I bought a pair of Door speakers and tweeters, installed them in myself to find out they sounded off due to installing them wrong Called the store explaining the issue and they asked if i could bring it by. Brought it by and Russell Harley helped me wire it correctly free of charge. Solid 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I ve used Russell and his crew a few times over the years and have always been very pleased! I had my car windows tinted this week, and they did my daughter s car a couple of years ago. The guys were able to take my car as soon as I could get it there, and had it done by the time I got off from work. Russell s crew made some tweaks to my car audio as well and all work has been done very professionally!Kudos to Hitts for their longevity here in Beaufort and for their service to the members of our community!

Great people and get the work done fast. My family and I have always gotten our tint done here and the work is fantastic. They keep their word on tint warranty as well. Just make sure you have your documentation of it being done there.

Our family has had multiple systems installed in several vehicles as well as window tinting and the Hitts crew have always exceeded my expectations. Russell and his crew are top notch guys and the best at what they do. Genuine straight shooters. And don t let Aarons looks fool you, he is an A number one dude and window tinter extraordinaire. The customer service at Hitts AutoSound is exceptional! I was having difficulty with audio in my new car; I am cassette era in a Bluetooth enabled vehicle! The business owner gladly helped me with information to enable me to enjoy the car's capabilities. While I was inside the business, I overheard the owner selling some equipment, and his extensive electronics knowledge was very obvious! I would recommend Hitts AutoSound to anyone who needs auto audio service and equipment!

Came to the shop to replace/upgrade my vehicle s speakers. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to get all 4 speakers replaced the same day and I was back on the road within an hour. Definitely recommend

Highly recommend going here for your audio needs! The previous owner of my husbands truck had his system all messed up and they fixed it in under a hour. Their prices are also super reasonable! We will be doing a lot more business with Hitts!

I had Hitts install a stereo in my daughter s car for her birthday and a reverse camera in my truck. The whole process was smooth, quick, well done, worry free and affordable. What more could you ask for? Don t hesitate to take your vehicle to this fine locally owned and operated business.

I came in at Christmas time to find speakers and was steered in the right direction. Prices were fair. When I came back to have them installed, the job was done quickly, squeezing the job in the same day I called.I came back a few weeks ago to have them tint my car. Once again, another wonderful job done quickly on the same day.All three employees each separate occation were extremely knowledgeable in their products and services. The hospitality and quality work make this place my local go-to.

The guy that's been working there for a while acted a bit snobby with me when I asked him about my tint job. I should have just went to my usual place but instead, got a semi bad tint that I now regret even after them "fixing" it over. I will never go back to this place again.

I took my vehicle in for some advice on how to improve my sound in my vehicle. The owner and technician were super helpful and took the time to explain their suggestions. Work was done quickly,l and at a reasonable price. Would recommend

if your looking for car audio this is the place! pricing is more than reasonable, and most important is the knowledge and customer service! there is a lot more to car audio than meets the eye. Having a professional walk you through options for your car is paramount. Do yourself a favor and stop by for great products and a fantastic customer service experience!

Russell helped me out for something non car audio related but still AV. Can't thank you enough for saving me an hour trip somewhere else. Highly recommend this place. They definitely jnow their stuff and have a great selection of car audio products!

I love hitts audio I came in there last week and told them what I was looking for and my budget and they hook me up wit a setup that I agree with.. Been in there maybe 5 - 10 minutes and I walked out with a amp and a 12 inch box for two. And I can't wait til payday so I can get my speakers... Giving myself a early birthday present.Thanks Especially to Hitts Audio...

Been having trouble with the audio in my car for a while. No one has been willing to help without charging me an arm and leg first. I brought it in to hitts and they were able to tell me the problem without charging me a dime. They fixed the problem and got me out the door the same day, all at a great price.

Guys that work there seem friendly and honest. Reasonably priced to I'd say. Not many options in Beaufort if your looking for this kind of place. Has a decent selection of goods .

Would not send anyone here got put on a waiting list to get an installation done about a month ago and still have not heard anything from them Apparently if you don't buy their overpriced stuff in store they don't care about youEdit after response from ownerSutcliffe audio had me in the very next day after i called for less than 70 dollars cheaper than hitz price, will gladly reccomend sutcliffe audio to anyone

Been to this place way back in high school when kove was hot lol. Rus and jack were the only two around for miles in the late 90s and had the best then. See you guys soon for a big skar Install!!

My subs stopped working and I went to them because the other audio store on boundary was closed, we'll I'm glad cause they suck anyways but I went in told the guy behind the desk it just stopped working, he told me to pull around back the tech guy tested both subs then the amp and found my speaker cable to be damaged he told me exactly what he was doing and even asked me to help him so icould be able to know how to fix and see what was wrong he then replaced it with an adapter and boom subs back on I asked how much he said no charge I offered him cash and he refused, you don't find people like this anymore,, people that actually just want to help and not just make a quick dollar
