Best Way Automotive Services accepted my 1997 Crown Victoria with 258,000 miles, for extensive repair... but only with the condition that they check everything out thoroughly before. Why? For MY interest of pouring money into a 26 yr old vehicle with 258k miles. After determining that my CrnVic, which I took delivery on from the factory, was in great condition, Jason and team proceeded to repair the problems using their considerable diagnostic abilities consisting of great financial investments of instrumentation, equipment and knowledge.You will not find a better diagnostic and repair organization with more professional and friendly service anywhere. You will be provided with a great `first impression' just walking into the door as you are greeted by the beautiful smile of Amber.Don`t waste your money going to a shop that just replaces parts by `trial and error' at YOUR expense. OUTSTANDING service! A very long story short-ish - We have a classic Porsche 911 and we just had a major project completed at our previous shop on the west coast during our move to Rock Hill. Unfortunately we suffered a fuel line failure shortly after receiving the car here on the east coast (simple, but major, part failure). Between myself and our mechanic back on the west coast we ultimately found Best Way Automotive, LLC. After discussing the scenario with Jason and Amber they agreed to take on the repair. Jason and Amber quickly made me feel very comfortable and confident of the proposed repair process. Throughout the project they kept me well informed and went above and beyond when there was a percieved part number mis-match to ensure all was as it should be. This car is 31 years old and there's a lot of parts that are just not avaialble anymore. However, we were able to locate and procure an OEM number's matching part. Though the replacement process was tedious, Jason and Amber's team proved meticulous in their process and when I inpspected the engine bay upon receipt it looked nearly showroom new. I can't emphasize enough how much Jason and Amber went out of their way to ensure I was well informed and involved. I can honestly say that they have earned my 100% trust and highest recommedation. JASON AND STAFF WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. THE WORK ON MY 74 JAG XKE WAS DONE CORECTLY, I WAS KEPT INFORMED OF PROGRESS, CAR RUNS GREAT AND PRICE VERY REASONABLE. I AM SO GLAD ANOTHER CUSTOMER OF BESTWAY RECOMMENDED THEM WHEN I ASKED WHO SRVICED HIS CARS.

I have used Best Way Automotive for years. I would have no other place service my car. Jason and his crew are honest and trustworthy. That means the world to me and my family. He has told me something doesn't need repair when I have brought my car in and thought it needed repair! The best in Rock Hill and surrounding areas! I have a 23 yr old Merc. S500 that i only use to drive from the DC area to CLT/Rock Hill ... about every 3 months. on this occasion, my left tail light failed as well as my A/C (ouch..it was at least 97 degrees each day), and some other minor stuff. although they couldnt' repair my a/c given timing constraints (on my part), they took care of all other repairs and was even kind enough to give me a 'fair' discount b/c i was in such a jam. i appreciated the gesture. top notch guys/shop. they should teach a class on, "how to do *&^% the right way, including treatment of customers." :-)

I called for appointment for BMW 328xi, Amber was courteous, knowledgeable and gave me a high-level estimate. The brake pads, rotor, sensor replacement was completed in time as promised. Jason explained the needed services at the time of checkout and answered all my queries. The shop is disciplined, tidy and the services are also fair priced. I ll definitely recommend.

New to me X1 broke down on my wife. Turns out it was the front axle. Had car towed here and was told it would be a few days before it could be looked at. Was called next day with what was wrong and day after with price! Work was done 2 days later! How can you ask for more? Pricing was fair and staff was beyond polite, honest and didn't mind my jokes either!I have found a home for all the work they will accept from me.I highly recommend them!

Thank you Best Way & Daniel for outstanding work Friday 4.1.2022 in diagnosing a warning on my 2013 BMW X3.Having used a local place to do an oil change the prior day, I received a warning Drivetrain Malfunction alert and drove to Best Way.We moved here in late 2020 from Texas and I had noticed Best Way while at our vet, Lesslie Animal Hospital, made note and read your excellent client reviews.Fast forward to yesterday, Amber had Daniel test drive and do diagnostics regarding the warning, after assuring us it was nothing to worry about but to be aware and bring it back if the alert came back on, he looked under the hood and found something had not been re-connected after the oil change elsewhere, long story short, a million thanks to Best Way and especially to Daniel for saving the day.You ve made a firm believer out of us and we will continue to be customers in the future, thanks again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have trusted my cars to Jason and his team at Best Way Automotive for years. Never once have I received anything but excellent service. Everyone there is friendly, professional and when your car is in need of repair, you can be assured it will be done right and for a fair price. I will go nowhere else.

