I stopped in for some roofing supplies and was helped by a gentleman immediately. Not only was he very polite , he was knowledgeable about what was in stock and what wasn't. He also showed me what they had available available.Even thou know he knew what I was looking for wasn't there. To further help me.He pointed me to the nearest local hardware store that carried the supplies.I was looking for and instead of driving 30 minutes to a big box store.He sent me five minutes down the road. I would say that.Everyone in the store was very polite.Very helpful.And I would definitely recommend the store for anyone who was shopping nearby. The store also carried a wide variety of items to suit any type of shopper, as well as being a clean store.

Very nice mew store. This hometown Ace has a huge variety of goods from propane to razor blades. From gas grills to fishing tackle. The folks that work there are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this to say a lowes or home depo. It has a hometown feel.Price point are a little higher. But to me its worth the price to know the money is staying in our community.

Logan went above and beyond with assisting us with are car key issue. He was able to not only repair the key we came in for but was also able to repair the other key without being asked. Tremendous service. I would highly recommend him.

My wife and I were very impressed by this new ace hardware store and the friendly staff. Misty was very helpful in our purchase of our new Black Stone grill. She was very knowledgeable in the product and accessories. Thank you for an enjoyable experience and look forward to future visits.

I stopped in today to get a some cool BBQ seasoning for my secret Santa. Ace carries an amazing selection of top rated seasonings, not to mention grills and just about anything else you need. I thought I was done shopping when I saw key fobs. I inquired about the cost for a new key fob since my current key fob has a dead battery and won't open. Bree at the key desk said she could open it (no one else has been able to open it). After a few minutes, Bree had opened my key fob, replaced the battery, and I was good to go! Logan was great too but Bree was the hero! ;-). Thank you Ace hardware. Welcome to Beaufort.

My wife and I love Ace Hardware in Beaufort! It is a clean beautiful store, and the sales people are incredible. If by some chance they don t have what you are looking for, they will order it. So nice to go into a store where they really care about helping the customer.

Misty and the staff at ACE are very nice. They are warm and inviting. The employees bend over backwards to help their customers. Great service with lots of nice stock. Great location!

Visited the new Ace Hardware recently!I was very pleased to see such a wide variety of merchandise. Many people working, with knowledge of DIY projects. A refreshing change from the big box stores. Welcome to the area! You are needed!

Logan in the paint department was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right stain for my project. He took the time to show me different colors and even different combination of colors to find the right one!
