Done been in this gas station a million times but plain n simple the old white broad don t be know what the hell she talm bout n be looking at mfs weird like she got sum to say ima keep going there but the old white bag getting attitude from now on

Filthy restroom! Fecal matter in both stalls! Urinal backed up. No soap in dispenser. I had to use sanitizer wipes when I got into my car on my drink cup? 2 stars because it's a first for me at any Parker's. Wasn't so busy, an employee could have cleaned it up? No telling what the woman's room looked like

every trashcan outside is overflowing, including the one right next to the front door. Bathrooms are disgusting with no toilet paper. The fresh food section is completely empty and unlabeled. The hot food section is empty. Beverage machines are out of order. I don t even want to buy anything at this point.

This IS NOT a convenience store. Only one cashier on duty ANY time I have visited this store. Many times up to eight to ten customers standing in line. Customer service is at an all time low !The attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Not very friendly at all. Almost down right rude, or have an attitude. If you dislike your job that much, go find another job that does not deal with the public.When there yesterday, the cashier was wearing a T-shirt and it appeared she was not wearing a bra. Said "hello" to her, and received absolutely no response.For a pleasant convenience store experience, go to a QuikTrip. Plenty of friendly staff, more than willing to assist you.

When you go to a Parkers you expect the best..but I was greatly disappointed in this local Port Royal Parkers!!It is Friday. School is out and I needed a milkshake...which by the way are really good but their machine is broken!! Not sure WHEN it will be fixed!! That is truly sad.Perhaps ladies you will need a restroom on your travels? Don't go today...the one toilet is closed and the other puts you in the dark as the lights are out!!Come on Parkers...serve Port Royal with quicker maintenance to needed repairs...serve your customers with more than fuel. You slipped from your higher standard on this location.

On vacation in Port Royal and lost my wallet in a rental. Let me start by saying I am 50 yrs old, grey hair and grey beard. I went in to by a 8 pack of beer. The older lady behind counter [white hair] told me I needed a ID to scan to buy the beer. So I proceeded to walk back to where I was staying and get my wife who is 46. My wife and I go in and she puts 2 Mike's on counter and I put my beer on counter. They tell us we cant buy the beer or drinks because both of us need IDs. Then the other old lady at the counter got snooty and told us we were not welcome there and to take our business somewhere else. I guess since were Yankees, were not welcome in these establishments. Never would give any business to this company.

I go to Parker's in Beauforr n Lady's Island n St.Helena just about every day n get my gas an coffee refill n my big Parker's cup with ice n I pay 1.45 that .38 for ice n .99 for coffee refill n I went to the one in Port Royal n they told me its 1.19 for just ice in my Parker's cup. That makes no sense that they all not on same page but all in I love Parker's.

I don't know her name but today is 10-25-22, the time was 815 ,,, a cashier with a lot of wrinkles so busy racial profiling people then you wanna call the police ,,, better start getting facts from your camera before you get a lawsuit , I will now be contacting your home office lady

Corona is on the rise here (all over South Carolina&Ga) and all protective measures have been removed from your stores? That s crazy, your employees weren t even wearing masks. I can get what I am after somewhere else. Disappointed y all are choosing to ignore facts and figures discovered through science.I won t shop here anymore.Alex Cozanitis

Apparently they're not allowed to give fuel prices over the phone it's online but the grade that I want is not all I want to know is how much the blue handle is per gallon and they wouldn't give that to me so they get a one-star have a great day

Please fix the ATM at this store. It is inoperable more than it s in service. With festival season coming up, people stopping in for cash will be greatly disappointed.