I have had the best experiences with Best Way Automotive. Someone posted a review and stated that the staff at Best Way are "willing to go an extra mile." I must say that that customer was absolutely right. Jason, Amber and the rest of the Best Way Automotive Team provide outstanding customer service, exemplary work, and all at a reasonable price. My husband and I were traveling and were still 3 hours from home. When we stopped to have lunch we noticed that our Explorer was making a knocking when we turned to the right. We wanted to get it checked out before we got back on the interstate. We called the local ford dealership and they said maybe later in the week. We googled auto repair shops and called Best Way Auto. They were extremely helpful. They said bring it on in and they looked at it right away. We are extremely grateful for their willingness to help us out so quickly and get us back on our way. It s wonderful that there are still honest, professionals willing to help. Thanks again to Best Way!

I took my BMW in for regular scheduled service. This car is new to me and this was my first experience with Best Way Automotive. They very quick, very accurate and so friendly! Best Way Automotive is hands down the BEST I have encountered. We moved from California in 2013 and were looking for BMW technician. We were recommended to them by a local business and we have been going to them ever since. Jason and his staff is very knowledgeable and personable and have taken great care of both of our BMW's. If you are looking for fair, quality work and personable people, this is the place for you! Jason, Sarah and the team are truly the "Best Way" to go!

Great family owned business. They are honest, trustworthy, and fair. I brought my 2005 Toyota in before a long trip last month and was truly pleased with the service. I dropped my car off this morning for more repairs I didn't have time for before my trip. I highly recommend BWA to everyone I meet.

I am normally really skeptical of mechanics. But these guys are really honest about everything and explain it all. I appreciate their hard work when I bring my car in. They work fast and will show you the break down of everything. Their shop does not lack in customer service. They are much more affordable than going to the dealer for quality work.

In the past I have had terrible experiences with mechanics. So happy to have found Best Way Automotive! They are honest and told us what work really needed to be done. Prices are reasonable for the quality of work and the family is extremely welcoming. I would definitely recommend Best Way Repair and plan on using them for all our service needs in the future. We had spent 5yrs, $10k+ on repairs for 4 vehicles at a nearby competitor auto shop. Eventually their dishonesty became more blatantly apparent. Took an older Jeep for a 2nd opinion to Jason and instead of quoting us some price just to get our business, he flat out told us the vehicle was a lemon and refused to work on it. Said it wasn't worth us spending our money on or his time. Wow! Now he's had all our business for 2yrs, and we tell anyone about his shop. We feel he's honest, prices are fair and amazingly we're no longer constantly having cars break down every couple of months like we had before we found his shop. His wife has always been pleasant on the phone, very friendly. I wish I could give 5 stars for every transaction we've had here.

I am from out of town and broke down driving through Fort Mill. Found this place and they were first rate all around. One call and they took care of everything from towing my car, to replacing my fuel pump with BMW certified service and parts and getting me back on the road the same day. And the total price was very good even for an independent shop. Great espresso too!If you drive European and live anywhere nearby this is the place to go for all your work!

I am so thankful to have a mechanic I can trust to work on my vehicles. Jason has worked on my Chrysler Town & Country Van and Ford Explorer for over 4 years. The last job that Best Way Automotive did for me was change out my brakes. Once I left the driveway, it literally felt like I was driving a new car. The owners, Jason & Sarah are pretty straight-forward and has a no-nonsense approach to the service they provide. This is a place I will continue to use and will refer to everyone I know.

Super job on our 2002 Xterra. I took our '02 xterra in due to it missing at idle. I had it in to the Nissan dealer and after two trips they couldn't find the problem. They were able to find a lot of other stuff...but those issues didn't solve the problem. After I didn't get a call back from the Nissan dealer, I found Best Way. They immediately found the issue and now the car runs great. I will be bring both of my cars to Best Way in the future.Bob & Judy K

Rattling noise was coming from my Benz suspension, went to Autozone just ab 2 minutes from here and they were asking 2,000 plus to get it fixed. I went to Best Way Automotive and Jason tighten some nuts, noise gone, no charge.

Thank God these people exist! I have a mini Cooper roadster that suddenly started flashing yellow engine lights and having seizures during a morning commute to work. I got the car home and spent the next hour researching this light and found nothing useful. I was about to Google local exorcist and then I remembered Best Way Auto. They got me in, knew what was wrong and fixed it. They wanted to charge me $483 for a wheel bearing and oil change. They did the oil change and charged me $73! I got the wheel bearing fixed at CRME for half the price,plus they fixed a broken wire and gave us a discount because my husband was in the Marines!! Then on top of it my cord that I had in my car that leads from my phone to the CD player/radio was stolen that day!!! It was there when I dropped it off and gone when I picked it up. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place. The only good thing is they are very friendly, but go to CRME a x tell them Kandi sent you!
