Car Guyz were very helpful when the clutch on my truck burnt up on the side of I-77 on a Tuesday afternoon. They recommended an excellent towing company who towed my truck and my trailer to them and had me back on the road before noon Wednesday. THANKS MUCH!!!

Highly recommend. I had a repair that Ford couldn t/didn t care to do and they didn t want to really help. So I call up Car Guyz and they helped right away and at a far better price. They got all repairs done efficiently. I will definitely be using them again.

These were the only guys in the area that actually took appointments (and had a website). Wasn't able to go with them this time due to scheduling, but wish I had been. They're professionalism and organization seems a step above the rest for sure. Thanks for the call back!

Great service. Went in to get my mufflers done and they were able to do it right away and sounds amazing. Kinda hard to find but I'm glad I found it. Also the artwork inside is great.

It's hard to find a reputable and trust worthy mechanic, especially in a new town.I did some research and found Car Guyz so I figured I'd give them a shot on my son's 4Runner and Daughters Civic. (Disclaimer, I don't trust Stealerships).I knew what was wrong with the car and we had 3 other mechanics tried to fix the issue. I let my young daughter handle this repair on her own. They were very nice, professional and gave realistic expectations.In final, they delivered big time. The repairs they did fixed what 3 others couldn't. Could have saved a lot of money going with Car Guyz first.To date, we've collectively used them about 5 or 6 times and service has been phenomenal.Steve, I'm assuming is the manager, is on point! Always keeps the line of communication open and updates us accordingly.One last thing that I love about Car Guyz (did I mention they were very affordable too?) Is the Customer Relationship Manager or CRM APP that they use to provide details on diagnostics and repair costs. They send a link to access your vehicle details, repairs needed, cost estimates, etc. You simply click on the items you want fixed and it updates the record to Car Guyz and they start work. This was one of the most impressive benefits of working with Car Guyz. They will even talk about best strategy and budgeting aspects based on severity level and needs.I HIGHLY recommend Steve and his team at Car Guyz. You won't regret it.Last little tidbit that I think speaks volume to the integrity of the business is that Owner is hands-on gets down & dirty and clearly has a passion for this line of work and his business.

I had them do my exhaust on my 98 Chevy k1500. They ran pipe from the converters back to 6in rolled tips. The way they ran it was really good and it's quality work. Thank you Car Guyz for the workService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

This place takes care of all of ur car needs. My husband had them to run duals on his 1999 Chevy Silverado. They did a great job. Next we are having them to run duals on my 1990 Chevy C1500 and to paint both trucks. The prices are the best around.

I was calling around looking for a shop to work the exhaust on my 2019 ram 1500, I thought I wanted to put a flowmaster on it but was really undecided. Most of the shops I called were very unhelpful, and plain rude. Didn t seem like they really wanted my business. CarGuyz was completely different, I spoke with Steve and he was great. Took the time to ask my name (what most shops didn t) and recommended a muffler delete for the sound I was aiming for. Got on schedule, took it in and the time estimate was right on the money. Truck sounds AWESOME! Very pleased with my experience here, Will be using them again.Service: Exhaust

Car guys in Rock Hill just keep getting better and better!!! I don't trust my car anywhere else. Honest if you're looking for an honest mechanic who does not try to rip you off and tell you things are wrong with your car when they probably could look no further!!! Service manager Steve is awesome!!!! Don't take your car anywhere else or you will pay too much!!!

Car Guyz is the best auto shop in the area. My father would only use this great shop (at previous location and current) when he was living after coming back (native of NC) to the area after retiring from NY 1999. This shop has always been honest and provides stellar service. They will let you know what needs to be fixed and what items don't in an honest manner. The whole team has looked out for the automotive needs of my widowed mother for the past 6 years. Recently, Car Guyz gave me a courtesy call to check on the welfare on my mother since they had not seen her in many months. what other automotive shop in this country treats you like family in this manner = only Car Guyz. Car Guyz also employs military Vets! Great shop. Take good care of your car and will not try and upsell you on nothing you do not really need. Also looks like they can do dome custom work engine/exhaust

Got it ready when they said they would. Steve was very nice and knowledgeable. He just earned a new customer. No he didn't because that day I got stalled on Cherry Rd and could have gotten killed from work they done on vehicle that day. A little thing like clamp on intake came off and that's what they worked on. I will never go back there and don't encourage you to either.

