I had an incident where my car was damaged at the mechanic. The mechanic referred me to Cardell Collision. After they performed the job it looked as if it never happened. Paint matched perfectly. Kind and professional. Services was done quickly and they are reasonable with their prices. Strongly recommended.

What a friendly staff! Mike & Emily were phenomenal in customer service and speedy getting me back on the road.I had a Collison and had my car back within a week and a half. Team always answered the phone, kept me up-to-date on the bill, & my kia looks GREAT! Couldn't be happier with Cardell.

I brought my Honda in to get repaired after an accident and it was finished not even a week later! All the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. All the other chain body shops quoted me a 2 month waiting list to get my car fixed, but Cardell told me I could bring my car 2 days after the phone call! I hope I don t have to, but if I ever need anymore body work for my car this is where I will be going from now on! I will be recommending for anyone needing any work as well!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently took my car to Cardell Collision for collision repair. The owner, Brian, was so wonderful to work with. He was always quick to respond any time I had a question and was highly communicative throughout the entire repair process. Brian's philosophy is to treat every car as though it were his own and it shows in how he treats and advocates for his customers. I was also thrilled that they were able to get me in for an appointment weeks ahead of the other local repair shops. Bottom line, if you're looking for an auto body repair shop in the Rock Hill area, give Brian a call. He and his team will take great care of you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car had extensive hail damage and a friend recommended Cardell Collision to do the repairs. They were easy to work with and did a great job restoring my 2016 Nissan. Cardell Collision did a wonderful job on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra after it was hit while parked in front of my house. Can't say enough good things about the accuracy of their quote and good ongoing communication. Car looks like new. Thank you.

I got in a fender bender and took my car here and they were very friendly and professional. They kept me up to date on the progress and were willing to fight the insurance company to get new parts for my car rather than repair pieces that needed to be replaced. Stay away. They kept my car more than 4 weeks and did very poor job, it looks very cheap job on an expensive vehicle.
