Great communication. I love that they would text me when my car would go to each step of the process. Example: got a text when they ordered my parts or went into paint booth.Car came back to me beautiful. Will definitely use this company again if needed.

Caliber was great for getting my car repaired! They were professional, on time and communicated through the entire process while my car was in the shop. They did a great job with the repair and even finished it early. I will be recommending them to my friends.

Pleased with the service here at this location! Nice staff and the lady at the front desk is super helpful and sweet. If I ever need repairs again I will definitely return! Also, communication was great keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle.

Not one too usually leave a review unless it was outstanding work, which is exactly what it was. Dropped off Wednesday fixed by the following Monday. Definitely high quality work and paint matching. Have had two cars through this Caliber Collision and both cars done perfectly. Highly recommend.

I loved my service with Caliber Collison. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Communication was great, let me know every step of the process. At first I was nervous that it would take a long time (3 weeks) because of parts, which wouldn't be their fault, but Jaime called around and made the extra effort to make sure she could get the parts in a timely manner and my car was completed in a week. I would definitely come back.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision (Old York Rd). They were welcoming and professional, provided daily updates via text, did a thorough job fixing my car, even cleaned it before I picked it up. They were 1 business day past the projected completion date, but that s to be expected these days. I would most definitely recommend this provider!

Though the damage to my vehicle was minor, the folks at Caliber did an exceptional job. Literally can t tell the vehicle was ever damaged. However, I m writing this review because they were exceptionally good at customer service. If Chick-Fil-A sets the standard for exceptional customer service in the food and beverage industry, this Caliber location sets the same example for the auto collision and repair industry. Not only was the staff very kind and attentive, but the constant communication from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up was amazing. Though my situation was complex I was traveling out of state on business when I dropped my car off I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle because they thoroughly made sure I was kept up to speed. I received text message correspondences, from an actual store representative, almost daily. Any issues were immediately brought to my attention. Not only did they give me exactly what I needed, they genuinely kept me from getting what I didn t need. The entire process was seamless. I honestly will not take any of my vehicles to anyone else. These guys and gals are extraordinary at what they do! Big ups to the Caliber Collision of Newport team! Continue to set the bar high. Jacob Bell was my service advisor and was extremely helpful and professional. I loved that he went over several options to best repair a small dent on my brand new car. He worked around my schedule and even offered to go over all these options via FaceTime with my husband to make me feel confident and comfortable with the method of repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great customer service!! I had scheduled an appointment to have a small dent repaired but discovered that my insurance deductible was too high for me to want to get the dent repaired. The receptionist had the general manager help me to get my appointment canceled and they canceled the rental car making it quite easy for me. The general manager looked at my vehicle, recommended a dent repair company and even took 20 minutes to have one of his techs buff out my quarter panel! All at no charge. I would highly recommend using them. I will definitely be using them for any bodywork or painting.Service: Body & Trim

Highly recommend. I utilized this shop through an insurance company partnership, and I am very pleased with the professionalism and service. I dropped my car off on January 31st, and was told that it may take a month or so to return, which was fine because I had a rental anyways. Well, my repairs were done and my car was ready for pickup on February 16! The front desk receptionist was very kind, patient, and helpful when I initially called to set the appointment, I very much appreciate her. I also appreciate that this company has a woman working at the front desk, because it makes other female customers (like myself) feel more confident in the fact that they will be taken seriously - it is true that most women do not have good experiences in auto shops, but that was not the case here! As far as my repairs, the paint is matched perfectly, and I have no complaints on the body work. Everything is flush and flawless. I highly recommend, and I would go here again if I ever needed to! I had the pleasure of meeting Jacob this morning. Not only was he awesome with helping what I needed for my daughter car. He also re assured me that I needed any additional assistance that he and his team. Would help me. I just stopped in with no appointment, asking for help. I was not turned around or dismissed as if I was a bother. The reception team greeted and acknowledged me more than once while Jacob and another team looked at my daughters car. In my opinion 5 stars is not enough for this location. Thank you All

Excellent customer service. I just purchased a "new to me vehicle" and managed to put about a 36in long scratch on the diver side. Drove over to Caliber Collision had them take a look. The receptionist was super helpful and responsive. A caliber collision team member jumped right over and buffed out the scratch. Thank you so much. Definitely will use them again for any auto body repair.

Caliber is the only place I will take my car for repairs!! They kept me informed the whole way. Handled everything with the insurance company all I did was come pick up my car when it was ready! It was cleaned and washed too!! Jessica, Jacob Jonathon and the entire staff are top notch!!!

Need to choose a better front desk person. Mgr. Was very helpful with our situation. Repairs were delayed which made it difficult as rentL car was not covered for more than two weeks. Other than that repairs seem to be done correctly.
