I came to this shop because Ariel was highly recommended as a BMW mechanic. I have an older e93 BMW coupe. The car had multiple engine issues, but was definitely worth the effort. He diagnosed the issues and game me a fair estimate. He completed the work and it exceeded my expectations. Money well spent! The car runs great and I will only take it to him for it's maintenance and upkeep. His honesty, auto knowledge and workmanship with regards to import auto mechanics is stellar. Again, highly recommend.

Cannot say enough good things about Ariel. Wow! Great mechanic. Great pricing. He took the time to make sure I understood what was broken and how he was going to fix it. Not to mention he had my car back on the road so fast! 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend. Your vehicle is in good hands at Ariel's Auto Service.

So I initially wrote a review based off the experience that happened a few weeks ago. However, I felt obliged to go back and edit my review to give credit where credit is due. Ariel reached out to me after sometime and apologized for the confusion, scheduling conflict, and miscommunication. He then told me if I hadn t gotten my car fixed he would take care of me. Well, I had already taken care of the wheel bearing and Hub replacement at another shop, but my car was still not accelerating properly and no one could figure it out. Luckily, Ariel having years of experience, knew exactly what the problem was, an accelerator sensor pad. He not only fixed the problem, but saved me TONS of money by avoiding taking it to the dealer and having them rip me off. So to sum it up, I know we had our hiccups in the beginning, but I actually made a friend and will not trust anyone but Ariel with my vehicle.Service: Brakes

I will honestly say, that I thought I had finally found a mechanic that I could trust and take care of my vehicle like his own. Well, unfortunately that was not the case. He did a great job with my brakes, however when I scheduled to come back for a tune up, wheel bearing and Hub change, and fuel pump change he completely flaked on me. And by that I mean he actually forgot our appointment, as he was coming back from Tennessee, and didn't even bother to give me a call, just an informal text apologizing after I reached out to him telling him I was waiting at the shop. Furthermore, he already ordered the parts. So instead of him calling to see if there was anything else he could do to fix the situation, he simply decided not to call and say anything. This was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Please do not take your business here.Service: Brakes

Quick service, very fairly priced, and best of all - a mechanic I can trust & a good guy! I met him when I had flat tire on 77, & he was the only one to stop & save me! On this repair, he took the time to actually show me & explain what was wrong w/the parts he replaced. He saved me HUNDREDS of dollars! I would definitely recommend!

Ariel is a hard-working man for his family and is honest and very knowledgeable about cars, had him replace my valve cover gaskets and change my transmission fluid and filter and now my car is driving better than it ever has since I've owned it, will definitely be returning and he charges VERY reasonable prices, he also does complete teardown/engine/transmission/suspenion swaps so that should say enoughService: Transmission

Absolutely amazing did the work super fast and was under the price of the others around very friendly and showed me everything in person so I knew what was being done will definitely spread the word and will definitely come back if I need anything ever done
