I drove by this place many times and thought it was just a car wash, but there is an oil change bay. The reviews made me give this place a try and my experience will have me returning. In and out very quickly. I don't leave a lot of reviews but felt motivated to do so this time as this was super simple, fast and the attendant Derek was very professional and efficient. Thumbs up!

My wife and I had been using Costa since it opened. However, we ve been trying to get our oil changes done for the last 3 days. Wednesday, everything was closed. Thursday, the oil containers were full so they couldn t drain oil. Today, the employee was working on his own squatted truck in the wash bay. We sat there for about 5 minutes while he tinkered away until we finally got fed up and left.

First time coming here for an oil change and John was absolutely amazing! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything I needed and his service was very fast. Was in and out in a flash! Definitely will be coming back for future oil changes and anything else I'll need!

I've stopped several times lately for an oil change. Nobody is minding the store...only a sign saying "closed for lunch" on the door. Is this business closed? Doesn't seem to be a very good way to operate. At least provide some info as to when someone will return. My time is valuable...capice?Don't let the size of this place deter you. They only have one bay for oil changes but the 3 man crew was right on it, and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. The price was right, too...$40 for a full synthetic service!! They gave me some great advice as per adding Lucas Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer when the next service rills around, saying it will improve performance, engine life and gas mileage. Great customer service all around at a great price. What's not to love?Highly recommended!Service: Oil change

10/20/23 I had my car serviced this morning at 9:15 am at the Chapman highway Knoxville Tennessee locationThis is a very quick and efficient place to take your vehicle.They describe every detail as they go.One thing that impressed me the most is the gentleman brought me the air filter showed me that it was clean and that I did not need a new filter.Most places would have said your air filter needs changing without ever showing you the old filter this really impressed me.

Another great experience getting my oil changed....Jake and John teamed up and got me in and out quickly. They balance professionalism with a friendly hometown feel. They're very thorough....I got my 5th punch on my Costa Card....That gives me a free oil change next time in.....Thank you Costa....Keep up the good work....and you'll continue to have my business....!!

Received great service here from the new guy as well as the familiar face who had waited on me before. John was absolutely amazing. This team is fast, synchronized and more than capable of handling any vehicle. The bay is a little intimidating for me to pull into-he was kind and patient while guiding me in despite the fact I had my eyes closed Just kidding, I don't want to run over my favorite technicians. He even helped me find a part that a local dealership has had on back order for months! Definitely worth the drive from across the county.Service: Oil change

This was my first time at this establishment and the oil change was quick and simple. I was helped by Jake and he was very kind, courteous, and explained everything to me. Came in from outta town, these guys are amazing they did a great job and were super friendly and kept me laughing. is 3 hours to far to drive for my next oil change? Cuz I wish I was closer, then I would defiantly use them again. They even hooked my kids up with cookies when we left. Thank you again! service truly was top notch.

I what to say that I was very pleased with my first visit at costa oil changing place on Herlong in rock hill on getting my oil changed Brandon, Jake,and Derrick made sure that I understand what I needed and even told me about special that was going on that day so to friends and family and anyone out their costa oil change on herlong in rock hill ,sc that's the place to go if you are looking for a very professional place to get your oil changed and having a great result stop in and give those guys some good support cause I can't wait to visit again. This was my great experience with this service center's young manager Mr.John who really impressed me with his honest opinion while diagnosing my engine. He pointed to the right problem and suggested the right thing to do. I was amazed. I asked him about the charges but he kept repeating "nothing" but wanted me to return if needed any other service in any of my cars and wanted to recommend this place to friends as his only award. I was in what I would say was one of my worst moods ever when I went to take my parent's car in for an oil change. I wanted to get in and out and on to do a thousand different things that day. These guys were great. Quick, efficient. Not pushy, or upselling, and they seemed truly honest. The man in charge was kind and had me smiling and laughing by the time I was leaving, which I really didn't think was possible on that particular day.

Today was one of the BEST oil change I've had in over 20 years. Connor has the BEST customer service I've experienced in a very long time. He answered all of my questions over the phone and upon my arrival. He also explained everything to me that was about to take place. Connor introduced me to Jon the (gm) and another young man I think his name was "TC" please forgive me if not. I highly recommend them to my family and friends! You guys rock! Keep up the great work! I just left from there to get my oil changed. Awesome service and reasonable prices. Honest and they don't charge u an arm and a leg for an oil change. A lot better than take 5, more like they take forever. I'll be coming here from now on.

Fantastic customer service at the Herlong location. I stopped by while on a visit home to see my parents and my car presented some unique problems (stripped bolts, etc). John was my mechanic and went above and beyond to completely fix a problem that he could have just put a bandaid on. Mike and Mark made sure that I was informed of what was going on the whole time, and made sure to communicate clearly through the entire process to both myself and the customers behind me (my car held up the line while I was in the shop).
