Last week went in the store to buy a battery and break pads. While waiting for April E. to complete the customer in front of me her customer service skills was so caring and professional. Every time I go in the store, she takes her time to explain the products and make sure that s what you re needing. I take pride in my customer service skills so watching and listening to her interact with her customers makes you know that you can still find great customer service. Zeb went above and beyond assisting me. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and saved me a lot of time! This Ridgeland location is a one stop shop. They always have everything in stock, and the staff just makes shopping at this location easy and stress free!

Nice location, for a small town. Got what I was looking for but had to haggle a bit to find out if it was in stock

So this is my husband go to store. The many years he's been coming here, the staff has always been helpful. They go above and beyond, whether it's just helping order parts online, finding the exact products that's needed to match our vehicles, or just putting the car on the computer to check the codes. In store or on the phone, they were knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful.

This store is well organized and everything I need seems easy enough to find, especially the simple products. However, if you go in blinded of not knowing what you need, you have to ask for help and that may or may not work our well. They seem to be short staffed most times. When it comes to the register and purchasing your items they are right there to help. (So common)

Very very helpful young man, wears glasses working the evening shift Thursday night.Was very patient with me and we were able to convert special HID headlights to regular ones that were available in the store for me to be able to drive another 5 hours in the night home.Brilliant.Im speechless.thin build about 20 yrs old. Hes the go to guy.Pray he OWNS this store in the near future

Halfway to my destination, my car started making some funky noises that I couldn't figure out. I pulled off and Carlos from Advanced Auto Parts was so helpful! Great service and friendly people. Thank you!

On vacation traveling on I-95, battery gage became erratic. Stopped to eat. Looked up closest Advance, Ordered on line got $10 off from rewards, then 25% off for ordering on line, mapped it came off interstate after 12 min store associate pulled the part, placed it on a cart my wife and I replaced the battery, rolled in the core and we were back on the road again, SWEET. Nice customer friendly system Auto Zone.

Dan and his staff are the best. If they don't have it, they will the next morning when they open. Very friendly and helpful people. Love these guys.

Rainy night tonight. I went into town. My driver's side wiper was loose. I tried to fix it but it came off. I made it to Advance Auto. The 2 young Hispanic girls helped me. They fixed it, snapped it in place and off I went. Wish i got their names.

Kobie, from the Ridgeland S.C. store, went above and beyond to help us figure out what was going on with our motorhome battery. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and we were able to get back on our roadtrip fast. I hope Advance Auto Parts knows what an awesome employee they have. Thank you for your help Kobie!

Went to get my battery tested. They checked my battery with my car off. Then the person testing my battery told me my alternator is bad. So I went to a mechanic in town and tested my battery and found it to be my battery. Training on checking these things at this store should be taken more seriously.

Pretty good stock for an Advance in the middle of nowhere. Much better than I thought it would be for Ridgeland.

It was an average experience for an auto parts store. The only thing that stuck out to me was how overpriced the parts were....but that is in line with most auto parts stores.
