So far, so good. I rented a U-Haul on today and I'm vey big on customer service. The lady was very polite to us. She used kind words like, darling and baby.. lol oh bless her little heart, even as we waited, her interactions with her other customers was pleasant. She has southern hospitality...at least that's what I got, right from the gitty up. She even made recommendations. I'm supposed to take it back tomorrow, hopefully we won't have any problems.

This company is quick, friendly and reasonable. We are/were traveling in our motorhome from Florida, we broke down around 6 pm, we were referred to them by KOA Point South, we got a hold of J & M Auto Services, they towed us to the KOA Point South campground; returned the next morning, bright and early, and towed us to a mechanic which they in turn referred us to; which, the mechanic has been equally as friendly and helpful, so far. Can't say enough about the friendly, timely and reasonable service. Thank you J & M Auto Services. You've made this experience a bit more bearable.

Had two other tow companies come to recover a vehicle out of a canal & they failed. Stopped by & explained the situation to this guy him & his wife went out recovered the vehicle without any problems & transported it for a reasonable price. They are by far the best I've seen in the area.

Terrible company. Got here to pick up our stuff from the vehicle we crashed yesterday, and there is nobody here. A cranky, mean, old lady came out to yell at us to wait for the guy bc he had a doctor's appointment. She said if we go back to the lot to get our stuff, there is a crazy dog there that will attack. So we are sitting in the rental car waiting! Mind you, we called and told him in advance that we were on our way and he didn't say anything abt no appointment. We have now been here for 50 minutes waiting. Absolutely ridiculous!!!When the man arrived he went off on us too, as if his appointment was in any way our fault. He acted very unprofessional... Looks like an old alcoholic.They need to work on customer service and their manners. Or better yet, they need to be closed down.Find a better company to work with!!!
