So happy with my experience here! Got my sunroof replaced the same day the glass came into the shop. The owner and employees are so nice. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone and will be back if I need anything fixed!

Great shop! Had to replace cracked windshield. Searched for highest rated auto glass near me in Google maps. Submitted claim to insurance and they gave me a list to select from and Baker was #4. Claim submitted then Baker called me the next morning, setup a same day appointment and I had a new windshield within several hours. Very quick and easy. Also gave me a 19oz can of Baker Auto glass cleaner! Great little shop I highly recommend! I never got to see the sweet beard on the can, but they still get 5 stars.

After calling several different auto glass companies, I decided to go with Baker to replace the front windshield on our Jeep. From my first interaction with Leslie to Jeremy the tech coming out to replace my windshield, I would say this business is a must. They were so professional and personable, which is hard to find nowadays. These two individuals definitely went above and beyond. Best place for Auto Glass around... they put a new windshield in my 83 Silverado, and it was a great price and done quickly... they even made the original rubber look brand new instead of installing a lesser quality aftermarket seal. Very happy!

My husband and I found Baker's through our insurance company when we needed our windshield replaced and they've been great to us. They came out and replaced the windshield very quickly and great customer service. We had an issue with the cowl panel (frequent issue for our car type) and Wade Baker himself came out to fix the issue. He took great care of us. Very trustworthy and I would absolutely recommend them!

I emailed Baker Auto about getting my windshield replaced in my 30 year old truck. They got right back to me with an estimate & details. After I called to confirm, they set up a very flexible appointment date & time. I was fortunate enough to be able to drop the truck off & leave it overnight for them to start on the next morning. Leslie called me around 10:30 am to let me know that it was ready. She let me know that Carlos (the installer) noticed a puddle of antifreeze under the cowl, indicating a possible bad heater core (my guess), a potentially big problem later on without forewarning. They were prompt & on schedule with everything about this job. The price was within my budget. I have always tried to support local businesses. They were the 1st one I found online. I had no reason to look anywhere else. I would highly recommend that anyone check with them, at least for an estimate. Or, just stop by the shop to talk. Once you meet them, you might get the same good vibe that I got.

Carlos did a fantastic job repairing my windshield. He came to my job and made the repair. Hassle free and so convenient!! I highly recommend. Lisa was so easy to work with, she handled my insurance and made the appointment. Top notch customer service!

This shop does exceptional work. They keep to a schedule. Then don't overcharge. They are friendly and extremely competent and capable. I would recommend Baker Auto Enterprises to anyone and everyone who needs automobile glass work done. They also offer other automobile work which they did for me to my complete satisfaction..

They replaced the glass on my rear hatch. After 3 appointments and hours of my time driving back and forth to their shop I was left with a car still full of glass, defrosters that do not work and a hatch that no longer locks. Not very satisfied with the work to the point that I would be scared to bring my vehicle back to give them a chance to fix what they broke. Luckily my insurance is covering the repairs from what they damaged at another shop.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Ben working with these guys like crazy to get my truck in tip top shape they did a bunch of engine work for me like a lot they did really good on that but it was definitely not cheap like12,000$ worth!! but the follow up was a little bit slow im having some little minor issues here and there afterwards and they've agreed to fix them but takeing a little longer than I would like but all around definitely recommend to anyone!!

My husband's back truck glass got attacked by a stray rock due to a weed trimmer incident. So he called around for glass for his 93 Chevy truck and it was difficult for most places to get. Well not this place, they got him in the following day and the price was very reasonable compared to some other quotes. Also, you get a gift of Bakers spray glass cleaner! Highly recommend!

My truck passenger side window was recently smashed out because apparently someone wanted my bookbag more than me, so after getting other quotes that were nearly double the price at Baker, and these other places wanted to charge extra fees to come to my location, I found and got a quote from Baker and chose them for the work. Baker came all the way to Waxhaw from Rock Hill, the next day after I called them, and the price as mentioned above was almost half of the other quotes. The lady on the phone was friendly, the technician called when he was on his way and was also friendly, and they even vacuumed the rest of the glass out of my front seat that I hadn't got to yet, and yes, even left a free can of glass cleaner. Although I hope I never have to use them again (car break-ins are zero fun), I'll be a Baker customer and "recommender" for life any time I need windows or windshields taken care of. Thanks again for the great work and great price.

Our insurance company directed us to Baker for windshield replacement on our RV. They took excellent care of us and did an outstanding job. The staff were great in communications and working with our difficult schedule.

OUTSTANDING customer service! Wade was the ONLY mechanic that found the leak in my 2006 honda civic that was ongoing for almost a year! His prices are fair, and he fixed the problem in record time! I will bring my car to him for any issues in the future.

We had a leak in my wife's car somewhere, we couldn't find it. When it rained the inside got steamy and mildewy. We took it to Baker Auto in Rock Hill and Wade's team found and fixed it. Easy peasy, no more leak!

Leslie the receptionist was very helpful and quick, windshield busted at 5 pm Wednesday and at 3:58 on Thursday Carlos showed up for my 4:00 appointment, he was quick and got down to buisness, very good people who treat you like family and are affordable, will use again if need be very happy with the results and purchase process

After road debris smashed my windshield, I called three glass repair places in the Rock Hill area before I found one that could come out to where my car was to fix it the same day.Wade Baker took the information, called my insurance and hooked the agent into the call, and sent out a technician later that day. It took about an hour. I have no idea what they charged as the bill will go to my insurance. They do business as Baker Auto Glass Repair.

The man came out with attitude " didn't sealed the bottle where windshield went in and didn't give a receipt for the 320.00 that I paid ... I would not recommend these people to anyone ... one thing for sure if you are black don't call Rock Hill Auto Glass
