Told me I needed new upper balljoints when the top nuts were just loose in the concentric bushings. Can't trust them and won't recommend them. I'll go out of my way to avoid them for now on

I've taken several vehicles here for alignments, and they always do a great job! They are honest and friendly and get your car back in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend them to others.

These guys, are my suspension and tire guys all the wit from now on! I feel like we bonded over the rainiest and colder day of the year when they took my car in and did both lower control arms at a more than fair price! They saved me once before when I hit a pothole halfway to China on 153 and it was fate that they were only .5mi away! I managed to get SOME air in the tire and they replaced it with an almost brand new run on flat at a very reasonable price.After dealing with them on that day, I knew this was the type of business I support. They don't price gouge like all of the chain tire/brakes/suspension shops that I've encountered not only in this area but across the entire nation! They're a local business which is what, in my opinion, the American people should be supporting, ESPECIALLY due to inflation as it is! This country was built on smaller local businesses and it should stay that way!My lug key disappeared somewhere when I brought my vehicle they couldn't find it for nothing and it wasn't their fault at all so I Ubered home and had to Uber right back up there to pick up my car, go buy another lug key at a rim shop (I have aftermarket crazy lugs), then take my car back to the shop with the new key and Uber back home again! They started in my vehicle at 3pm and had both lower control arms completely finished by about 10am the next morning! They also surprised me by replacing my lugs with a set that look really nice with a very common key to get them off (I told them they could cut them all off if they could when we were looking for the original tool) they also gave me back all of my old lugs with the kery I purchased the day before in a bag for me in case I wanted those ones back on as a surprise! It was very sweet and they did not have to do that but that's just the type of care you get at businesses like Powdersville Tire! They care about their customers, they're highly knowledgeable in their trade, and they will treat you fairly as can be!If you think those 20year old kids at Pep Boys, etc...know what they're doing, and you think that the huge corporations they work for are further training them in their trade or paying them well enough to care about the quality of the work done on your vehicle, you're wrong. The only excess training those national corporations provide the entire store is to UPSELL services to you which you do not need at a high price to boot. Those large corporations are too busy over charging you and underpaying their employees to care about the quality of work done on your car. Powdersville Tire genuinely cares about every customer's business!

Had a tire go out on my way to work. Stopped in and they had a good priced tire on it within 10 mins. Barely even late to work. Definitely will be back in for when I need a new set!

Came in without an appointment with a flat on my way to work & asked to buy 2 tires. They got me in immediately, showed me the tires, gave me a quote (which was very fair), after I agreed, they got them on for me and got me out the door quickly.As a younger single woman, many shops talk down to me or try to upsell but they did not. They were very kind, very professional, and fast. 10/10

The worse customer service ever, immoral owner with zero ethics, believe me or not I did not reply to the trashy words you said cos I m Muslim and carry values and ethics you can t even count them cos they are bigger than you and your family and your countryA man in your age if your a man should hold good values and principles and communication skills but you don tAll I asked you for and your mechanics to figure out what s wrong with my car and if it s repairable or not if should I replace a certain parts or not before I do alignmentSuper idiot owner I doubt if you ever went to school or learned something in your lifeThis owner attacked me in away was going to kill me but trust me you don t even scare my little cat.Don t guys go to this shop cos the owner has mental problems or maybe he is on drugs.Careful everybody before you approach this business.

I called all around Greenville looking for a trailer tire. Not only did I find the best tire price, but I also found the best service! Locally owned, southern hospitality, "back the blue" great service! Highly recommend!!

A coworker recommended Powdersville Tire and Wheel because they had aligned his car. He had commented on how nice the alignment equipment was and that he was pleased with the service and prices. I took my truck in for an alignment and found a few issues. There was some wobble in the wheel bearings and one tie rod end was bad. I was shown exactly where the issues were and given the option to bring it back the next day for repairs. I had to drop the truck off and could not stay with it. We had an agreement that it was fine to replace the wheel bearings if needed. However, when I returned I was told they were fine after being cleaned and repacked with grease. I knew I had found my new front end alignment shop. I will be back! Thanks to the fair prices and honesty!! I'm also telling all my friends!

Did work my car without getting permission, then got hostile because i questioned to see the old parts and asked why they were changed when not needed. Very unprofessional. The owner takes no responsibility for anything that happens in his shop. My issue is still present after go back and forth for hours trying to get my money back. Will never ever be back. Rear brake pads fix a front end grinding ???? sounds like a bunch of shady stuff to me.

I don't write many reviews, and the only time I do is when I feel strongly that a business deserves a compliment. This is a great local business that does excellent work and provides honest recommendations. They are also extremely helpful with unscheduled needs for service. I use PVL Tire exclusively for anything tire and brake related.

They took care of me when I was in a real bind and I deeply appreciate their help. I walked in and my tire was fixed in less than 30 minutes and I didn t have to pay through the nose for it. With truly excellent service and genuinely friendly staff (shop pup included), this place is officially my tire shop from now on.

