Edward s Body Shop in Rock Hill did an amazing job repairing my fender bender. They promptly got back to me and got my car on the schedule. They used pre and post scanning to be sure all sensors, etc were properly working and recalibrated if needed. I did not have to deal with my insurance company at all during the repair process; they did all the interacting to get any supplements authorized and parts secured. The paint job was awesome, almost like a brand new car thanks to their impeccable attention to blending detail. They also kept me abreast of work by texting once a week to update progress. I could not be happier. Definitely recommend their services.

Had a great experience from start to finish. The ladies in the office were always helpful & informational. Bruce made sure all of the repairs were taken care of, and the job was completed in a timely manner. Very satisfied with my truck, and I would recommend Edwards Body Shop in RH, SC to anyone.

Took this body shop based on a recommendation from a cop. I had good amount of scratches and a dent on my Volvo xc90. Truly Amazing job, it looks brand new and no traces of the scratch or dent.Took 2 weeks. Satisfied.

Working with Bruce and ladies at the front desk was a great experience. They were very professional and courteous. Bruce kept me informed to what was going on. They did a great job on my vehicle, with no complaints. Will use them again definitely

The people at Edwards were extremely kind and communicative in helping me through getting a new mirror assembly installed on my car! They answered every questions I had. From late Thursday afternoon when I called to Wednesday morning it was completely fixed including part ordering, discussing options, and a holiday weekend! Very kind and local folks that I d be happy to work with again!One note - to avoid service fees you ll want to use check or cash - I probably could have had my car a day sooner if I brought them the first day!

Edwards body shop painted the hood and roof of my 2000 silverado pickup truck. The paint was fading on the roof and there were many rock chips in the hood. The work they did is awesome. They buffed out the original paint and blended the new paint some how and made my twenty three year old truck look like new. Cudos to the entire team for their excellent work. Service: Painting

Took my truck by Edward s Body Shop to get my hood repaired and they blew it out of the water. Paint is matched perfectly and they even fixed some small issues that were not part of the original problem. The staff in the front office is great to deal with and they hit their timeframe spot on. We recently got our VW bug repaired and Edwards Body Shop did an amazing job. Ms. Debbie in the front office was kind, organized and stayed in communication with us through the entire process. The repair was completed with excellence and you cannot even tell it was damaged. Plus, our car is a unique color and they were able to match it perfectly! My vehicle is beautiful once again! Excellent work! The paint work was superb. It was a minor scrape, damage on front driver side, but I needed pristine appearance and Edwards delivered. Great customer service from the initial meeting for appraisal to the day was vehicle returned. The ladies working the front office are gracious and professional, responded immediately to all questions and concerns. Thank you Edwards Body Shop.

Highly recommended Edward s Body Shop!! They do amazing work and have a great team. They are amazing about communication, do everything in their power to make sure your car gets original parts, and even had washed and waxed my car when I came back to get it. If I ever have any other damage to my car, Edward s Body Shop will definitely be the ones doing it. Cannot stress enough how much I recommend this crew and the quality work they do.

They did an amazing job painting the passenger s side of my car. My suv is 8 years old and the paint started to peal from a prior repair. It now looks brand new! Their pricing is more than fair after I went to two other shops for quotes. They also took the time to walk me through the repair process and provided a detailed quote. From the moment, talking on the phone making arrangements to drop off car for repair to picking up our car after repairs were handled by the front staff graciously.!!!They lifted my spirits..which I needed badly. I've always had Rhino Shield spray in my truck beds, so when I purchased a new truck, I looked up the Rhino dealer and set up an appointment. Unfortunately I became ill and had to cancel at the last minute. No problem. I was treated very well and the appoint was re-scheduled. Since I couldn't put the steps I had ordered on because of my condition, I asked that they also perform that service. I am very pleased with the price of both services and the quality of work ( not to mention the fantastic, friendly, and professional demeanor of the staff). Edwards was a preferred repair facility for another insurance company that was footing the bill to repair my truck. Very nice workers here but the quality and workmanship are not high on my list currently. My Silverado was there for a week only to get it back and have 2 deep scratches on the driver's front door glass (outside) and scratches above every letter of "Silverado" on the driver's door. I was told they did not use the plastic tool to remove the emblems which caused the scratches. They asked for me to bring it back to see it, my wife took it by, and they told me they would call me to schedule a time to fix the repairs. A month later I call, and they ask me to bring it by again. I work 8a-6p and its difficult to get by there while they are open. I had my wife bring it by again today 5/13/2022 so they could look at it again. I've been told they will call me when the Silverado nameplate comes in and I can drop it off on a Friday, another inconvenience. minor inconveniences? yes. I would have rather my truck stay additional days the first go around and receive my truck back in its original condition than having to keep bringing it back several times. this review is subject to change based on how the repair goes this time.Update: Edward's did a great job of taking care of the issues from the initial repairs. Very satisfied. In today's world where companies disregard issues, they did not. They took it head on! If I ever need a Body shop again I'm coming here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

In just had one of the best customer service experiences that I ve ever had. Edward s installed a Rhino Liner spray-in bedliner. They did an absolutely amazing job. Super clean and crisp lines, evenly sprayed and thicker than any other that I ve had. The customer service was super and everyone friendly and welcoming. I live over an hour away and it was well worth the trip and fuel costs. I will definitely recommend them for anyone looking for repair services or a quality spray-in. Amazing experience all around. The front office team was courteous and welcoming and while I didn't interact with the folks working on the vehicle, I bet they would have been also. Once, I showed up early morning and appeared to have disrupted their meeting, but they made me feel welcome nonetheless. At the time, I had only come to collect some of the belongings from my car. This was a collision repair which ended up being totaled after Edward's had laid out their itemized findings. Which I was glad as the insurance adjuster had it originally declared repairable. There is no hesitation in my recommendation that if you are in search of a body shop, give Edward's a call. You will not regret it.
