First thing I noticed about Next Gen was how clean and professional the grounds and staff were. Both owners were very good at communicating, and both were extremely cordial. Any issues or questions I had, they did a great job at answering, and actually showing me the issue firsthand. Every single person in the facility was hard at work at all times, prices were fair, and I was given an itemized break down for each repair before hand. I was also asked about additional needed repairs before they were done. I'll definitely be back, if I need a locally owned shop to take care of my vehicles.

The team from Next Gen was not only professional but showed their expertise in every detail, my van now looks better than the day I drove it out of the showroom. I had factory paint defect on our roof and hood and they got it looking back like new. I am absolutely amazed by the workmanship and end results . On top of the quality, their customer service was exceptional and their facilities fresh & clean. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

Had this crew repair my door after another vehicle did some damage to it. From booking the appointment, the updates during the process, all the way to the final result - everything was first class. The pictures speak for themselves, this business knows how to do quality work!! I m super picky with who I trust my cars with, especially for paint work because it takes skill & detail orientation. Will definitely be bringing all my future car needs to these guys!!! Would do more than five stars if it was allowed.

A+++ Highly recommend Next Gen Collision and Performance. Top notch customer service and their work is impeccable. Hood repainted, trunk/spoiler repainted and fixed the rear bumper (looks brand new). Owners are straight forward and honest, great family business to support. I will definitely bring my other vehicles back here for repair. No need to look for another shop, Next Gen is the only place you'll ever need!!!

They did an amazing job on my 2013 Ford Explorer. My car looks new! They painted the bumpers, hood, and fender. Also buffed the whole thing! Black is a hard color to buff sometimes but they a great job. Their customer service is also top notch. Highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying don t look anywhere else! Next Gen is the place to go!! I drive a blue 1996 Honda civic and to my concern I was worried that my car was going to be a total loss but of course next gen make sure that wasn t going to happened. They repaired my one and only baby that I loved so much! If only y all my face, I was the happiest that I wanted to cry. Not only they repaired the damage and repainted it they washed and vacuumed my car when I picked it up. Let me also mentioned that the lady in the front office named Priscilla, she would call me to keep me up to date about my vehicle and any other information when it comes to the repairs or insurance. Thank you to everyone at Next Gen & thank to my good friend who recommended me to them. 40 mins in the rain to drop it off and pick it up was so worth it!

I trust these Men with all my body shop needs. They are tedious, professional, and treat you like family. When I picked up my car it was out front, cleaned and even the interior was spotless. They took care of me and did an amazing job on my vehicle and went over my exceptions.

Took my 2013 Challenger to Next Gen with dent, dings, chips, scratches and 11 years of wear and tear and got back a factory showroom quality finish. I was blown away by the results. The team at Next Gen is great to work with and very friendly. Quality work all the way around. No complaints at all.

Highly recommend Next Gen Collision & Performance! They re a nice family owned business with decades of experience. They really do take pride in their work and treat every customer with care and each vehicle like it s their own. You can t even tell of the damage that was on my Avalon. And pearl can be hard to match! But they matched it perfectly to me. Nice work!

I was sent to next gen on the recommendation from a friend. I m so happy he sent me there. I m someone who typically does everything myself because I don t trust other people to do it correctly or take the same care that I would.From the moment I walked into next gen I felt at home. Everyone there was super nice, kind, and courteous. I originally went for an estimate and the process couldn t have been more smooth. The damage I was having repaired was fairly minimal (see photos) but even so, I figured it would take a little bit to get the estimate back. Nope! They looked at everything I wanted done, took some photos and had me an estimate within about 20 min from the time I walked in the door.The estimate was extremely fair and I scheduled the work. While they had the truck, the communication was top notch. They sent me updates on the progress and let me know when they expected to be finished with it.Once it was done and I arrived to pick it up I was blown away. The repair was absolutely the highest quality. There s absolutely no remnants of the previous damage. I also asked them to do some PDR on a dent in the door and even though I ve been looking at it for 2 years and being irritated by it, even I can t find where it used to be because the repair is just that good.To top it all off, the final price was exactly what was estimated. No surprises. I can t say enough good things about Next Gen. They took care of my truck as if it were their own and did a top notch repair. If I ever need any more body/paint work done, it ll be done at Next Gen and yours should too.The pics attached are before and after a of the bed, and the door where the PDR was done.

