To me this towing company is very raciest. It s the lady for me I can t stand her. I will never deal with these people again.

It was a Friday afternoon, we were on our way to FL. The car s A/C stopped working and we took the exit to Ridgeland, called every other well known shops but no one cared to help because it was closing time but the gentleman at Blatchley s was kind enough to ask us more details over the phone and then agreed to take a look. He inspected the car and found out it to be a bigger issue which would have taken 2 days to fix. Since, we were traveling, we decided to carry on with the trip. He didn t even charge us for the diagnosis. Atleast he cleared out all our doubts and we could travel peacefully to our destination. Thanks a lot for continuing the great service and helping people out there.

Thank you Kenny!!! I was on my way from New York to Florida, my car turned on a warning light. Turns out my alternator went bad. I was able to get off the exit and purchase the alternator at a nearby auto parts. I just happen to drive by the shop and came in to check on pricing. Kenny came out immediately gave the car a quick look and said let me get my tools! I can tell Kenny is well known in the area for his work and honest character. I had called another shop nearby and it was a total rip off! Not going to name it but it s very close by. I can t recommend the shop enough, if you re in the area and have an issue come see Kenny!

My car broke down while traveling and this team came through for us. They were thorough, meticulous and priced fairly as well. I would recommend them to anyone! I appreciate them getting me home safely!!

We were driving home today from Charleston to south Ga and the oil pressure light came on while on the interstate. Pulled off of a exit and luckily found a garage, but the owner told us to get in line because he had other things to deal with, looked down the road and seen another garage while sitting at this garage and decided to go there to see if we would have any better service. Sure enough these guys were great and took great care of us and even went the extra mile and gave me a quart of oil to make sure we made it home to get to our local garage! Very reasonable price and eased all of our concerns about making the drive another 6 hours. First ever review I have done so if the owner sees this Thank You and we made it home!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

For in detail comprehensive automotive diagnostics and service done expeditiously and fairly priced, I ve had service done on several of my vehicles and always happy with the end results knowing that my autos have been safely repaired and road ready.The Blatchley family are polite and courteous as are their pro mechanics.Nice to have folks working on your vehicle you can trust to get it right !

There is no one more trustworthy and kind than Blatchy Break and Tire. I have used them in the past for routine things such as oil changes and have always been pleased with the service, but today, they went above and beyond.A little over a year ago, a very close family member passed away very suddenly. We didn't have time to say goodbye and it was very difficult for all of us. My daughter inherited the family members car. Over the weekend, she got into an accident. The car is older and when she took it to another shop, they told her it wasn't worth fixing. She explained that there is sentimental value to the car but they couldn't be bothered. She came home in tears. I suggested that she take it to Blatchy as I have had all very positive experiences with them. Kenny was absolutelyamazing. He understood the situation and has already reached out to find parts.This is not your average service. This is the most top notch service available and I strongly recommend them!

Went the get an oil change on my lunch break and the staff was so very friendly and knowledgeable. They had no issues whatsoever in handling my lowered vehicle and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. The shop layout was amazing with everything where all needed to be and clean and organized I especially loved the theme of a vintage gas station I'll definitely be going to them for all my oil changes and tire repairs and also alignments for sure .Service: Oil change

Wow! I can not explain the level of service I received from this company. I had a chance to meet the owner and I will say that he is a stand up guy. While riding through SC i was involved in an accident and rolled over. Keefe and his crew came within 15 minutes and picked my car up and towed it back to his shop. Now we had never been to SC but he offered a ride to a near by hotel until we could figure things out and checked on us daily until we could get back to him with insurance details and the removal of our items. I would highly recommend them for tow service, brake and any tire repair needed. They are very professional and the quality of their work is worth every penny.

This review is long overdue! I was leaving Hilton Head for an 11 hour drive back to Ohio with my wife, 4 year old son, and 1 year old triplets. We needed a tire replaced due to an error by another tire shop on Hilton Head who was not open on Saturdays. We were searching for several places along our drive out of Hilton Head and one place after another had wait times for hours or couldn't help us at all.We found Blatchley and called ahead and they said they had what we needed and could help us right when we got there. They said they would get what we needed ready before we even arrived so that we could get in and out ASAP to continue our long drive. We pulled up in our van they confirmed what we needed and they jacked the van up right in front of the store without my wife and kids even needing to get out of the car. We were in and out in about 15-20 mins for a good price and without having to unload and load all out kids. It was fantastic.Thanks for the great service and quick work Blatchley!Service: Tires

We were driving home from Pa to our home in Fl when our car literally quit on a busy highway. We called 911 the State a Police came as we had no idea who to call for a tow the Trooper knew of one. Blatchley came and towed our car. We were still 900 miles from home. Keene Bletchley the owner took us to a car rental where we rented a car. We left the car in great hands to be repaired. Mr Blatchley took our car ( a 2011 Ford Edge) apart and replaced the engine (at a totally respectable price). He kept us informed daily with photos. We thought it would take a while to repair especially with it being Thanksgiving week but Mr Blatchley worked long hours to get it done for us. He did a phenomenal job. We drove back up to his garage from Florida and picked up the car it drove beautifully. After we brought it home we took it in for a diagnostic at The garage here in Fl where we take our vehicles to be checked. He said that Mr Blatchley did a beautiful job and everything checked out. We figured we would have to purchase a new car but to our surprise he said the car is in great shape and it could easily run well for a few years. We can t thank Keene Blatchley and his crew enough. We HIGHLY recommend him and we know for a fact this is one small company that does great work and are extremely honorable.

