100% satisfied! We were heading from Vermont to Florida and blew a tire on Interstate 95 at 1AM near Yamassee, SC. Exhausted and only a few hrs from our destination with a 5.5 yr old in the car, we were frantically searching for help. An amazing woman answered our call, wishing I could remember her name.. thinking Darlene?Either way she made me feel taken care of and at ease right away. She quickly found us a tow, and started the search for a new tire which they usually have many readily available. Of course we have a high-performance low profile 2018 Camaro ZL1 with an odd ball size. They didn t have one in stock, but stated they could have one by 10 or 11 that morning, and that there was a hotel about three minutes away from her shop. She found us 2 good quality new front tires at an amazing deal and had them installed before 11am!! She called and said she was sending a ride to bring us to the shop as our car was done!!! WOW! So calm, cool and collected! Great customer service, super knowledgeable and just overall a good person! Thank you! We are back enroute to Florida and will be forever grateful!

Called Ken s after hitting a brick in the road and blowing out the tire after driving 9 hours. After putting on the spare and calling around they were not only the only place willing to help us but the tech was extremely quick and kind to us. He got us back on the road within 30 minutes. Excellent service and would highly recommend this shop to anyone driving through.

I cannot thank you guys enough!!! Our tire blew after 7 hours of driving, so my husband swapped it out for the spare but the spare was flat and beyond repair. Called this guy late in the evening after drifting into a gas station on the rim, and they got us a new tire for a reasonable price and we were back on the road within 30 minutes! SO GRATEFUL!!!! We had 3 kids with us and were another hour from the hotel, you saved the day!!! Thank you so much! Happy holidays!

Della and her staff are Amazing, I cannot express how thankful am for them. After hours on the road the day after Christmas, Waze Detoured me on some back roads. Hit a huge pothole and blew my tire. My vehicle has run flats, so it did not come with a spare tire. It was already After business hours but after getting in touch with Della, she had one of her guys Go back to the shop check if they had the size tire I needed, & Due to the tow truck not being available until another two hours, they Picked up my rim to change it out for me. Della was so patient and kind with me, I had poor cell phone Service where my tire popped, They went above and beyond to making sure my daughter and I were able to back on the road to make it home that night to Savannah. Thank you for everything!

Great service, great people, affordable prices. Been here twice for used tires on the trailer. I was able to limp my truck to there shop avoiding service call fee. They will take care of you

We couldn t have been happier with the service we received here. We were having issues with malfunctioning valve stems and limped in with low air in one tire and a spare that replaced another flat. They took us right away, replaced 4 valve stems, got our spare back on the rack and had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

We had the tread come off of a tire on our fifth wheel driving down 95. Kens shop was about 20 minutes away off the next exit . (Googled local tire repair). They had a tire that matched our size and has it on in 10 minutes. Very reasonableAnd efficient.

I could not believe the service, the speed and friendlyness that Ken and his team gave me for a new set of tire.I had to make an immediate trip to Savannanna due to a family emergency, and driving back to stay at my brother and sister in-laws house from the Savannanna hospital, on new years eve, in the middle of the night on the highway 17 to Ridgeland S. C. I heard noises coming from my car tires.The next morning (new years day) I looked at my tires for the first time and noticed THEY WERE TOAST, and there was no way I going to drive back to FL on them.My siser-in-law said take it to Ken's and showed me where the shop was.The next morning I got up, got a breakfast sandwich and pulled into Ken's about 8:30. His team checked the tires and agreed they were worn out. Ken said he had the tires, park your car there and they went to work.What happened next I still do not believe!!!His team members came out immediately, jacked the car up, stated removing tires and taking them into the shop. As the third or fourth one was coming off.....the first new one was coming out, balanced etc and on!I had barely finished my sandwich and they were done!!It looked like NASCAR pitstop!

Semi Truck had a steer tire blow-out on 95N. Called Ken's Tire, and they were to my truck in 15 minutes. Gave me a GREAT deal on 2 steer tires and the service call. Road Service guys were fast, and very courteous! Had my truck tires changed in an hour! I would recommend this company to everyone!!!!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Incredible service, got Two flats on i95 in South Carlina on a Sunday 5.30pm. Every other place was closed till Monday. I called Ken's expecting an answering service. They were unbelievablely there. I had my car towed there, arriving at 8.30 pm. I was told come get the car at 9.00am Monday. I went there at 8.30 and car had two new tires ready to go, at an extremely affordable price. Top Service here. Thank you to Ken's staff. Can't say enough good things about this business. Thank you again you saved me much troubles.

