car) they will instruct you on what s best, which in my case was to go to the car dealership so they could address the issue. I appreciated that instead of them trying to fix it themselves and they did not have the part they needed. I do recommend getting your car serviced here. I come here when I visit the Newport area.

Great customer service. I was in Rock Hill visiting my parents. I thought there was an issue with my wheel. Danny inspected everything carefully and found the issue was just a loose plastic piece hitting the tire at high speed. He made it so that this wouldn t be an issue and I could get on highway with piece of mind! I was so appreciative of his honesty and service!