I dropped my bumper off to be painted and installed on my car. Excellent set up shop cleaned my car as well after the install. Quality of work 10/10 and customer service 10/10. Great communication from the team with me. Would recommend this shop for any paint or bodywork needs!

Next Generation Collision did an excellent job replacing our damaged bumper. I was very impressed with their modern facility and waiting room. They also have a car mechanic in house. Owners are friendly and easy to work with, don't hesitate to call.

Best shop I ve been to. They know what they re doing and will take care of your vehicle with care. It s an hour away from me, but I trusted them over any others shops. Their prices are good especially if you have to pay out of pocket. They ll give you the best prices for their part as well as mechanic labor.

Great shop! They got my car back I'm shape after it was hit. Very quick turnaround and super communicative. I shopped around quite a bit prior to going with Next Gen and I'm so glad I did. I'll definitely be coming back (hopefully don't have to) if I need any more work done!

They gave me a low quote and did the job better than I have seen in all the painting I have had done on my vehicles. They were professional, kind, and cared about their workmanship. This will be the only place I take my vehicle for body and paint repairs.

This place was Genuinely off the charts! They got my car fixed/repaired way faster than expected. The owner was really helpful and did extra things out of his way to make sure my car was fixed/ working perfectly. The lady working up front was super nice and hospitable and helped me with everything I needed! Lovely people, awesome place! Would highly recommend anyone to use them.P.S. The front office room smells amazing so make sure you check that out.

Great job on my car! And great customer service! Had an issue come up, and I called to see if they could take me in for an estimate. Was able to provide an estimate right away. Order part and provide fixing to my vehicle as quickly as possible. Next Gen Collision and Performance is a small family owned business who takes care of their customers.

NextGen Collision is a wonderful business. They are professional, experienced, and timely! They did an amazing job on my 4Runner. Wow! The body work is fantastic it looks better than it did before my accident, and I got my car back quickly (which has been a much better experience than past experiences at prior body shops). I will be using this company again and referring my family and friends to use their services as needed, I highly recommend Next Gen! Call them today you won t regret it.

"Let me begin saying this the way they treated me took me back to time that I thought was lost. Outstanding!!!!! Scheduling the inspection and drop off was super easy, I was very nervous but they made me feel very comfortable. They were so friendly and communicative about the repairs. Every person I met there was professional and personable. It was a good experience and I would recommend this business whole heartably.I did not have to wait to get an estimate, was done promptly and repaired in a week. Beautiful work, I am so happy with it. You can t beat the work they do and very reasonable. I wish I had taken a before picture to show the superb work they did! Looks like a new car. VERY SATISFIED!!

I got into an accident in February, and it was a distressing process. Fortunately, Garett's towing took my car to Next Gen Collision and Performance, where I met Priscilla and Aneldi.Their integrity, kindness, and patience blew me out of the water. They were very accommodating, patient, informative, and communicative right from the beginning.Priscilla maintained great communications throughout the weeks my vehicle was in their care. She kept me informed and reassured that my car would be well taken care of. She was accessible and responsive to all my inquiries from parts delay to going over line items on the repair list.Aneldi explained the repair needed, and he went over everything that was completed afterward. He was honest and clear about what had to be done and assured me that my car would be back in its original condition from the smallest bolt to the largest parts. Their son also did a great job to match my paint perfectly. They helped me keep my battery warranty with the dealership/tires and guaranteed their work on all the parts they repaired.Overall, they went above and beyond to keep me updated with parts delays and repair progress, liased between me and the insurance company, they were willing to work with me until I was satisfied. I can't emphasize how genuine, kind, and friendly they are.I moved here almost 4 years ago and was never able to find a good autimotive shop or have any loyalty to any specific mechanic, but they have earned my trust and confidence as a repeat customer for future services, referrals as well as this perfect 5 star review.

In regards to my recent experience at the Next Gen. Collision shop. I knew right away that this was not your normal car body shop. The owners went out for there way to make the experience as pain free as possible. Basically I was treated like a person and not just a number. They also made the experience of dealing with my Insurance company a breeze. I just felt comfortable leaving my truck with them. My truck is perfect again and I am very impressed. The environment is very clean along with the shop, the people working here are extremely nice and hard working. They get you in and out in no time. The mechanical side of the shop is also very knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do. Would highly recommend this shop!

Beginning to end the best experience I have had at a body shop! The estimate process was easy and the work was on schedule. My truck looks like new and they even washed it and vacuumed out the inside! 10/10 would recommend.
