The lady was very nice she had to go behind the guys and clean the inside of my doors. My car didn t look like it was vacuumed or wiped down inside.

They didn't wipe down the dash board or door arm rest. They broke the antenna on my truck and did absolutely nothing about it. All they had to do is turn the radio off. I watched them have to break into a Cadillac escalade. Because they locked the keys in the vehicle. Will never go back there. Yes cheap. But there's a good reason it's cheap.

They do a pretty good job. You need to state what you want and stay on top of the attendance to make sure you get what your looking for. I would recommend this service to others but you have to Keep track of the work being done on your vehicle

I had my car washed, the guy I think his name was Martin who wiped it down and vacuumed it out. He took extra care to make sure my tires where the way I liked them. He really did a good job! I miss that kind of detail. I had stopped going cause there was nothing but kids working there and they didn't care. Keep hiring adults who care about the work they do.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

This is the worst job for $44.95 plus a $12 tip spent on the lousiest car wash job I had ever had. I don't mind spending the money, but dang . I just got the biggest surprise when I opened the trunk and it was still dirty. I have been trying to call them back to speak with the manager and the phone just keeps on ringing. Bad business. I will give you a zero on customer service. If this is how a wash is done in this area, I would advise to go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

I worked here for years, and I just have to say that leaving was incredibly hard, and to hear Scott s passing was absolutely painful. I decided to read recent reviews just out of curiosity, and to all of those that are giving this place a hard time for lazy workers, or terrible jobs at cleaning cars. It is a quick wipe down, a quick vacuum, and that s it. 46 bucks is not a detail, don t expect one. It s a lot easier to post a review because you have dirt left on the bottom of your car than to realize 60-300 cars being cleaned in a day is a complete mess in itself. If you want quality work, do it yourself, otherwise, this place offers the best service it can. R.I.P my boy Scott.

I have done business here for 17 years the way I was treated today was horrible. Had to blow my horn to get attention of anyone pulled up my car to make sure I was seen was told by a very young person I m 63 that next time I need to stop further back because I can t pay if I pull forward that s a lie it is a hand held. Did not brush my car down before sending it through did not push wax button paid 26.00 and it s sitting at the exit of the wash with only two cars being worked on by 4 people out there for two cars still nobody out there getting my car young man that took my money would rather get paid to talk to the oil guy. Like I said I have been a customer for a long time Westminster ties I know that life has been hard the last year that s why I still come. Today I m done lots of competition cheaper in rock hill it s hard to see such an important part of Rock Hill not continuing it s heritage.

Well the oil change attendant was very nice and professional. I was in and out in 10 minutes I even got a coupon for a car wash.Maybe that was my sign, but I used said car wash coupon. Frankly I wish I did not waste my money. I stayed for 10 extra minutes detailing my own car in front of the attendants.So far the best car wash experience I've had is the do-it-yourself "ZIP" in front of Publix on Cherry. If you must go to a car wash that is full service do yourself a favor and go to autobell.

The worst car wash. I've gone here for a decade and have never been so disappointed with the pure lack of detail. I paid 30 bucks for a 5 dollar wash. I won't be going back.

I am updating this review because I just had an absolute terrible experience at this car wash. I've been using this car wash for over 4 years since I moved to the area. I just came today to get my car washed and was told that the vacuum cleaners did not work in the express area. I went up to the manager and he let me know it's a free service so that's my issue but it's a part of the the service and if I had been made aware of that I would have gone elsewhere. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this place again. Terrible terrible business acumen.

Unfortunately after I left I noticed my windshield was no cleaner than when I came. After the vacuuming, which was much less then adequate, I was told their high velocity vacuum was broken so they were using a shop vac that didn t clean well at all. Took my car here for a wash and vacuum and this isn't the first time they have failed to wipe down all of the interior. Also they didn't even vacuum the dirt out of the cracks in the seats. Cup holders weren't wiped out. When you pay hasr earned money for your car to be cleaned you expect nothing less than what you pay for.

It was a total waste of money and time. I haven t been there for a few years and they were always thorough. There were all new employees. They started wiping with dirty cloths ONE window and mirror so they were smeared. Someone noticed they didn t pressure was my tires so they had to take it back through the carwash which I thought was great for offering. When it came out they vacuumed the front but not the back and didn t do anything else. The dash was still covered with dust, the windshield was not touched inside. Left all the other windows unwiped! I can assume they thought they did it before but it was so smeared on the windows and when I saw the rear window and other side windows not even touched I just left. There is no way they didn t see they didn t clean the inside, there were dog nose smears all over 3 windows! I won t be back.

