We dealt with Greg at the Ride Spring location and the whole experience was fantastic. We were able to purchase our mower over the phone and they delivered it 10 miles for free in a matter of hours and filled the tank for us . With gas being so expensive, that was truly appreciated! Will for sure use this business again for future purchases.

Very poor customer service unless you are actively buying an expensive tractor. If you are looking for parts you are in the wrong place. I'm sure if you are buying a tractor they will be your best friend for the few hours it takes to close the deal

Bought a John Deere Riding Mower from them. Excellent sales and service. When I bought the mower they brought it to me same day about 30 miles one way. Had a solenoid switch go bad. Replaced part to me (I installed) under warranty no charge. I took back bad solenoid to them day later.

Labor for riding mower is 125 dollars an hour for repair ! Hope to find someone else to work on my mower that I can trust. I trust Blanchard but is it worth it on my mower that is 15 years old ?
