They are extremely courteous and friendly people! I was traveling with my whole family, dogs, baby, grandma, cousins, mother in law literally everyone! When my car started to make some weird noise! The problem was the water pump and the belt. I was lucky to even get there! But way more lucky to have found these place! They are the best auto shop I have ever been for sure. Great hospitality and amazing helping hearts.I cannot thank them enough! Specially in our situation when we were passing by on a holiday eve!Thank you very much y all and I wish many new clients and success to you. We are very grateful for everything you ve done for us

People were very friendly. Service was great. The cost of a new tire was a lot cheaper than I expected so that was a plus. I highly recommend using their services.

Wife had a coil pack go out while on the way to Charleston. She pulled in to Ridgeland in a panic and rolled out 1.5 hours later with a smile. What can you say about that? Great service, and felt like they treated us honestly.

This business was recommended by a co-worker. I purchased a used vehicle and needed someone to go over it as well as general maintenance. Everyone was very friendly, the vehicle did require additional unknown repairs. However I was called and they sent pictures to document what was needed. I spent more than I intended but the price was very reasonable for the work that was done.

I am not from here and I don t know anyone. I blew a tire on my tow dolly and it seemed no one could help me. I found these people by accident and they were awesome. They bent over backwards to take care of me and were very friendly, kind and professional. They know what they are doing and I highly recommend them for your tire and auto needs. I was out of options and they rescued me. The prices are fair and the work was done right.

I highly recommend Ridgeland Tire and Auto. I took in my van after getting a quote from a local dealership. Mr. Charles quote was half of what the dealership was and the work was top notch. You can t beat friendly honest service!

They were a real life saver when we got a flat on 95 during a road trip. They were so helpful and considerate even giving water to share with our dog we had in the car. They got us back on the too o as ASAP.

Came on 12-8 to get my work van fixed because of bad pulley. As soon as I walk through the doors I felt welcomed . The staff was great. Most well spent! Thanks Charles, Cindy and Harley!

My experience was great. The front desk workers were really nice. One of the girls I can t remember her name, but she was really funny and sweet. My car is back in good condition!!!

We had an issue with low tire pressure on a recent trip. We were barely 40 miles from home. We pulled in, they took care of us immediately and had us back on the road in no time! Prompt and professional service from an auto shop I can trust. You've probably experienced predatory mechanics - I know I have. Ridgeland Tire and Auto is thorough and transparent. They don't try and sell you stuff you don't need, or take advantage of your vulnerability.

I came in to have a tire looked at in hopes of it only needing a patch. From the front office to the service area, I was so pleased by the communication, transparency and general great customer service. They were able to do a quick patch on my tire and I was on my way. I highly recommend!

I have been a customer for almost 5 years now since moving to Ridgeland. I have always receive such good service and truly thankful. Even when I've had issues that I was unsure of, I've always gotten an honest answer. Can't tell you how much I appreciate all the staff here and the good work done on all my vehicles. Just had a flat and they were able to help right away. It was a relief as I had to work today. Back on the road and so thankful!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Brakes

I95 on the Eve of a holiday weekend, pulling a trailer, is not when you want to have tire problems. Thankfully we weren t far from Ridgeland Tire. We pulled in knowing something wasn t right with our tires. Thankfully they diagnosed the problem. Two new tires and in less than an hour we were back on the road. Even got to wait in the A/Ced office with my dog and chat with the front office girls. Great employees, fair prices..Thanks Ridgeland tire!

Our vehicle broke down on our way home to SC from FL. I called Ridgeland and they were able to work us in. It turned out to be an alternator replacement and once we got the vehicle towed there they got us in and out in a little over an hour. Very friendly staff and very professional. Thank you for getting us back on the road safely!

We are on vacation driving through on I-95 and had a shredded flat tire since our 2016 Prius had no spare. I had to drive 7 miles slowly to their shop to avoid damaging the rim. They really stepped up in this stressful situation on a rainy day and quickly swapped out a new tire and reset the many error codes in the computer due to driving on a flat. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

WOW ! Outstanding service!! I was pulling a travel trailer with my SUV from Virginia to Florida and my engine overheated on I-95. I was towed to Ridgeland Auto and Tire at closing time on a Thursday. I was so thrilled when they diagnosed the problem early the next morning as a blown water pump, damaged radiator and broken serpentine belt. UGH! But they were able to fix it on that Friday so that I was the road by that Friday night. AMAZING! Everyone from Amanda in the office to the owner was patient with my calls & questions. We checked their reviews which were all great and now I can understand why. They ARE great! Even their quote was fair, especially for such a big job on short notice.

Van broke down in SC on my way to NY and I had no idea what to do as the damage was not something you can just fix in the street. AAA Tow truck driver told us about 3 mechanic shops within a reasonable distance but recommended this one as top choice. Let me tell you I found out the reason for his high recommendation QUICKLY! Van was dropped off at the shop about 2am. Shop opened at 8. Called shop as as soon as they opened and a woman named Sierra (sorry if I spelled or got it wrong but I'm sure that was the first woman I spoke with) picked up the phone and I explained everything to her. She said she's speak with her boss and get back. In just over 2hrs time they had my Van fixed plus extra services to ensure my van was safe to continue my trip, and even after all was done a sweet lady named Amanda made arrangements and offered to pick me up at the hotel I was in and took me to get my van as I had no transportation and was told there were no cabs or Uber in the area. What an amazing group of individuals who work hard and show they care about their customers!! And to top it all off, an employee named Charles reached out not too long ago to ask if everything was OK with the van. You guys should be proud of what you do in providing service above and beyond expectations!!

After an unpleasant experience at Webster's (see my review of that business), I went to Ridgeland Auto. What a difference. A pleasant young lady took my information. I gave her my list of some minor items I had noticed while driving the truck. I purchased the truck the week prior.The owner was speaking with a man, so I waited while he finished. The young lady walked to him and gave him my list. He went over it with me and explained a couple of things to me and I made an appointment. That's how you treat a customer!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection

I was stranded on the highway with a flat tire. A kind man stopped and changed my tire to the spare and since I was traveling a long distance told me about Ridgeland Tire and Auto so I could get a new tire. They got me in immediately and within 30 minutes I was out the door with a new tire installed at a very reasonable price! And they even texted me to check in to see how the tire was working out!
