Started using Castrol lube shop a couple years ago after getting fed up with the wait times at Take 5. I have been satisfied with the quality of service and the quickness of service received. Price is fair compared to most oil prices around. I will continue to use them and recommend to others!

Great, quick oil change with reasonable prices. Left the house at 10 a.m. and was back home by 11 a.m. on a Saturday. Guys working were so polite and very efficient. I also like how they're not pushy and trying to sell you a million other things - did suggest an air filter, but it legitimately needed to be changed. Would definitely recommend this place and kudos to your guys that were working here Saturday morning 6/4/16!

Do not bother. Went there and when I pulled in they gave me the price. Come to find out my filter is hard to come by because it s a weird one. The owner said he was gonna have to charge me more and I said no. He tried to tell me he could fill the oil and I could go get my own filter. Again no. He said I was being very unfair that I held them to the price they quoted me. No one else there and it took almost an hour. The employees were talking trash about this and that and were unprofessional at best. Again, don t waste your time

I went there today to get the oil in my Volvo changed. Upon pulling in, the work immediately began. I was impressed until I saw the lube mechanic struggling to find my oil filter and how to service my vehicle. There is a specific way that my engine belly pan is to removed and I was not asked about it at all. Then, to make matter worse, the lube mechanic almost stripped my oil filter housing by not using the proper tool. I caught them just in time to give them my own oil filter wrench for them to be able to properly do the job. Upon supplying the filter wrench, the customer service guy mentioned that they do not normally service Mercedes, BMW, Volvo, or VW all due to the oil filter housing caps. They should have mentioned this to me before I was asked to pop my hood. Knowing this, what oil filter did they even use in my vehicle? I am concerned. I normally have a Master Mechanic at European Automasters in Rock Hill do my service; but, he is currently out of town on vacation. I needed my oil changed and thought this would have been a decent option instead... I was wrong on that for sure. I was given the receipt to sign and quickly rushed out without time to read the full receipt. It mentioned that my air filter was checked and ok (air filter housing was NEVER even opened), wiper blades checked and ok (never looked at), Diff/TransAx checked and ok (mine is sealed and cannot be checked), Washer fluid filled (not checked), p.s. fluid checked and ok (not checked), breather checked and ok (not checked), and oil life reset "yes" (not done). All of these were not done as I was IN THE VEHICLE and watched with my own eyes. I am very disappointed with my service today and would not recommend any European branded car to go here for service. I paid good money for my vehicle and do not want it messed up because of an inexperienced lube technician. My vehicle smelled like burning oil after my oil change for a few miles down the road as well. This never happens at the other location I take my vehicle to. I am very disgruntled about today's service. Lesson learned, I will HAPPILY wait and pay more to have my vehicle properly maintained instead of bringing it to an inexperienced and unequipped location.

First trip here. Super friendly. I supplied all my filters and they changed all my filters (air, fresh air) with no questions. Well pleased and will be back with all my vehicles.

fake oil changes! Unprofessional! No receipt! I went to get an oil change from this company because I was in a rush, oil change light never went off. Went to a family mechanic two weeks later and was informed I needed an oil change! This place does sketchy business! No bueno

Very knowledgeable and friendly! Got me in quick and out quick!! Replaced my oil plug because mine was stripped with no charge! I will be returning!!

Page almost $30 to wash it inside and out and it was still dirty and they are kind of racist I recommend to the Hispanic community not to go because they provide bad servicePage casi $30 por lavarlo por dentro y por fuera y qued� sucio igual y son medio racistas le recomiendo a la comunidad hispana que no vayan porque dan un mal servicio