Nice enough staff, but if you're charging Auto Bell prices, you should wash the whipe car.

My husband took his car here to get it cleaned out. The wash did a great job since it was not being down by a person. However, the inside didn t look like it was cleaned at all. Only one of the four kids working on his car was actually doing anything. The others were making faces and doing next to nothing. When my husband went out to see if they were done, he expressed his irritation. The manager was called out, and his response, before even looking at the car, was they don t give refunds. So he has evidently had issues like this before. My husband said he didn t want a refund and showed him the inside. The manager did not even apologize or have his guys finish the job. Never again will they get a penny from us. Do not waste your money or time.Service: Vacuuming

I went there last Saturday and had a $29.00 car wash that look like a 2 year old did for free! When addressing my concerns through phone call the manager told me that it was my fault for not saying anything to him while I was there! So I went back up there and showed him what happened and proceeded to tell him about the service that I got. I ended up getting a free car wash! But my money probably won t be spent here again!One thing that really through me off is when I looked at my car and noticed that there was still soap on the car from the wash and they are to hand dry the car off! So I asked the guy who washed my car could he possibly give me a rag to wipe it off! I was willing to do it myself! He then told me to ask someone else and then proceeded to leave and get in his vehicle and he left!

I arrived and was third in line on a very uncrowded Monday morning. No attendant in sight...After a few minutes, a young man, obviously very unhappy to be here and profusely showing his lack of enthusiasm started to "take care" of the main important person in any business : the paying customer.You pay $16.95 and are also expected to tip. I thought that it was a business selling a service. Oh well. I looked into my wallet to find a few dollars and didn't have anything lower than a 10.I went back to the cashier's booth. Again, nobody in sight. Finally, a lady came over. It must be a horrible place to work at, as she was equally unhappy of being here. She expressed it verbally on more than one occasion. I told her that it was fine by me not to tip if I was such an annoyance.The car went off the wash line to be hand finished. I have never seen such a sloppy job! Truly, it was awful with many places on the outside still very dirty and the inside that had been wiped with a very dirty and lumpy rag. There were little patches of dust fuzz everywhere.Is there any need to say that I will never go back there. Furthermore, I will wash my car myself. It takes them about 15 minutes for $16.95 and it might take me 45 minutes. I can live with that, especially for a much better job.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !

I took my wife s car here. They did a great job on the outside of the car. But the inside was not to my satisfaction. It was a slow time. They had 4-5 guys just standing around but my all-season mats were not taken out, power wash, or scrubbed...just vacuumed. For $30, I thought I was getting everything. I had spots on my leather seats that seemed to go unnoticed.

I purchased the Deluxe Car Wash for $29.95 on April 6th. It was the WORST waste of money ever!!! This is probably the 3rd time I've visited this establishment and will be the LAST! I paid $30.00 for what I could have paid my 10 year old $5.00 to do a better job. They didn't vacuum properly and didn't wipe anything down inside. I could have just ran my car through the car wash, vacuumed myself and saved some money!Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I love the $6 car wash!!!! If you let the men dry your car off and do tires, just watch, some of them rush through it and miss areas.. Not the most friendly but can't beat a $6 car wash

I been going here for many years and typically get great service. But today with COVID rampant and a city ordinances to wear mask, only two people of the six hand on a mask. Plus the service is extremely poor, I watched to see if they would open the back of the van and vacuum the back ; two attempts but the door was locked and never attempted to click the button to open...just walked away. Then couldn t get the side door to close instead of calling a manager to assist; they simply told me my car was ready and left it for us to take care of the issue. Typically I don t ever write a review but there lack of concern of their customers safety was a major issue for me. Sorry but my last visit today. Auto bell see you soonService: Auto detailing

The attention to detail needs to be greater. Very little customer interaction. The last few times I've been here I got the $20 or $30 packages yet they miss stuff on the interior or I'll still have dirt on my car when it's done. I also happened to be behind the owners truck who never used his turn signals. I'll try another place that has a full service wash and see how they measure up since there's no Auto Bell in town

They were Top Class it took them 20 minutes to clean the bugs and grime off my front bumper and rear bumper which I was impressed that they did most people don't so that was excellent service
