We were thousands of miles from home (Texas) and had a propane leak on our new Mercedes Sprinter Rv. They got us in within 15-20 minutes & found the problem (hose was pinched in assembling conversion installation!). Replaced with a more appropriate braided hose within an hour and half! Electric Massage chairs, kitchen eye for coffee, water & the best southern hospitality!!!Wonderful people can t say enough good @ them! They even allowed my doggie to come inside & entertained her as well .We are back on the road again!

Everyone on the staff is AWESOME. They don't leave you hanging if they are servicing your equipment. They go the extra mile when there is a complicated issue with your rig. I wish I could give more stars. I recommend them to everyone who needs service or purchasing. You don't get forgotten after the purchase like you do with Camping World.

This place is absolutely amazing!I would drive across the country to get work done here. The customer service and work that was done on my van was excellent. Kevin is personally, accommodating, and overall fun to chat with. Jack is exceptional at what he does, and his knowledge is vast. I felt the work was done very well, quickly, and that I was charged a fair price. I am so glad I found this place, I will definitely be back!

This place is phenomenal! We had the opportunity to do business with Jonathan, and we couldn't have been happier. This business has a professional 5 star plus team that puts their customers first. Jonathan, Ashley, Jack, and Cody were all top-notch every step of the way. They made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire process. Cody is a true asset to this business. He went over every inch of our motorhome with us and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase.

We bought our 2023 Roadtrek Zion from Coastal RV in July 2023 and we were very pleased with the experience. We traded in a travel trailer and think we received a reasonable price. When we had a minor warranty issue, Coastal got our unit in and repaired right away. We love our Zion and very much recommend this dealership.

When my wife and I started shopping for a new RV, we were told that the dealership is as important or even more important than the unit itself. This is certainly true of Coastal RV. We were actually focused upon models that Coast do not carry; but in the end, it was the professionalism of the dealership that convinced that we needed to deal with Coastal. They were patient with us as we dropped by several times to look over different units. When it came time to purchase, the experience couldn't been better. They honored their offer even when they found out that they had made a honest mistake, and then they worked directly with the manufacturer to get our unit to us as quickly as possible with even some upgrades. Thank you, Scott and Jonathan for making that possible. The PDI and walkthrough training was thorough and complete. Thank you Blayne for doing a great job of checking the smallest of details. When we found out that the factory did not include one upgrade, Jack and others worked hard to make it happen.All RV units will have defects and adjustments. So make sure that you choose a dealer that will stand behind their product and treat you right. For us, Coastal RV is that dealer!

Julian and his team at Coastal RV have outperformed for service/repair work on our 2019 MB Sprinter Winnebago ERA Van. There is a great attention to detail with honest commentary regardless if it is a major or minor item being serviced or repaired. Highly recommend the drive to Ravenel for Coastal RV.

I can not say enough great things about Coastal RV Center. I went to leave on trip to Florida in my class A and had an electrical problem. They got me in the next day and everyone was very professional. By end of the day I was on my way. The tech was without a doubt the most knowledgeable tech I have dealt with.

The family decided to upgrade and we ended up going with A floor plan we liked from coastal based on reviews and bad luck at other locations, Jonathan was very helpful, and made the paperwork side not so uncomfortable and absolutely hats off to the young man Michael for giving them an outstanding walk-through and really making them feel comfortable .. super smart kid very friendly and made it fun for them ..overall Would recommend coastal

I do not usually post reviews unless a purchase or service is exceptionally poor or exceptionally good. The experience with Coastal RV has been nothing less than outstanding, which many of you probably know is not the norm in today s environment. I purchased a new 2023 travel trailer from these folks approximately 7 months ago, though have waited this long to create a review as I wanted to get exposure to their service as well as sales processes. Needless to say, the service folks I have interacted with for warranty claims and additional upgrades were as exceptional as was the simplicity of the sale. Dealing with Jack and Ashley on the service/warranty side has been like dealing with friends. Jack s knowledge of the product line, efficiency and quality of work is unparalleled. I have purchased several trailers prior and have dealt with my share of other RV sales/service organizations, so this is feedback from personal experience. Now understand, we live about an 8 hour drive and 2 states over, so initial part of the experience was sales and that had to be seamless. Scott was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the sale would not have occurred without a strong sense of trust that he and the organization exhibited.Needless to say, if Coastal has your specific RV, there should be no hesitation to deal with this team. There is a reason there are so many 5 star ratings. My next purchase and those of my family will undoubtedly be at Coastal RV Center.

