Dropped my car off on Monday and picked it up on Saturday with a brand new top. It looks amazing! Work was done quickly, as promised and the owners called and communicated with me throughout the process. My door panel covers had fallen off. I got quotes from other shops in the area but this one could take my car right away and for a good price. So we tried them. 2 days later, my door panels are covered, they look great, fair price. Done. Nice!

We Used this company to recover boat seats. They charged 93% more than the quote, AND the colors don t match. Completely dissatisfied

I needed a new convertible top for my 2005 mustang.After buying the new convertible top I then took the part and my car to this specialist to fix my top.The job took a couple days.They also advised that I wait a couple days to let it sit before using the top so I did just that. I went on a road trip directly after getting it fixed and I hit a pretty bad rain storm towards home and it held up perfectly. Thanks for the good work!

I brought the car to them because the rear window was detached, I charged $2150 to change my top, they told me that I have a warranty for 8 years after that, they broke one of my arms and blamed me because the mechanism is the problem, I do not recommend nobody should go there, liars

I brought my mercedes clk 320 in to have my convertible top fixed and they charged me a $150 and they did nothing or fixed nothing. First they told me 1 of my hydraulic pumps were bad so i told them to order it and that was 3 months ago so i found a place that sells them so i called them and told them i will get it then he told me it needs 3 then i told him i would buy all of them and asked him how much would he charge me to put all of them in then he said i think i will pass and hung up on me. very rude

Sent my Saab down to have the headliner replaced. Work was done quickly and with great workmanship! Other places quoted me twice the price when they learned the make of the vehicle. I would recommend Jimmy to anyone with upholstery needs!Service: Upholstery repairService: Upholstery repair

They replaced my convertible top on my Mercedes . Had problems one week later call several times no follow-up whatsoever will never go there will never recommend them to anyone had to take the car to a local shop here in Charlotte to fix their repairsFind somewhere else if you need a convertible top done horrible customer service took my money and no follow-up whatsoever.This is a 8 month follow up..... I spoke with the owner today told him about the top not sealing and allowing water into my passenger window his response was call him back after memorial day which is a week away this is why I say stay away from this place I spent ...$1550....and this guy never called me back on the initial repairs I was forced to use a local person in Charlotte to fix there Mess and now he's blowing me off again telling me to call him back after memorial day run do not use this place he's a disgrace I don't understand how he has been in business as long as he has use somebody else..

Unfortunately once our convertible top was replaced on our Crossfire it would not go down after replacing it. Called the business and was told it work fined when they tried it. We asked if he knew how to fix it and was told no. Paid alot for the top to be replaced and not have it work. Tip: Ask in advance if they guartanee the their work once they replace the convertible top it will go up & down. Also they only accept checks & cash.

Do not do business here may husband had his convertible top on his Mercedes replaced and the top leaks on rainy days and car wash drive throughs. We have contacted him sereval times and he blows us off with some type of excruses; ( I'll call you back after the holidays and it's been 3 months and no call back.) He robbed us of our money 1,500 dollars. Not to mention that my husband is a handicap Veteran with one leg.

I brought my car in to have a badly sagging headliner repaired. The shop replaced the headliner and did a quality job, it looks factory new!Reasonable prices and professional work. I would highly recommend!

Although I ended up not using them (or anyone for that matter as I traded in my vehicle", the specialist there was fantastic, super friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me all my options. I would have used him had I kept my mustang.

I Took My Mustang Over There For A Convertible Motor Replacement. It Got Replaced BUT My Window Doesn t Go Down, My Radio WOULD NOT Turn Off When The Car Was Off & There Was A Fuze Or Plug Left Out Like They FORGOT To Put It Back. Dont Go Here Unless You Wanna Be Played For A Fool & By A Fool. Have A Nice Day
