Absolutely trash experience. I was not kept informed on the process of our repair in any way, even when requesting information regarding the repair. We sent in our vehicle for a repair that was estimated to take 12 days, and since then have had our estimated time pushed back 3 times. At this point our vehicle has been here for almost an entire month with several additions to the bill with no communication other than an inflated bill. If you want your car back in a timely manner and to be treated with respect regarding your time, money, and who you are, NEVER come here. I will never recommend this business to anyone and will warn anyone who is about to conduct business here, to go elsewhere.

I am so impressed with AutoNation Collision. I was treated respectfully and kept informed of the progress of my repair throughout the process. Clay was very responsive to all my questions, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road as soon as possible. My vehicle was returned to me in pristine condition. AutoNation Collision worked directly with my insurance company, the car dealership and a car rental facility. They took care of all communication between all involved. Thank you Clay and AutoNation Collision for a positive outcome of an unfortunate incident.

The repairs were completed on time, with beautiful results, and under the quoted price. Maurice kept me informed the whole way and sent pictures of the completed repairs. The workmanship was excellent.

Every one. Is very friendly and professional. They spell every thing out with no surprises. The work for you if the insurance company didn t inspect your vehicle correctly they get in touch with them have them come out and redo it so they can show them that they have to do more work than what they estimated. I m very proud of the work they did and hopefully I won t have to see them again, but if something happens, they will be first on my list, all the guys and lady a really nice one in particular Angelina Clay Cropper kept me informed of the delays and everything and what they were going to do. We had an excellent and seemless experience with Auto Nation Collision in Bluffton. Maurice continued to present and achieve insurance coverage on additional items they found that needed repair/correction above the original estimate. Brought my 2017 Santa Fe Sport in March for an estimate concerning peeling paint that was covered under warranty. Was told 4-8 weeks for estimate to be reviewed and possibly approved. 5 months later and nothing from them. After speaking with Consumer Affairs about the issue, they researched my claim for the estimate and found out it was never submitted. No one at the collision center or dealership will address this issue.

I had not needed a body shop for at least 15 years, so I didn't know what to expect. The folks at Autonation walked me through every step of the process, even helping with retal car info and insurance info. Really great service, and I recommend highly. Plus, my car looks like new!!

I would give these guys negative stars if I could. The most unprofessional, lazy people I have ever encountered. Attempted to get paint work done to my 21 Ram, through my USAA auto insurance. I was fed excuse after excuse as to why they have not submitted there estimate to the insurance company. And after almost a month of going back and fourth , told very rudely to find somewhere else to go: I absolutely will and will let everyone I know to do the same. Absolutely disgusting

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. This center did not call me even once for the time frame of 2 months that my car was there. I called 6 times and was told they would call me back, no one EVER did. I was lied to twice, sent an officer up there and automatically got the truth. They were not professional at all and my 2 week issue turned into a 2 month issue. ON TOP OF THAT when I picked my vehicle up, my tire was low on air, my battery was dead, windshield chipped (not from me or the accident), my car was not cleaned inside OR out (and he told me Monday 11.16.20 that he was going to rewash my car because it was dirty and I wasn t able to get my car due to paperwork not being sent), and I just found a hardened clear substance on my hood that will not come off. I am not happy with this company at all. Especially when you lie to a customer not once, but twice. I had to go up there in person to get any information, or call my insurance company to get any details since not a single call of mine was returned. Also my car has been finished for a week, no one called me to tell me it was ready! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND FIND ANOTHER SHOP.Service: Body & Trim

The body work done was exceptional. However they estimated the work would take 2 days and it took 10. This markedly increased the amount I spent for a rental car. After it wasn't ready after 2 days I called for 3 days and was told the person I needed to talk to was off. I asked to talk to the manager and was told he would call me. Two days later I called back and was told the manager wouldn't talk to me that I needed to wait until someone else returned from vacation and they would call me. Two days later I did receive a call and they told me they needed some parts they hadn't noticed were broken at the time of the estimate and they would have to order them and it would take 2 days to get them. Then I was told the actual cost of the repair was double the estimate. Overall not a positive experience. I' m sure someone can do excellent bodywork and communicate with the customers.