After waiting for 3 hours for AAA to change a flat tire with a donut, I drove to Kens to have 2 new tires put on. The gentleman changed two tires within 10 minutes and I was back on the road to Florida. The price of the tires were extremely reasonable and the speed was awesome. I would highly recommend Kens totes to anyone who is need of totes. Thank you again for such great service!

They arrived on the scene 20 minutes after I called them. We had a flat tire that was due to a bad valve stem. He fixed the issue and we were on our way in about 45 minutes. They charged a fair price and were professional. What more can you ask for!!!??? Thank you guys for helping us in our time of need, I really appreciate it!

I was traveling on I 95, hit a huge pothole and flattened two tires! I called other closer shops and because it was close to closing time they would not help. Ken's came to I 95, replaced my tires, and had me back on the road in less than an hour! They were AMAZING! Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough positive things about Ken s! Traveling 95 South is hard enough but add 2 kids to the mix and it s even more difficult. After a flat, Ken s was quick to respond and Cricket was amazing!

They were rude very. Paid over 550 dollars for new tires and when I asked them a question twice. They ignored me as tho I didn't speak to them.

half hour after leaving Savanna area, low tire light comes on. I pulled off I95 to put air in. Tire wouldn't hold air. Based on google reviews I contacted Ken's. It was a 20 minute drive and someone was there within 30 minutes. He inspected the tire and used water, etc and did not detect where the leak was coming from. He put on the spare and we drove to the shop. The valve sensor had malfunctioned. We were back on the road within 15 minutes or so for the long 7 hour trip home. Cost of service call and repair was so reasonable. I anticipated 3x as much. Highly recommend anyone traveling in the area to use this company.

I was on my way home to Florida and got a flat tire. Went to Ken's who took me right away. They thoroughly inspected the tire and found nothing wrong. They but it back on and air in my other tires. They would not let me pay them anything for their help. These guys were super nice and helpful and made a bad situation better. If I lived closer I would always go to them.

They were available when we needed them at a fair price. Reading other reviews, sounds like they get a lot of customers with tire issues from nearby I-95, including us. The other store recommended by roadside assistance didn t have the tire we needed. Ken s had it and changed the tire in a very reasonable amount of time.

They helped a lot great prices, Almost no wait time they were very busy handled everyone in a timely fashion showed kindness and also let you know what will be needed soon on your vehicle. It's awful outside so hot yet the guys were very helpful with my questions , smiles on face I felt they did a great job. Thank you Ken's Tires Ridgeland sc, 29936.

Amazing and professional service. Had a nail in my tire, and despite being busy, they took us right away. Only took a few minutes. Amazing prices as well. Definitely recommend coming here!!

I had a double blowout on my motorhome, and they had what I needed in stocks. Mounted, balanced and had .r back on the road in an hour for a very good price.

After having our second blow out on I95, one in Florida that we changed and one at exit 21 in SC that we didn t have a spare to change ourselves, we were directed to Ken s. 7:30 at night and 160 miles from home, we made it to the shop and were met by one friendly serviceman. Could not have asked for better or more friendly service. Also, cost was reasonable. Thank y all some very much for helping us get home!!

Ken s Tire Service came to our rescue when we pulled off Interstate 95 in Ridgeland. The shop was recommended to us by Chef Donald, who was in the Sunoco gas station parking lot where we finally landed with our ruined tire. A technician with all of the right equipment was sent to us within the half hour; he took the wheel back to the service station and returned in a few minutes with a new tire, which we were able to pay for over the phone. We really appreciated their quick response and efficient service. Also: Chef Donald is an excellent human being. We might have been there for hours without his generous gift of knowledge of the area.

It s hard to find a walk-in place and get service quick without an appointment in bluffton, okatie, etc.it took me longer to get to Ken s in Ridgeland than it did them fixing my tire! I was there maybe 5 min! With a trip coming up the same day, I needed service on my tire as soon as possible and I needed it quick. I got it at Ken s!
