Excellent Service! Both guys were incredibly friendly and took their time answering all my questions. Finally, after taking it to two other separate mechanics in Beaufort my issue was finally resolved and my SUV is now drivable again! Highly recommend to anyone!

Beaufort Auto Electric and auto repair shop was amazing to work with. I brought my 4 runner there for a 2nd opinion because I did not feel comfortable with what the dealership was recommending and the exorbitant price they were going to charge me. I m so glad I took a pause and called BAE, they answered several questions over the phone and made me feel very comfortable about bringing my vehicle in for them to look at. They were able to fix my 4 runner the very SAME DAY and for a very reasonable price. They are knowledgeable and personable and I will not hesitate to bring my vehicles back when necessary. Keep up the awesome work!!!

I stopped by this morning to have my car checked out as I am visiting our of town. Dillon was super responsive, ran a diagnostic and gave recommendations. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend.

I brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in to have a 7 pin adapter and trailer brake installed. Tim had the work done in a short time with all the wires nice and hidden.Great service at a good price. Couldn t be happier with the work.

Incredibly impressed! It can be challenging to find a reliable Volvo mechanic in Beaufort and these guys did a fantastic job. Not only did they quickly diagnose my issues, I had my car back within a few hours. Will definitely use them again, highly recommend!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I'm 16 years old and I'm pretty new with keeping up with maintenance on my car and Ray has always been our go to place! Super reliable, always fixes what's needed, and makes sure to use the high quality parts for every job. My dad and I noticed some odd lights showing up on my dashboard and wanted to check my high idle time. Ray took care of this and so much more! He changed out my battery, repaired a vacuum leak, replaced my hatch lift in the back, reset my monitors and even filled up my tires (had no idea they had low pressure). He got all of this done in a day and took care of everything that needed to be done (more than what I listed). Would totally recommend Beaufort Auto Electric above anyone else.Services: Battery service, Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Beaufort Auto Electric and Repair is the best place to take your auto especially if you are having electrical problems. I have been using this business 4 times for my cars. Each time they repaired it in a very timely matter, and especially took extra care not to dirty, or damage the car while they had it. I would like to thank Tim who took the time after hours to repair an unrelated problem that came up while driving home from the shop. Tim was able to find; in a few minutes that the #4 plug cap was loose on the spark plug causing erratic operation. Thank you very much Tim. Both Ray and Tim are very knowledgeable and professional, and I will use them again, if the situation arises.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

These guys have worked on three challenging cars. My Volkswagen thing. My triumph TR3 and my Bmw motorcycle. All were fix well the first time. As you may or may not know these are not easy vehicles to do electrical work on but these guys are real pros. I highly recommend them. JeffreyService: ElectricalService: Electrical

I called after seeing the listing on Google maps and the service column said they do suspension, to try to get a quote for repairs. Ray answered and even though I had said suspension work, took me to be a customer he already spoken to about another matter. He was rude and then informed me that he didn't do any suspension work. That's fine but I suggest you take a look at the maps site and adjust the service part to exactly what you DO provide. That way you don't have to fend off unwanted calls and can focus on the job . Just a suggestion.

Ray has been helping me for 30 years, knows his auto electrical, and genuine good Beaufortonian! Has fixed starters, alternators, and general wiring ghosts in couldn't trace on my own! Highly recommended! -Retired Marine resident since 1988.

Had a "Check Charging System" light on the dash. Turns out I needed an alternator rebuild - in & out in one day and at a very reasonable price. Not a fancy place, but they seem very competent.

I took my truck in for faulty tail lights, head lights, blinkers and brake lights. I came out of there with a $345 bill for three man hours and a replacement light switch. I'm confused because my brake lights barely worked when I was pulling out of the parking lot. The blinker switch had a blown fuse. And I'm concerned that it took three men to replace a bad light switch. Oh and some man tried to make advances at my wife while I was trying to over pay this guy for "fixing" the imminent problem at hand.

A lady in distress! In Port Royal. Knew none one since I live on Hilton head island!Called Ray from my google response. He came over, tried to help me, but couldn't. He referred me to a towing company.I didn't have cash, who carries that anymore, so I give Ray and Beaufort Auto Electric 5 stars! Ray was amazing!

They have always been far and i have not seen any auto related repair they could not fix. i own Blatchley Brake and Tire in Ridgeland and i have been doing business with them for about 20 years now. i would recommend them to everyone.

They are GENIUS! Chrysler 300 SRT8 was stalling for no reason. Had to two shops and the dealer.....nothing. Took it to rhem???? FIXED!!!!!

They do good work, but when they called me at 3:30 to let me know my car was ready, they were gone and locked up by the time I got there at 4:30