Please be sure to read my added comments and issues at the end...........If there was a zero star I d pick that. We purchased a 43 ft used Tiffin coach from them a little over a year ago. We were promised the world and delivered nothing. From day one pick up and coach school they have disappointed. Took it back in twice within the first month and they had the nerve to charge us for things they were supposed to have check pointed.Their 100+ check point guarantee is a joke. So many things we ve found wrong and undone. Been left calling to report issues a couple times. Trying to figure issues out ourselves so many times. Called them for help with no answer or return calls.This last time was the real deal. Left on the side of the interstate in 110 degree weather. Had to get towed to a Cummins shop and cancel our 4 week trip. Faulty radiator cap And hose. Why wasn t this checked? Such an easy fix.Needless to say we are very unhappy but we will carry on.We highly recommend you find another dealer!!!Addition 2/13/24: A couple months ago we decided to have our RV set up to tow our Jeep because we took a trip to the mountains and almost burnt up the RV brakes trying to go slow on the declines. When we took it to Corbins (which was awesome) they discovered that we had no rear brakes on our RV. After having this repaired by Corbins we realized we NEVER had any rear brakes. It was amazing the difference that it made even when not towing. Looking back we could've killed someone and ourselves. We could not believe that Coastal would send this out without rear brakes. This was a Class A bus weighing tons. We are just in shock and so thankful it didn't turn out worse.

Hats off to Coastal RV - they helped me out with great advice when I was having trouble with my motor home. Very friendly , very helpful! If I was shopping for an RV , I would not hesitate to shop with Coastal RV !!

This was not our first time. Again happy with service. Had two windows added on side of my Ford Transit van that I made into a camper.I do recommend them to others.

We purchased a motor home in the fall of 2022. From the moment we walked on the lot we were treated with respect and kindness. All the questions were answered patiently and honestly. I always have a lot of questions but this is a large purchase and they recognized this and were willing to put in the time. We did purchase the unit but the shocking part was the aftercare. We didn't just drive it off the lot they gave us a technician to work with that explained how to use everything. We spent the weekend end locally and had an issue with the furnace. We took it back in and they fixed it with no additional payments. Now it has been at least 8 months, I got a follow up call to see how things were going. I had a question about the refrigerator and they helped me do some trouble shooting and it is working today. We drove 4hrs to go to this dealer and I will continue to drive 4hrs for this unit and any we may purchase in the future. This is a business but everyone that works there seems to enjoy what they do and are truly focused on the customer. It is not just something they say, customers are what they do!

I have been camping for over 50 , years. Have bought,sold and traded RV's . Used several camping service centers. By far Julian and the whole staff at Coastal RV are the best in this world. They will never stop until you are satisfied with the care of your RV. I am a retired MasterChief Corpsman 30 years Navy. I want all my Military service people to know this is the place to buy,trade and have your RV serviced.

Took my camper in for a Generator issue that seemed to have a mind of its own. Julian and his team did not give up until they got it figured out and running like it should. Great customer service!!!

Had a broken leaf spring while traveling nearby. Limped in and they got us fixed in two hours. They treated us great and went the extra mile to help us out. The best service experience I have ever had.

I am a travel RN and had a week before I needed to travel from my Charleston assignment to the new one in Baltimore MD. They fit my 1999 Coachmen Starflyte in after she sustained some damage during travel. They did mechanical work, interior repairs and help with my black and gray tanks. They figured out why my alarm was going off when I ran hot water. All amazing and essential high quality work.Very fairly priced.I am so grateful for the folks at Coastal.

