Employees at this store were really helpful. My son needed a few tools to put a part on outside of the store and they didn't mind helping him out with that today. They didn't mind helping someone out when they were in need. Would recommend them. Would go buy parts there again

This used to be a great AutoZone. But my visits over the last week have been horrible. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come up and help myself and 4 other customers waiting. One employee was outside smoking at the doors and could see us waiting. The manager was on her cell phone in the back and when she was told by presumably an off duty employee there were customers she says "sweet Jesus I can't talk, there's people here" but the proceeds to continue the personal call while ringing up people. Finally, smoker guy comes back in and I got the joy of dealing with him. Total clown. Got upset when he had to have a manager come and give a password for a discount they offer. The manager was annoyed to do it. Went in today, same clowns working again stood there waitung while an older employee stood there looking at coins and the "sweet Jesus" manager was complaining about going outside to check a car and all the customers coming in. O'Reilly is literally next door and they will be getting my business from now on. While I get it that it's a part store, I've spent many years in them and this is the worst I've ever seen. Definitely do not recommend this location. You'll have better luck at Wal Mart.

Just want to give a shout out to Justin for his great representation of AutoZone yesterday. His enthusiasm and passion for his job shown through in his dealings with me. I m sending one of my children off to FL on vacation soon, and I feel better knowing her car is in better shape for the trip. Thanks again Justin!

Ordered part but the ball was drop, the store manager claims to call but with the phone system having issue that was almost not said. I guess people forget or never learn if something broken or not working right, to us *69 in front of customers phone number. Yes it blocks the number so you employees needs to leave a message when most people wont answer blocked number but customer will see a voicemail and will listen to it and learn it was important and call the store back. Not happy because when my part was sent from South Blvd they claimed it wouldn't be until Friday so when I called manager to inform them that my part would be there in the morning but when I called to make sure I was wasting a trip! Information was not pasted on, this store need help.

Awesome service, efficient work and clean store. The gentleman handling all of us with battery/ diagnostic service was quick with his work and had a great demeanor. He was very knowledgeable about what was happening with my vehicle and taught me a few things about the mechanics under my hood, which was much appreciated. Despite their late night rush of vehicles, the staff was upbeat and happy to assist. I definitely will be back! I wish I had gotten the man's name so I could give him a proper shout-out on the review, but hopefully management will be able to give him kudos for me. Thanks!!

Went to get key fob holder listed on site little case to hold broken key fob on key chain and the lady at AutoZone suggested the replacement case they sell for 20 bucks and She opened and replaced my case right there. She did all the tedious work She was great. I hope company gives her a reward for excellent customer service.

Was grateful for the kind customer service but was unable to give 5 stars solely bc I still have no answers about my car battery or starter. The kind young employee was unable to connect the machine to give me insight. If I was basing the reading solely on him it be a 5... bc he really did try hard... however there should be a different way to check cars with batteries not in easy to reach locations.

They have one good employee and he just about does everything in there but their advice on cars is very low rated I've been in there twice and did not get the right quote for anything it was my alternator not my battery so I ended up buying a new battery on top of a new alternator I came in with a shimmy in the front they told me it was my rotors that were wore but come to find out it was my tire that had a belt broke in it but thank God I saved the money on that one and I've been in there several times probably won't be back it gets worse it seems and they have a credit line like you get you by certain amount of things and then you get points I should say and the computer did not generate any kind of points on me whatsoever that is that is very misleading that they do

I went to get the things I needed for an oil change and the young man behind the counter came out and collected everything I needed he even looked up the correct fuel filter I needed great bunch of people working there and I love the music

Had an engine light on passing through town. Anthony pulled the code and it was a misfire cylinder 2. He sold me a plug and a spark plug socket. He let me use their ratchet and extension. He even came out to help me identify which cylinder was misfiring!Customerr service was top notch! It's always great running into good people!

I have been a customer for more than 10 years. Employees are knowledgeable and help solve my problem. Anything that needs to be installed they can usually do. The products are name brands as well as cheaper options. Employees explain pros and cons.I recommend that highly.

The staff at this location is generously helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Ask for Derek, he is a master mechanic as far as I'm concerned. Brought my car in to ask a simple question about my battery; next thing I know, Derek had spent half an hour graciously fixing every problem that has plagued my Honda Civic for the past decade. No auto shop I've ever paid exorbitant sums of money to even comes close to the level of quality you'll get here. I didn't even spend a dime, yet Derek went above and beyond any expectations to make an immeasurable difference in my life. The experience I had at this store is one I will never forget.

I love how the staff treats you. Its a great company policy. Recently, I've been been learning to do my own car maintenace, the staff has always taken their time to share their wisdom and make sure I'm getting what I need. I even stopped by to pick up oil/filter change products while they were running a special. It's like they knew. They got me all oiled up, ooo baby.

Said they couldn't put a battery in my car cause it was too complicated. I went to Advance and it took them less than ten minutes. Poor service in my opinion. Not something I'm used to there .

Justin very rude I went to talk to the manager Jamie and he s just as rude so no wonder where Justin gets it from it s terrible They are there to work trying to get a part and couldn t even do that