I still have not gotten my vehicle back to adequately assess the quality of their work. I am writing to warn all of the lack of communication that has gone on during my experience. Not once has the location reached out to be no matter how much I call and request an update.They have not informed me of any additional damages found to my vehicle since before Thanksgiving, and every-time I ask my car is in "reassembly". I have gotten the specific response that my car is in "assembly and should be ready either today or tomorrow" for over a week with no apology or explanation. I have asked for someone to contact me multiple times to explain the situation or give me a real ETA, but I have received none. Today, I am just now being informed that all the parts are not even in for my vehicle when they have my vehicle for over a month. Why was I told my vehicle would be ready the next day numerous times just to find out that is impossible because all the parts have not even come in.I also asked for a second opinion on my back glass wiper marks simply asking if that is something that could be repaired. No call or answer.I am very disappointed as I chose to take my vehicle to this location because I thought I would have a good experience. Hopefully, the quality of work in the finished vehicle will be excellent due to the amount of time they've had to complete the vehicle.

I knew nothing about NRAM Collision Center, but Hartford recommended them so I decided to give them a chance. I was delighted with the service. They kept me apprised of the status continually.However, when I got back my car I was elated! I had been concerned because I have a pearlized finish,; and when they told me they mixed the paint themselves rather than get it from the manufacturer, I was more than worried. My car is beautiful! It looks like new where they made repairs. One would not know my car had been hit in an accident. I recommend NRAM COLLISION TO EVERYONE!Thank you for an excellent repair.

Great company. After my car was backed into I was certain it could never look the same again, but these guys went above and beyond fixing my Audi A5 to look new again in no time at all. Timely as ever, friendly, thorough, and precise. Having to deal with issues with your vehicle is never fun, but the folks at Peacock were great! Had an estimate in less than a half an hour, and they worked expeditiously to fix my car as soon as the part came in. Can t recommend enough...

When I dropped my car off I told the person who waited on me that my insurance was with State Farm. I thought that you were going to contact State Farm; however when I called back in 2 weeks I was told that I needed to contact State Farm which I did. In the future it would be good to make it clear that the customer needs to contact the insurance company. Otherwise I was very pleased with the end result. Stacy did a very good job of communicating the progress.

One of the best autoshops I've been too. I'm going to lay it on honest, truthfully, at first I was extremely nervous to take my car to a mechanic. I'm picky about my vehicles and the people I trust to work on them. David was able to ease my nerves. He was able to give me an estimate and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. He was courteous and called every time something came up. He never failed to ask before proceeding with fixing any problems they found. I felt very comfortable and relaxed knowing that my car was in great hands. I felt assured that I wasn't being taken to the cleaners and they had my car fixed and running like it just rolled off the show room floor, they even washed it and made it look I just bought it.If you want great and professional service, I suggest taking your vehicle here!!! Infact, I highly recommend it!!!

From beginning to end the communication of my service rep and myself was continual and up to date through the entire process. Also, I was so pleased with the communication between the insurance rep and my service rep. I was extremely pleased with how my car was handled throughout the process. Very impressed with the level of service. They have an arrangement with Enterprise that makes it easy to be picked up and you can leave the rental there, once your car is ready. They also call to update on the status of your vehicle and once the vehicle is ready. The repairs were done in the time frame allocated by my insurance carrier, so no additional car rental days were needed. In addition, they vacuum the vehicle for you!

This is my second time dealing with Peacock Collision Center. Although we decided not to do any repairs this time because the damage was minimal, the customer oriented focus of the business is evident in all they do. From front desk staff to management, my dealings with them were marked with efficiency and friendliness. Special thanks to Ren for his honesty. I would recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.

I do NOT recommend this place. I had someone back into me not too long ago and we got it fixed here. First, they did NOT match my paint correctly after replacing my front bumper. They did NOT fix my shifted hood, which we did talk to them about. They made swirls in my paint (minor scratches in clear coat) in one of the nearby panels, and they got RED PAINT on my mirror. My car, is BLUE. They DID offer to fix it. And I just got it back. While I have not completely looked it over. I noticed there was a scratch, on the bumper they had just painted themselves. Which they had to blend into my factory paint because they did not match the paint correctly. How does one mess up this bad. The first time we went to pick it up, my car was filthy as well. It was as if they drove through mud! And I washed it the day before taking it in and even parked in the garage. Not a speck of dirt on it when I left it. You can probably understand my anger as this is my first car, and I got it brand new for my 16th birthday.

