We had a flat tire 7 hours from home. Our tow truck driver recommended he take the car and us to Discount Tire in Rock Hill, SC. From the moment we walked in, James greeted us warmly and explained the situation of either repairing the tire if they were able or replacing it. We ran over a bolt thrown from the truck in front of us, so we kind of knew it probably was going to be a replacement. They had the tire we needed and we were on the road in 2 hours. Highly recommend!

Quick and efficient. Forgot to connect my TPMS but quickly offered me to come back in any time and get it reconnected for free. Good service!Very quickly put on all my new rims and tires.

I had the best experience at Discount Tire in Rock Hill today! The customer service was exceptional! I previously went to another tire place in Rock Hill and was ignored for 10+ minutes so I was very nervous about going to another tire shop. I called Discount Tire 2x before my appointment and the store associates were very nice but I was still very nervous to actually go in the store. But WOW I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and was greeted right away even though they were extremely busy. I spoke to several associates and the manager during my visit and EVERYONE was super nice! The service was very quick especially for how busy they were. Thank you to all the associates today!

I always have a good experience at this location. They have tires to fit every budget and offer 6 months same as cash. They generally make suggestions based on my driving habits and don t push higher priced tires on me just because I have an account with them. I love that they take care of any issues for the life of the tire and I can visit any location. Customer service is great. The wait can be a little long sometimes. However the last time I went, the service was completed an hour sooner than expected.

As I was leaving work, today (Tuesday), I received a phone call saying my appointment for Friday could be completed this afternoon if it was convenient for me. 45 minutes later, me and my four new tires were on our way home. Fast, friendly, and never try to upsell you on anything you don't need. Discount Tire is the only way to go!

I don t know why you would buy your tires anywhere else but discount tire? Been doing business here for 12 years + . Service is always top notch and price is competitive. They stand behind what they sell ! Bought new tires today from them. Had me in an out in record time. Thanks A. L. And Anthony. You all are the best

These men were incredibly helpful and kind to me during my purchase today. They not only made sure that I was safe but had the best attitudes that you could ask for (especially working the day before Thanksgiving). If you aren t looking for pushy salesman and need genuine advice concerning your tires, you have found the right place.

I have purchased several sets of tires and rims for my vehicles. I need them to look at my wife's tire for a slow leak. The tire had one plug that was done years ago and not leaking. The other one was one of theirs. The guy told me because of the one wasn't leaking he can't help me. I went to a competitor they confirmed it had come loose from the inside, they put a new patch on it and now they have a new customer and I will tell everyone about it.

GREAT SERVICE TODAY! The technician was outside to greet me before I could step on the walkway to enter the store! I got the tires I needed, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Well done, James! (SP# 717 ) You made my day! I came straight to this location from another tire place, which wasted 1 hour of my time with excuses and no mechanics on duty. James actually listened to my rant and thanked me for coming over to Discount Tires! Customer Service is alive and well at this location. Keep up the great work,Discount Tire Team!!

Decided to try this place for the first time today to get a tire patched. I'm extremely pleased with how friendly and professional they were. The guy that helped me went above and beyond. I didn't know that they patch tires for free, no matter where you got it. Not only did they patch it, they rebalanced the tire as well. Definitely going right back to them when I need new tires for any of my vehicles. What a great experience that was.

These guys ROCK! Called me to offer to bump my appointment up. I was met in the parking lot when I drove in. Four new tires, great prices, and in and out in under an hour - and they were busy! Definitely the place to go for new shoes for your car!

The men at this discount tire know their stuff. I was stranded near Rock Hill after I blew a tire out on the highway and these guys were helping out in every way they could. Front desk guys were great, boys in the back were great. 10/10.

I had an appointment and they were super busy. The service tech gave me some options and we were able to check the air pressure and everything was good and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Will not hesitate to go back when necessary

Was told 30 to 45 minutes for 4 new tires to be put on and it took 2 hours. They said they had appointments first but I called twice to set up an appointment an was told twice just bring it in when you can an will get you done quickly. So what I took from this is make sure they take you as an appointment !!

My tire kept losing air. I went up there and Thomas helped me. Immediately saw that I had a screw in my tire. They fixed my tire at no charge. All the employees were very nice and I would recommend them anytime!

After our tire blew out on 77 & we received some AMAZING service from Mr. Rowe with SCDOT, he recommended Discount Tire to get a replacement (can't drive 4 hours on a spare ) Tried SAM'S 1st since we bought tire from there...none in stock. BUT Discount Auto saved the day!!! Excellent service from Rob & Drew...AND DT offers MILITARY DISCOUNT! Hooah! I really felt appreciated & valued as a customer today . Discount Tire .

They got me in quick and the price was good. Alex the guy who waited on me was friendly and kept me informed as to what was going on. They offer text alerts where you vehicle is done so you can go do other things and not stay and wait.

I m only giving 4 stars because I was unable to schedule my appointment online, which led to me to wait longer since I just walked in. As for the staff, I have not a single complaint. I picked out my tires online, but still has a few questions to ask before purchasing. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful. They got to me as soon as they could and I was just grateful they were able to get me in that day. They balanced my tires, replaced my front windshield wipers, and after noticing the tire pressure light was still on, one guy even popped the hard cover off to check my spare.

Had some problems at my first visit that I shared with management. Very kind response, took responsibility, was kind, patient and attentive. Took great care of the issue and me. I will be back and highly recommend them. Non racist environment, clean, tidy and spacious.

Came in with a nail in my tire and wanted a repair but they took it off and said I have to buy a tire cause they can't put it back on. Overpayed for tires that seem to have a dead spot 6 months later. They told me a time to have them come look at & I got there early and still waited 30 minutes after the scheduled time & never was seen. Going elsewhere.

For the 5th time I have went there for service or to buy tires and no matter what they forget to put the valve stem caps back on ...seems minor but for a company who specializes in tires, that's a big deal so tonight was the absolute last time I go there for anything!! Quit being in such a hurry!!!

Staff took the time to walk me through ordering what I wanted. They scheduled me an appointment the day after the wheels and tires arrived in stock. Was in and out in 45 minutes. Friendly staff.

We blew a tire while traveling through South Carolina, and I called ahead to this location to make sure they had the replacement we needed. The store manager Anthony immediately made sure we were all OK, then found my account and got us on the service list. The replacement only took 30 minutes from start to finish, and everyone was very nice and helpful.

I called an hour before closing to come into the shop. My tire light came on and I was panicking. The associate calmed my nerves and asked me to come on in. He took good care of me right when I drove in. I only needed my tires reset from being in the body shop. He wished the rest of my day went well for me. I had just came form chemotherapy with my mom who has colon cancer. I panicked because my tire light came on on our drive home after 5 hrs of her therapy. He was very polite and concerned about my safety and well being. You don t get that kind of care at just any service department. Thank you for your outstanding service and huge heart.

Outstanding customer service. Philip was professional and still personable His team took great care of my wife's jeep and had me back on the road exactly when they told me. Excellent job managing expectations We will definitely be back for our future tire related purchases.