Absolutely amazing service. We were on a trip with a horse trailer and 2 horses from NC to Alabama. We called in a panic when the truck brakes were smelling and shaking. They got us right in, found the issues, and put a whole new brake system on all 4 wheels. Super nice, accommodating, and honest. 100% recommend

Stopped in with a nail in my tire. My daughter and I were still having fun with the shop dog Bandit when our tire was finished. I had also asked the status of my tires in general and they said they were good and didn't try to upsell me. So thankful to have such a quick repair (like 10 minutes) and will go back if we have any other tire issues.

Brought a car in here for simple diagnosis, instead of diagnosing my issue, they simply replaced the rear pads (which still had 4-50% life left, and didn t fix my problem. They didn t call or ask, just did it and then expected me to pay when I stopped by to see if they found my issue. The issue was still present, as shockingly enough replacing rear brake pads doesnt fix a grinding noise in the front of the car. When we confronted them, they more or less refused to take any responsibility for, or even acknowledge that it was wrong to perform work without going over it with the customer, and essentially blamed us for taking the car here. Basically implying that if you come here, you should be expecting shady business practices. Frail shaky old owner jammed his finger in my chest and banned me from his shop whilst I was respectful with him the whole time. Don t come here unless you want to regret it

People there are super nice. I went in to get a tire fixed after finding a nail in my sidewall. The men were quick and professional and didn't mind keeping company and talking to me. They replaced my tire with a almost brand new tire that rides super smoothly for only $45 which I thought was great considering the amount of tread still on it. Also without asking they Aldo checked all 3 of my other tires and fixed their tire pressure as well. What an amazing service they did considering their prices. I will definetlt be going there from now on.

My visit was just moments ago, and the best experience I have ever had with a tire shop. He was friendly and kind from the moment I called to the moment I left. He allowed me to see all that he had to do even made suggestions so told my Husband (that doesn t listen) already. Prices are the best I ve seen also. So if you are looking look no more. I have a great feeling that he treats all of his clients the same, and put the same energy into his work. That is always appreciated. A little always go a long way.

Owner is always up front and extremely nice. Really treats everyone with same kind fair service. I ve gone there so many times for nails in my tires and low tire pressure he always get me in and out and has a great staff! Highly recommend this small business

We have had several sets of tires, brakes and rotors replaced here. They are your average tire shop in my experience... nothing special. Nice people but they do not value customer service. They do not always call when your vehicle is ready, even when you ask, nor call to pre-approve work they think is needed, just expect you to pay whatever is due when you show up.

They aligned my car after a competitor tried charging me a ton of money for work I was told that I needed. These guys are very fair and honest. I want to slam the other shop but i will on their site review. Thank you guys for helping this disabled veteran. Wish I could give more than five stars.

This is unfortunate. I had a relatively good experience my first time here, although the reason I was there was very simple and straightforward. This time, I called to ask if they provided a particular service, and what the cost might be to have it looked at, along with when they have availability. The gentleman became quite argumentative about giving a cost and was very demeaning with how he spoke to me. I tried to clarify I wasn't asking for a quote and only a diagnostic cost, when he rudely stated he "doesn't charge for what he doesn't fix" then hung up on me when I started asking when he'd have availability.I'm not sure if he's just having a bad day or what, but I'll need some sort of reconciliation to continue doing business here. To the owner, I welcome any attempt to make this right, but until then this review will stand and I'll take my business elsewhere.

I brought my truck in about a week ago with a flat front tire. I had to use fix a flat to get it here and informed the owner. He told me I would need to pay a cleaning fee and I agreed. I left my vehicle and called at the end of the day to make sure it was done, and it was. I paid the bill happily and drove away.Today 10-2-2017 I am back because I happen to be walking up on my vehicle from a far and noticed they had mounted the tire with the white letters out while the remaining three were opposite.I get people make mistakes , even one so simple. I called and spoke to the owner who said "bring it by and we will fix it but I don't know how we would have done that"Upon showing up I waited about 3 minutes for him to finish his story about the over priced food on his last vacation. I explained it again and he told me to have a seat and he will get to it as soon as he can. He took another 10-minutes to finish his story.While sitting to wait a nice enough dog strolls up and licks my arm leaving my arm hair matted with drool. Now I like dogs, have a great Dane myself, but the dog stinks badly and it's breath no better. The dog is now barking randomly for no reason while two people wait in the lobby when it is not biting at all the fleas it has.After waiting 20 minutes a guy covered in black grease ask me for my keys. He happily moves my truck in the bay with his greasy hands. Luckily I have black interior but I am picky about keeping it clean none the less. But after going to the bathroom to wash the drool off I figured out why, no soap or paper towels.Doesn't care about your timeDidn't call when the vehicle was doneDoesn't take care of the customers after they make mistakesCareless pet ownerObviously no quality controlTotal time in this place about 55 minutes to fix their screw up, an astonishing 20 of it fixing the tire. They obviously have some inexperienced kids goofing off.Sucks that with the owner standing at the counter their is no more care given for he customers.

I was very blessed that l went to this tire shop. I was late getting there and the tires l needed was in their warehouse. The owner politely said ,we will make this happen even though it was gonna make them stay later than they should have. Thank you so much!! Great service and very polite!! I recommend everyone in the area give them a visit when you need tires! Thanks again!!!
