This was one of the very few businesses that could change out 22-inch tires! Not only were the staff extremely friendly, but the service was super fast too!!! I highly recommend Big Earl's Tires!!!

I called ahead with my correct tire size, and on confirming they had the amount I needed in stock, I arrived 10 mins later and the service was immediately started! The guys were quick, professional and thorough and the price I was given over the phone is the price I paid. I have been here before and had the same level of service and courtesy and would definitely recommend!

I heard this was the place to go. So my car messed up with a tire what about half mile from Earls. I had a used tire with the same size rim so I carried the flat tire with rim all the way down there. Once I was there he told me you couldn't put that on that rim. I'm not a tire. Expert but same size rim that tire will go on it. So I had to walk back to the car to get another used tire ii had. I walked all the way back down to Earls only to be told they wouldn't put it on either. So here I am almost walked a mile judt to be told they can't do nothing for me. I had lost my wallet the same day. So all I had was $30 on my. Cashapp in my phone. The owner was rude and I am a business owner myself. I just think the whole deal was wong in the way I was treated and the way it went down. That is why I don't recommend Big Earls tires

They never take advantage and I really appreciate that! Being a female coming to get something fix is intimidating and always after calling multiple places this is always my go to for price and my satisfaction with the service! Always give me choices!

Getting the tire was ok little high in my opinion. However the true issue lies in them deflating my spare which was necessary to go back in my car. The huge infraction was they removed my tire valve so I was screwed when I had to use it again.

Unfortunately I had a blowout on the interstate on my trailer which had a couple of tractors. The spare trailer tire was a different bolt pattern!!! What a great idea to carry around a useless spare tire. Nonetheless, I knew that this company dealt in used tires from my tow truck days. I called but it was busy over and over. Pulled in and got my busted trailer tire out of the back of my truck and immediately the fellas jump right on it as I mentioned to him I had equipment on the highway. This is no lie, on this Saturday afternoon I was in and out sub 15 minutes !!Job well done to this Saturday crew !!

What a great experience during a stressful time! I had a nail in my tire on a 10 hour road trip, stopped into Big Earl's. 20 minutes and 10 buck later I was back on the road. Could not be more thankful!

Big Earl's was one of the only places that had my size tire new or used!! They were very courteous and pleasant to work with. I rolled up around 520pm, they close at 6, and they got me taken care of quickly and efficiently. Thank You!! I will definitely recommend them to any friend that asks about a used tire place. Keep it up guys!

Awesome experience. No frills, straight to work. Had a tire with a nail. Offered to plug or replace but suggested the ladder because of wear. Not pushy, engaged in small talk. Best prices in town and fast.Air conditioned lounge with a Keurig and awkward tire lamentations with strangers? None of that here. And it's perfect the way it is

Fast and reliable service. New and used tires available. The price of a new one had gone up almost 30%. They keep they're word on warranty work. 2 new tires mounted, balanced and rotated were $180

Don't have to wait week long appointment, like at the big chain places,even with appointment still sit and wait for a few hours. This place is older shop, but fast and professional. I have been a customer for 3 years. Support local businesses!

They over charge different customers,was shown a tire for $55 dollars that looked worse than the tire that I already had on the car that needed replaced. I would recommend places in Charlotte NC where the price is the same and you want get charged $65 dollars for a tire like I was.

This place is great and will be getting my business from now on. They helped save me money. Thought I needed an extra tire and they checked it out and told me it's still in very very good shape. Very honest and not here to just take your money.

Bought a set of tires 3 months ago, and one of my rear tires popped on the highway which very dangerous. I went the next morning to Big Earls to see if they could help replace the tire and at least consider my situation and how annoying it can be dealing with all of this and the guy there was automatically being rude and basically told me don t argue with me about the price, this is what it is, otherwise you can leave and also told another customer this. Also when I asked the lady there for the managers number she refused & said she wasn t allowed to. Don t go to this place for anything they aren t helpful at all and the rudeness was very unnecessary and they are super unprofessional.

The guy who helped me turned a bad day into a brighter day did not need to wake up to see my tire flattened. I didn't have the seventy eighty bucks to fool with which is what Walmart would have charged. Thank God this man was able to patch it up for only 20 bucks. He had an awesome attitude. This man should be promoted. Thank God and I don't have to drive on a doughnut

Way overpriced . Quoted $50 per tire installation with me keeping my old tires . I was quoted $10 less by almost every other place with better quality machines

Absolutely disgusting service. Some dude in a ponytail yelled at my husband in front of me refusing to answer any questions he had regarding service. Will not be returning. We will go spend our money somewhere who values their clientele.

Almost identical to Ashley Lincoln's review, except they threw me out and told me to leave before I even asked them where to park. They used to have nice courteous guys working there, now you can't even ask them where you should park without them angrily telling you to go somewhere else. Do not go to Big Earl's or you will wish you did not.

Big Earl s lacks customer service! I m When arriving, I got out of my car and waited for a staff member. They were quite busy, and I did not want to interrupt anyone working, so I just waited until they were finished. After they finished up with a customer, a staff member approached me and said there were two other customers in front of me and I was third in line, and after one of them left, I could pull in, which was fine. I got back in my car and waited. Moments later another employee yelled at me and said I can t get help sitting in the car! So while I was trying to explain to him that I had already been spoken to by another employee, he then told me He works for me, you have to come into the office and talk to me. The sign on the door said, and I quote EXIT YOUR CAR AND SPEAK TO STAFF. Nowhere does it clarify which staff member to talk to nor does it say you have to go into the office. While speaking with him and trying to explain that I did what the sign said, he was in the process of getting my tire out of my car, he then proceeds to put my tire back in my car and told me to leave and go somewhere else. He was rude and very disrespectful! I DO NOT recommend going to the place!

I don t know where all the 1 star critical people were, but it wasn t Big Earls. I ve never had a bad experience.