Well let s start by saying Mr. Blatchely was a Godsend from beginning to end! Long story, short version...my daughters car broke down as we were driving from Florida to NJ. The issue was the transmission which needed to be handled by the dealer directly. Mr. Blatchely seeing we were stranded, was kind enough to take us safely to a hotel close to the dealer, towed the car to the dealer and even took care of the trailer we were pulling as well. I don t know what we would ve done without him and his caring employees. A most stressful day was turned around by his kindness. What a blessing! Thanks so much for your time and attention. Called them at 845 with 2 broke wheel studs and a broken CV axle. Asked if they could help me I needed to be home by 230 to pick up my kids. Found out my righy hub was bad too. They drove me themselves to pick up the hub assembly asap. Fixed all that and replaced both front rotors and pads. Not to mention I planned on changing the oil myself (had everything in the truck) found out they do discount changes when you bring your own oil and filter. Great customer service, great work and great/fair pricing. Did I mention I was home with time to spare. They earned a return customer. Coming back soon put some mods on my truck !Thanks Guys

Heaven sent people! After a long 10+ Hour drive our car broke down. The first employee let us know it was something Nissan needed to fix, the owner and his employee towed us to lodging and to the dealer since we were stranded. Had a blowout on I 95 on our fifth wheel. Pulled in and they were very, very nice. Had exactly what we needed and very affordable! Highly recommend!

I've know Mr. Keefe Blatchley ,the owner all of my life. He is a honest family & professional business man. I recently came into a issue with my vehicle and broke down. Mr. Keefe him self came out of his way, towed my vehicle to his shop. He then had his professional technician diagnose my truck, turns out my engine went out in it. Keefe him self then went out of his way and took me to purchase a engine. I wouldn't recommend any other shop other than Blatchley Brake & Tire, for any car or towing needs. Thank you again Mr.keefe.

It was Friday afternoon - my fianc� and I were traveling from Charleston SC to Macon GA. On I-95, my engine light began flashing, notifying us to seek immediate attention. We were 6 miles north of Ridgeland. We pulled off the interstate and Google-searched auto repair shops - Blatchley's was the closest spot. We pulled in their parking lot at 4:55pm, I ran inside explaining what happened and just asked someone could put eyes on it. As I pleaded my case, a mechanic, Will, said that he had the same vehicle (2002 Chevy Tahoe), and that he bet he knew what it was. After popping the hood, he saw the problem within a matter of minutes. Fortunately, the part that needed repair, they had in the shop. My fianc� and I waited about half an hour as they replaced the broken part. They worked on my car out in front of the shop, talking me through everything that he was doing. I cannot thank Will and Keefe (owner) enough for their quality service, help, and friendly customer service! They were life savers for me and my fianc�, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I had my radiator hose burst on me while in town. I stopped at advance and since it was a molded peice & a simple clamp would fix he referred me to this shop right up the road. The guy that assisted me was nice, professional & quick with letting me know what was what. He told me to hold on let him get some info to take to the owner to see if he can get the part. Part was found and I was given an estimate of 249.00. I was like whoa so I told him to give me a min, I search the part & found it at O'Reilly for 70 bucks. I asked him if I get the parts how much would the labor be to put it on he said nothing because I wouldn't put it on because via parts is how I make my money. I said ok you make your money by robbing customers. Auto repair shops get a discount on parts so to make a profit u don't charge me 50% more but 100% ok want be back here. Later that evening I did get a call from the guy (the owner) apologizing for the issue and offered to do anything to correct it. I declined and decided to do it myself (youtube is awesome) cost me less than 100.00. Thank you sir for the challenge.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Although I don t live in Ridgeland, I have stopped in at Blatchley Brake and Tire for tire issues while visiting in the area. I found them extremely friendly, helpful and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

I went to Blachey's tire and auto to buy a decent vehicle for my son to drive .the owner s wife told me it was a GREAT first vehicle !! brought to the dealership where they told me that it was all rusted out and they had spray painted it to cover it up!! I would not trust them to do any thing with my car. a shady bunch there!!!

I have never had a better experience at an auto repair shop! Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to trust their vehicle with them. Very fair prices and great prices on tires especially!

We were on I95 when we had a problem with a trailer tire. Owner was very sympathetic with our plightHe got us right in, assessed the problem, replaced the tire and we were on the road in less than an hour. Highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

My 76 year old mother and I are from North Carolina and were heading to Parris Island to attend my son's graduation from Boot Camp when about 24 miles from our destination I had a blowout. It was a sidewall puncture so I went for the spare tire only to find that it had been removed before I purchased the car. A fire and rescue named Mike Sullivan stopped to help and gave me a number for Keefe Blatchley. I called him and within minutes he was there with a rollback. He put my car on his truck then took my mother and me to McDonald's to use their restroom and get something to eat if we needed to. He then took us to his shop which was closed, it was nearly 10 o'clock at night, opened it up and put a new tire on my car at cost. Almighty God looked after us with his Angels and used a beautiful Christian man to get us back on the road. I am happy to say that we made it to the graduation and saw my son graduate an honor grad and he was awarded a commemorative coin by his commanding General for exemplary performance. Praise Almighty God and God bless mr. Keefe.

This business had been called to do towing on a motorcycle deer collision and really went above and beyond for me ! So when I needed tires I got 4 new tires and alignment was completely professional and prices were really good . I would prefer to do business with smaller businesses and was surprised that of how competitive his prices were !

Was not upfront with prices; charged $35 for an ODB2 scan without notifying their customer about this fee BEFORE service was rendered. Gave an estimated cost of repairs that was $300 more than the local dealer's estimate.

My vehicle broken down and the gentleman there were the only mechanics who would look at my car. When I found out it was not fixable there, they went out of their way to tow me back to Daytona......best hospitality I have ever met.
