I had them recheck my steer tires that I had balanced at another store. Then they seen another issue they readjusted.Ask what I owed them they said l was good to. I give the a big 10 stars!! Thanks!!!!

Awesome shop!!! Had some faulty work done at another location and the Staff here fixed all the issues. Even stayed late to finish the job. Went above and beyond to make sure all was right. Thank yall so much!!!

Terrible service, not once but twice! I'm a return customer and I don't appreciate being ignored so the bearded guy on the counter can casually talk on his phone, when I reminded him twice I was in a hurry! Terrible service, even worse attitude! AVOID THIS DUMP!

The guys are really friendly, accommodating, and very fast. They had us in and out for a trailer tire in no time. Will definitely be back if tire issues arise in the area again

I had a leak in my box truck and told me they can get job done once they put the seal on I can leave before it even dried up and also was raining outside. They said this Seal here drys quick and goopy go. Manager was rude and other mechanics really don t want to work at this shop. Two days out of work SMH

My grandson had looked his keys in his vehicle next door at station and the manager at Southern Tire Mart took time to help unlock the vehicle on a VERY BUSY SATURDAY. You the man.

Got me in and out, told me a hr wait was called in a hr, then flat tire fixed... Please go inside and get on the list... I want to thank the employees for a awesome job....

I bring my company truck here to the Piedmont location everytime I need something fixed. They go the extra mile while servicing my truck and they crew is great also.

Manager is Awesome and let me tell you he will knock tire of and kick new one on like if your in nascar race had me still make it on time to my drop I think he changed my tire and billed me in 20 mins total couldn't believe it and what a deal. Thanks
