Store closed early today. I ordered brakes to get my car back on the road, got work early, drove 45min to the location, so I could pick up an online purchase that was paid in full. Arrived at the store 10 minutes before closing to find lights off and door locked. Even spoke to employee 20 minutes later he said we always close early and cannot help me or even grab my ordered that was ready. Just disappointed in the lack of customer service, work ethic, and their way of business. A store choosing not to honor their own hours that are even on the door and online. Store is a disappointment to the car people out there and customer service industry.

I had to replace my battery cable terminal/connector. They had the battery and parts I needed, were really friendly, had the tools and helped me with the install. What more could you all for? Great place, people and service.

Carquest in Ridgeland is interesting.. the shop smells of cigarette smoke but the service is good. Nick, Tina and Michelle (with black hair) are all quite knowledgeable and nice. The product shelves, however, are usually found dusty and/or dirty even by car store standards.They do offer the largest array of heavy duty hardware (for large trucks and the like) in Ridgeland and a hardware bin that's easy to pick through. All in all they are my second choice after Advance Auto parts.

I travel a lot and have been to many parts stores, this is the BEST! They were very helpful in finding the tools I needed to get the job done. Thanks again guys

They stock a lot of hard to find parts for trucks and farm equipment. Good prices friendly staff.
