Recommend 100%, true and honest people, fast service. Our truck and trailer broke down, we had issue with air dryer and the guy came and replaced everything in 1 hour. Did the excellent job! Reasonable prices.

I park my truck here overnight never had any issues. Just had a complete tuneup with oil change and a few tires changed. Perfect service. They even do service calls. Have had multiple services here never had any issues! Would highly recommend

There was a problem with a tire and a DEF pump. The guys replaced all in a few hours. They re real professionals in their field, they work smoothly, quickly and efficiently. I recommend it to everyone

Top tier service! Took my semi truck in to get alignment done, very friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. Looks like they work on Volvo, Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliners. Will be coming back for future service.

The mechanics are very knowledgable and know what they are doing. Pricing is very fair and the turnaround time was quick considering the amount of work that needed to be done.

Stopped into this new shop to get my PM done on my rig, great service all around. Zack the tech had me in an out fairly fast , Hunter the service writer was friendly while seeing that i got the service that i wanted. Overall thoughts fair prices and ample parking.Nice little pond out back to go chill by once they get the area cleaned up a bit more which is a nice touch for me.... Not your typical big 5 stop which i refuse to use i like places like this more than anything.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Tried this shop out as have had bad experiences at other shops nearby to find dependable and reliable mechanic shop near my house to be able to get work done on truck while on home time and what a surprise from the service writers Mark And Vlad they definitely deserve mention along with all there mechanics even though they were swamped and backed up they got me in and all repairs were done in timely manner and quality of work was par none and even pricing was unbelievable they don t take advantage and rip you off like a lot of other shops do now a days will definitely be my home mechanic shop thanks to everyone for helping out and getting me done in timely manner already sent your info to other friends and family that are in the trucking industry and will refer you in future to people looking in this area Thanks

The best place to get ur semi or semi trailer fixed or serviced. Great workers Zack and Vlad are pretty awesome. The owner Oleg is really chill. Probably the best owner for a buisness like this I would give them 10 stars but they only let me do 5. Great job guys keep up the good work. We are definitely satisfied customer.

Had a truck break down in Greenville. Was referred here by a friend. New shop but excellent service, looks like a fresh remodel as well. Alicia took her time to explain all issues on my truck and worked with me to get my driver in & out before our next pickup. I don't usually take the time to do this, but the experience I had with Piedmont Truck Service is worth sharing! I stopped at Pilot off of 85S to fuel up. After doing so and going inside, I came back to find that my truck wouldn't start. I saw a sign with this number, so I called. Alicia, THE ABSOLUTE SWEETEST WOMAN ALIVE, answered the phone. She told me immediately that she didn't have a technician available for road service, HOWEVER - she took the time to get the information about my truck and the situation, and put me on the line with a technician by the name of Hunter. He gave me some information and a couple of suggestions of what the issue might be, (he was right by the way) apologized for not being able to personally assist, and then transferred me back to Alicia. She then took the time to contact another Roadside guy, gave him all of my information, location, and issue, and called me back to tell me that he was on the way! She too apologized for not being able to assist me personally, but said that she wanted to make sure that I was taken care of!If this is the kind of treatment you get from Alicia and Hunter when they CAN'T help you, I can only imagine when they can! Hats off to y'all! I will be stopping in the next time I'm in the area!