Ever since we bought our rig from Coastal Rv, we have always returned for service. We needed an oil change for the engine and the generator and had some other issues that had come up. So, since we have the time now, it was decided to get an appointment to get the work done. Sending a list of what was needed to them and wait for a response. Cindy called back after the weekend was over and got us an appointment to bring it in. We explained that we are full time in it but she said no problem because they have a express now and we should be able to get it back in a few days. We had to get us a motel for three days but that is much better than what we would be doing from some other company. Once we got to the dealership we were met by Kevin who proceeded to outline what we needed and said we shouldn't be out of It for very long. If we needed to wait on parts, they would order them and let us come back once the parts arrived. So we left it with Kevin, knowing it was in good hands. Three days later we were told to come pick it up. That was a quick turn around since we had quite a list of things that was needed. Once we arrived Cindy got the tech to come explain along with Julian who sold us the unit. Mike the tech was same one who showed us everything when we first bought it and he is just as good, if not better than he was four years ago. We found out we had a bad electric cord to hook up shore power and he replaced it. Then on to everything else. They took us step by step explaining everything that was done. They still needed to get a few parts in but we were able to drive away in better shape than when we went in. As soon as the parts are in their hands we'll go back and the rest will get done.Once again, this company is the best of the best. They work with everyone like they were family and they won't forget you. Julian and Mike recognized us right away and even if the others were new since our last visit, the next time they will know us. I would recommend Coastal RV if you want to purchase an Rv and get the best service money can buy. Thanks for everything, Julian, Kevin, Cindy and Mike.Ron and Terry French ( The French brothers)

They called me about a week prior to when they planned to do the work to our camper. The turnaround time for the repairs was amazing. This is important because I was a little worried because of the amount of campers they had to work on before ours, but they got it back to us about 2 weeks after I dropped it off and the work was done fantastically. . We definitely will use them again if we have any more issues.

First I want to say that God is good! My husband and I just purchased our first RV and we're so thankful that we came across Coastal RV. We happen to be taking a roadtrip out of town and passed by their shop on the way out of town and decided to look them up, the best decision we ever made!! We contacted them on a holiday via email (they were closed according to their website) and as soon as we sent in the inquiry email, we received a phone call several minutes later from Coastal RV. Talk about great customer service!! Scott is amazing, his team is amazing, the purchase was a breeze, everyone was so kind, there wasn't any pressure to make a purchase. Totally top notch service!! I recommend if you're interested in purchasing an RV/Trailer or whatever you're looking for, check out Coastal RV you'll be glad you did!!

We had a fantastic experience with Coastal RV and the purchase of our new motor home. From the very first call with Scott to the thorough walk through and explainaition of every system with Jack I could not be happier. I am amazed at the amount of work they did to take a very clean used vehicle and make it feel like it is brand new. They performed every service, re-sealed the roof, and gave me a very detailed inspection sheet. I don't care how far away you might be, it is worth the drive on a purchase like this.

Highly recommend getting your tiny home on wheels fixed here. I built a tiny home in a Dodger Ram Promaster and someone hit the panel behind the driver door! I was very worried they would have to go through the inside and remove all my cabinets to replace that panel, but they put the panel over existing panel and it looks amazing! Julian did an amazing, really tough job and Ashley was great, too! Everyone I saw were very nice and helpful! Best place for work on your RV! Thanks to you all!!

I do not leave reviews as a rule, but I need to recommend Coastal RV Center for their top notch service. We purchased a travel trailer site unseen and came to pick it up and the team had everything ready and provided a thorough and patient walk thru for us. They even replaced the AC unit for us when it started to act up prior to our departure. Many thanks to Scott, Lee, Jack, Ashley and the entire maintenance team! Conscientious and customer focused team. If you feel unsatisfied, it's probably you, not them :-)

I'm going to preface this review with the fact that they haven't even finished the repairs on my RV but I felt inclined to make this review. My boss referred me to this Company after Camping World messed up his RV and kept it for more than 6 months. Based his recommendation decided to bite the bullet and try them. They are the most responsive repair company. They have walked me through the stages of getting this repair done and the insurance adjuster said repair companies are 4 to 6 months out. Well, Coastal RV knew I had a time limit because I would need to live in my RV. They have more than stepped up so I even went as far as asking for a maintenance and a quote on upgrades. Thank you so much Coastal RV for making this journey easy. I will definitely write or edit this review after the repairs are completed but you have my gratitude for being an honest and attentive company!

Bought our 03 Bounder from here four years ago, and it s still good to go. They gave us the training we needed, and I appreciated the work they put into getting us safely on the road. Wish they had a place here in eastern NC.

We recently purchased a Class C from Coastal and cannot be happier about our purchase. We actually live in Minnesota and did it all by phone and email. It was delivered to a location close to us and everything was so professional. Scott was amazing to work with, answered all of our questions, totally represented the motorhome we bought to a T. I would so highly recommend this company and Scott if you are looking to purchase any type of recreational vehicle. Ours was clean, everything works exactly like it is supposed to and they went over and above getting it ready for us. Thank you Coastal and Scott!