It is unfortunate that I have needed the services of a body shop 4 times in the last couple of years or so (none of them my fault), but I have been very fortunate to have connected with NRAM. This is one of the most professional body shops I have ever dealt with. And their work has been superb! They are approved and certified by several different car manufacturers as they also do a lot of work for dealers at New River Auto Mall. I would highly recommend them.

USAA MEMBERSDO NOT DROP YOUR CAR OFF AT PEACOCK!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!Body shop going through new owners taking over for Peacock Collision owners.I picked my car up in April 2021, noticed leak 6 weeks later. Showed up at body shop. The ppl working there did not show the least bit of concern I had a leak. New employees working in "management", Cory, have not tried to get me to fix leak.My car is leaking. A third party was hired to do work on my rear window. I was told by Cory, a third party did work. I have been trying for weeks to get my car rear window fixed.They will not answer phone. I leave messages no call back. My insurance company USAA calls. They get no call back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Peacock Collision could not schedule me until after Memorial Day...that along with a VERY unresponsive Bluffton Enterprise Rental Car location not answering phone for over 3 hours and then being told they were very busy led me to search for an alternative. See below..The team at Caliber Collision in Beaufort led by Josh did an outstanding job from beginning to end restoring my new 2019 Audi Q8 back to pre accident shape. The best customer service and communications ever! Thank You All so very much.

After my accident, I was referred to this business from my Audi dealership in Hilton Head. I spoke with their new GM in the first week of January 2021. He advised it would be 4 weeks our before they could service the car, due to covid19. Which I completely understand. Unfortunately no one returns calls/voicemails, or even emails of follow up. I have even sent over a request for someone to reach out through their website, and not one person ever called.Yesterday February 8, 2021 I was able to connect with the front desk person. Kiersten. She had no knowledge of my original request for service, estimate or details on a timeline to get my car serviced. Same issue happened on a second follow up February 9, 2021. I was greet with attitude, and placed on hold for 25 mins, then hung up on. Second call, same person, same attitude and no helpful information provided in regards to a timeline of getting the car serviced. Spoke to the GM, who tried to blame the old GM for the mix up, not the case. I explained how poor the service has been, and literally pretended I hung up the phone, and he couldn't hear me, then hangs up on me.I would NEVER recommend this Collison Center. EVER.

I would highly recommend NOT using Peacock Collision Center for ANY automotive needs.Key Points:-Over a seven week period NOT one phone, email, or any type correspondence was received by Peacock. I had to initiate all communication. I was told on two separate occasions that the GM would call me back directly the same day however no phone call was ever received.-USAA pulled Peacock's accreditation because of their unprofessional nature.-Multiple adjusters are used which results in constant confusion (e.g. I was told my car needed a new door, that it was ordered [which took a week to do].....then 3 weeks later was told that they had confused it with another SUV and that mine didn't need a door.......THEN was told two weeks later it did in fact need a new door). Comical.-Peacock Collision will provide you with an appointment for vehicle drop off and repair. They are overwhelmed. My car sat idle in the parking lot for 2.5 weeks and never left the spot I parked it in.In the end, I picked up my car without the work ever being done. I bought it to Caliber Collision (USAA accredited shop) and the work was completed within 7 days with a lifetime warranty.Yes, Peacock is an accredited shop with VW, Audi, etc. but DO NOT waste your time. My experience with NRAM was amazing! David Wilner was clear and precise about what will happen to my vehicle, kept in touch by email and was great to do business with. The experience was so much better than I could of imagined, I will definitely tell my friends about them. And to the other place I went to you are not the best place in town NRAM beats you hands down. Thank you David, you are the BEST!!

Beautiful work on my car. The house next door burned down and melted several parts of my car one day, but over a year-and-a-half after the repairs you would never know anything happened. The work completed by NRAM Collision goes along with the first class experiences my family and I have had over the years buying cars from the auto mall.

I was visiting the area from out of town and had a small collision that required some body work to get my car back into highway safe condition. Peacock was recommended to me by a local. I called Ren at 8:15am and he had me bring the car right over so he could take a look. Twenty-five minutes later he had personally fixed the problems and had it looking and running perfectly. I cannot recommend Peacock highly enough! While others might have used my situation to overcharge me, Peacock was incredibly professional, courteous and absolutely first-rate in every way!