5/13/2022They did an awesome job!I think the young man's name is Sam in the front.Free diagnosis, only charged me for breaks and rotors. No extra fees, no extra sales pitches. It fIt felt like I talked to my brother who took good care of my car and didn't overcharge me considering the great quality of service. I called three other places. They did not give me an option to leave my car overnight and come in the next morning to pick it up. They either told me to give them my full personal information so they can call me back with a quote and I will have to wait a week or charge me $250 for this place charging $172 for the same job.Others wanted to charge me $90 for a full diagnosis in addition to the $250 for the breaks. It's crazy!I'm super grateful!You can't see it on the street but it's where the ABC store is, it's in the same building but on the end. We parked on the right side of the building and walked back to the old NAPA auto store sign.

Car Guyz is awesome. This was my first time taking my truck to them. They are very nice and very professional. Called me several times during the day and called before they did anything. Had to get new brakes, new shocks and even replaced the EVAP. They were fast, I had my truck back by mid day. These guys are great, Totally recommend these guys. Best mechanics in Fort Mill and Rock Hill High would not take my vehicle anywhere else always finishes your vehicle when they say they will have it ready. and their prices is unbelievable. Very professional mechanics works there I have always been treated with utmost respect and they never try to push any extra on me. Coming from a woman that says a whole lot. Thank you car Guyz

I have had bad experiences with other local shops, but these guys were straight forward and did a solid job with my 5.4L engine replacement. Definitely will use them again.

Mike and his crew are remarkable. Recently bought a 98 dodge Dakota pickup. Intent was to gradually fix up the truck so that it can be my daily driver. New to the area and have been looking for a shop that: 1) tells the truth and keeps their word, 2) is diagnostically sharp, 3) prices fairly, and 4) that I can trust to advise me on maintenance without my feeling I'm getting ripped off.Usually it takes multiple experiences (often bad ones) to try to find such a shop (and you are lucky if you do). Mike made me a believer in 2 stops. Exceptional service. Fast. Honest. Great pricing. Both times less than estimated, one time much less. These guys are great. I recommend them without reservation to all my family members, and now to you.

Took my 2015 Mustang down to get the shifter assembly replaced, oil change and brake job done. I can not express how professional and on point Mike and his crew at Car Guyz are. Been using this company for years! They have done nothing but honest work for me on the past 5 vehicles I've owned. I would highly recommend them for any mechanical work youd need ranging from just your daily beater to your high end performance vehicles. I've had several friends and neighbors all use this shop. They have all been 100% satisfied. Mike and his employees are the smartest and most professional people I know and always charge a fair price for their work. Drew who answers the phones is always kind an courteous and will give you a straight answer to your questions. I give this shop an 11/10 and will be coming back here for years to come!

Highly recommend if you are a reasonable human being. I am a regular and have been doing business with Mike and his Guyz for a long time. "Burnout"I return today knowing that fairness, honest hard work and reasonable prices will go into fixing my vehicle. Waiting 2 hours is nothing when I know the problem I arrive with will be fixed. I always recommend Car Guyz to everyone that has car and truck issues. Weither they use the service is on them. In my opinion if you don't go to Car Guyz you just don't know what you missing. I recently used Car Guyz for service based on a friends recommendation. These guyz are great. They were able to fit me in immediately on a late afternoon dropoff and repaired my car before noon the next day. Quality work, great price, very polite and awesome customer service. Mike has taken care of our vehicles since he opened up shop on 160 in Fort Mill. While my wife and i were getting out of debt, Mike was able to keep both of our cars running great! We saved thousands of dollars by going to Car Guyz. Always get the best service from this place. I will continue to refer friends and family to Car Guyz. Mike and his crew are honest and friendly.

I have been taking my vehicles to Mike and the boys for the past 5 years and they are GREAT!!! They used to be at the end of my block in Indian Land but moved to Rock Hill. Distance has not kept me from having my vehicle maintenance and repairs done by CarGuyz! Always honest and a more than fair labor rate along with a genuine desire to take care of customers is what will keep me coming back. Trustworthy and not rip off artists. If you need a GREAT place to have your vehicles worked on, this is definitely it!!!
