Here is my 2020 Ford F150 I bought from Raheim (Sales) at 77Auto. He did a phenomenal job. And was very easy to work with. He was also upfront and honest about everything. Special thanks to Nick up behind the big desk and David the finance manager. Overall, I had a phenomenal buying experience at this dealership. I highly recommend them to anybody. Thanks again for everything.

The people I worked with while looking for a vehicle here were very friendly and easy to talk to. However, the advertised price of their vehicles does not reflect the additional $2,000 added for their pre-inspection process. If that is included with every car, and there is not an option to decline it, that ought to be reflected in the advertised price. Additionally, the vehicle I was interested in had a rusted cat back exhaust, which for this vehicle would cost $350-450 plus labor to replace; they only offered $200 off. Overall, positive experience with employees but not pleased with the way they handled pricing or responded to my concerns about the vehicle.

1st time with 77auto.... Worked with Joe.... So far so good! Great experience!Still Great Experience with 77auto.They have fixed a factory issue and I got my first free oil change. Thanks to Nancy for helping Me remember about it and to All the Service Crew and Staff! Great Service and Hospitality!

Jordan and Christian have taken care of me to the fullest. I recommend 77Auto to everyone for a new car. This dealership is 1 of a kind. So friendly and kind. I came to get my tires changed and I got offered to have the front wheel alignment done. When I refused because of the price, he negotiated with me and saved me $60 + the time and energy it would take to get it done elsewhere. I now have new tires, a front wheel alignment done, and extra time, energy, and money in my pocket! Great service, great price, and great people! I thank my Lord Jesus for you, Christian Brown. 77Auto is a blessing. Thanks guys!

Communication with Brooklyn was amazing. I don't remember when I've had customer service and care to this level. Christian was awesome and took care of me. The fact that I was getting service at a discounted rate didn't seem to alter the respect I felt dealing with them. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I can not say enough how exceptional the service is from Jordan, Christian and Nancy! From start to finish, I am treated like a valued customer, with VIP treatment all the way.Not only is the service great, they each take time to do the extra things to enhance the visit and ensure I m a 100% satisfied customer before I walk out the door! Whether it s proactively calling to set up my appointments, making sure I have a desk space to work, providing complimentary key fob batteries - the list goes on!!In a day and age where good service is sometimes hard to find, it makes 77 Auto stand out even more. Thanks to each of them for making my experience a fantastic one!!

So happy they were able to help me with my Van. CHRISTIAN up at check in treated me with Excellent customer service and made me feel like I was family. He seemed genuine and caring. That man even showed me a diagram of the parts being fixed and explained what each one does for the engine. He was definitely extremely thorough. I must have recommended 77 Auto to atleast 10 people since then (about 3 weeks ago).

I purchased my vehicle with Raashad and he was extremely helpful! He made the process smooth and he was very personable. I came in knowing exactly which car I wanted and I was able to test drive immediately. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the warranty that came with it. The whole staff was extremely friendly and we left very satisfied!

Exceptional customer service! I had service for a full synthetic oil change. Entire staff was great from start to finish. Brooklyn and Christian are awesome. Exterior car wash with service & my car is squeaky clean. 10/10

I absolutely love 77 Auto. When I first pulled on the lot to look at purchasing a car, Triston M. was there within seconds of being on the lot. He was so kind and nice, and I had his attention 100 percent the entire time I was there. He helped me with every question and concern that I had, and was very patient! He even checked in on me after purchasing my vehicle. When it came time for my first oil change, they were literally just a text away. Nancy was so nice and polite and made setting up the appointment painless & so quick! The day of my appointment, Christian was so polite and kind! The day after my appointment Nancy checked in on me just to make sure that everything went smoothly and that I didn't have any issues. I love this place and the people who work here! 10/10 from the beginning .

Jordan Carter - Service Manager .... help save me from have a Full Blown Meltdown as I was driving from VA thru SC in the pouring rain and fog for hours!!! I've had my 2018 Honda over 2 years and have up to date maintenance as required.!!!! So when a warning TIRE PRESSURE LOW came up I panicked ! It was Thursday afternoon 5;50 when I saw 77 Auto sign .... I was praying they would be open,,,(thoughts raced threw my mind "they probably close at 5pm) Thankfully, ,, Jordan Carter was able to calm me down and informed me "this is an Easy Solution".. Jordan checked each tire and only one needed air. He ALSO check to make sure there was no leak or other Problems..,I am sooooooooooo GRATEFUL for his help, Support, Patience calm and skills,, Thank You Jordon

The customer service was top tier. Nancy and Christian were a pleasure to talk to. They were able to accommodate me last minute and were very polite and helpful. Nancy answered the phone and her positive energy transcended through the phone. She set me up immediately for an apt for an oil change and even though I was late, they were able to get me in. When I arrived, I was greeted by Christian with a welcoming smile. He was personable and answered all of my questions efficiently and thoroughly. I am 100% satisfied and will be coming back and recommending all of my friends for any future vehicle service needs!! Thank you 77Auto!

My first experience with 77 Auto Certified Service took me back to when you were treated like a good friend! Nancy checked with me prior to my appointment and offered to send me the address to put into my GPS. Also a great follow-up. Christian's experience and personality, both on the phone and in person is A+++. Your not just a number with 77 Auto!

Christian was remarkable. He got me in and out in less than thirty minutes. The price for the services was a blessing. The tire balance and rotation was highly appreciated and I can tell the difference compared to other places that I used. I highly recommend 77 Auto Service Center for your car service needs!!!!

Great Service! Had a 1:00pm appointment and I was in and out by 1:30 with a full oil change and tire rotation! Every person from Brooklyn with scheduling to the guys in the service department are great and customer service is excellent!

77 Auto boasts an amicable and efficient team. They made us feel at home through rapport. Our sales rep was Joe Forrester. He met us at the gate with the vehicle ready and waiting for a test drive; he patiently answered/ dealt with our questions/concerns. He conducted himself professionally even up the closing hour of the business. We were there a little longer than expected with our baby and not only did he prepare the car for us to take home, but he made sure we had warm water for the baby s bottle. Overall, the service and the experience was a good one.

I would definitely recommend 77 auto. Everyone was polite and so willing to help without being pushy. Joe sold me the car I picked. Joe was so patient with me as I didn't really know what I wanted. He took the time to go over all details on several cars before I picked mine. I.m so happy with my car purchase from them. Don't hesitate,go to 77 auto and ask for Joe. You will be glad you did.
