So I believe his name was Jay, I called in after my car broke down on the i95 at 11pm, jay had it my idler pulley in stock while everyone else did not, I was greeted correctly, I was treated correctly , and I was even told while in the area if I needed anything else or any help with getting my car running he will help me out. I called about 3 three places before he helped me and I was able to get back on the road and back to my family in NY. God blessed me and god blessed him at the end of the day. Thank you for your kind and courteous words and work .

Every time i walk into this location, i'm greeted with a smile and an offer of assistance (which i need each visit). This location has a very friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They're also well stocked with your "day to day" vehicle needs, and a very good supply of parts as well. If they don't have what you need in stock, they'll have it in a matter of days. This business is definitely a one stop shop! This location has definitely earned a 5-star rating from me.......and the staff gets a 6-star rating for professional customer service. Thanks again for all your help, it's appreciated!

I ve always used O Reilly s over their competitors, but this place was something special. I was driving from Florida to Maine and had a problem with a loose serpentine belt. They had the belt in stock, and I asked the guys behind the counter if they knew of an empty parking lot or a field where I could change the belt. They said I was welcome to change it in their parking lot and even offered to let me borrow their tools if I needed any. Jay was the friendliest, most down-to-earth customer service tech I ve experienced, ever. Period.To Jay and the rest of the staff at the Ridgeland O Reilly s: you guys are awesome and I really appreciate your hospitality. Keep up the good work.If you want a clue for how professional these guys are, look at the responses to the few bad reviews they ve gotten: they re very respectful in their responses, even when they re called names for things that are likely beyond their control.Top notch.

A year ago our Honda Oddessy broke down on 95. We had our van towed to O'Reillys so that we could service it. Unfortunately after using their tools I found an internal engine issue that was beyond a parking lot repair. An extremely helpful parts guy named "Shack" connected us with the people and equipment necessary to tow our vehicle back to Ohio. Yesterday we returned to this O'Reillys as a destination, not out of necessity. And same as last time Shack had our back. Once again I walked out of this establishment with a smile on my face and great products in hand.

This place has great customer service. I was driving towards Florida, and the alternator almost gave up on me. I had to change it in O'Reilly s parking lot. They gave me tools to help me with the process, and they were asking all the time if I needed anything. When I left, I forgot to pick up my driver license. I got home to Florida, and I called the next day. They mailed my ID immediately. Thank you so much! God bless you guys!

Jay and Mark was phenomenal from the time me and my husband walked in we received the biggest good morning then the customer service was totally overwhelming. We received our parts and all the help we needed, eventhough this was our first time meeting both Jay and Mark I feel like a part of there O'Reilly familyThanks

Found most of our supplies here. At a good price. I could get things from Amazon for a cheaper price however, I love feeling the quality & seeing my money at work. It beats sending stuff back or getting stuff busted also the hassle of returns saves me time.

Wow the people there are respectful and honest to do everything that they could, to help solve the problem. Fuel line was leaking from my car and I believe the part I needed was $587.00 Mr. MARK and Mr. MANHATTAN came to look at my car entertain my son that 5 years old and help fix a problem that cost 60.00 dollars. I am grateful that the fact that they took time with my son and help me. I thank God for the people there .

Love this store. The staff is very knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. They have a wide variety of parts for all years, makes, and models. This is the only Auto Parts store I will visit.

I called this location yesterday and explained that I was out of town, and my Mother needed a battery for her truck. With NO hesitation the gentleman on the other end (Jason) says he will do whatever he can to help a Mother in need, send her in!Today she went in and asked for Jason, and Mom says he went right to work and got the correct battery , and installed it right there on the spot!"Thank you" Jason for the excellent customer service on the phone, and in person for my wonderful Mother!She couldn't be more happy with her experience at O'reilly's, and to know that her truck will not leave her stranded because of a weak battery.Good to know there's still great customer service ready to help!

OK store, but my associate was NOT very knowledgeable or helpful at all. Only went in for wiper blades. Supposedly they offer free installation, but did he offer help NO!! Told me I picked a bad day to do it cause it was SPRINKLING out. Then couldn't find the replacement for rear, typing in eighteen different ways and still did not find it, so I went out took it off and showed him what I needed. Again NO offer of help to replace (and I am disabled, walk with cane) and again did it myself!! Plus I think he gave me wrong one cause it doesn't seem to work right now

Jason is awsome , he is so very helpful, my 78 yr old mother goes there every time she has any issue with her vehicles and he treats her like she was family. His service is truly appreciated and I feel better knowing he is there , THANK YOU JASON!!!!

You need to make sure all of your staff know your policies. The store 5 minutes from my home wouldn't take my old battery for a core. Had to travel 45 minutes to another location. Was told you can return items at any location info is in computer system. Not happy with the run around at first store and the unnecessary driving I had to do.

If you're posted hours are until 9pm you should stay open until 9 p.m. Needed a quart of specific motor oil and got to your store at 845 pm only to find that it was closed. Could have made it to other stores in time but now I'm out of luck.
