Mr. Rogers tires is so awesome! They really helped me out and looked out for me on 2 tires. I was a little short on money and they was very understanding and still worked with me. I highly recommend these guys, they are honest and straight forward with you.. This is the place to come if in need of tires and mechanical work done to your car. Tell them Tasha sent you!!!

My mother took her car over to this garage decided to give them a chance since close by first of all she paid too much for a 2000 Cavalier $709 for a radiator job radiator brand new was $185 and when she got the car back screws was left off the hood area so it wouldn t close right! When she took it to them again to repair she reported he said that it wasn t done by them and she told them as I know to be true that it was closing fine before. He replied that s what they all say my mom is older and doesn t deserves to be talked to that way took everything I had not to pay them a visit! But I figured between this review and the Better Business Bureau as well as making it mission to spread the word on them I will do! This business will not prosper doing people like this charging prices they do! God will handle this business better than I could! So I m Putting them and there business practices in Gods hands and watch him handle it!

Had a problem with my car overheating. Took my car to this place and they never fixed the problem. It was a hose they were supposed to replace and they didn t. Paid almost $600 to get my car fixed and seems like my car is even worse after taking it here. It s still overheating so I don t know what they called themselves fixing. They just wanna take your money and not fix anything. So my advice to anyone is don t take your car here. It s a rip off!!!!! And then they don t answer the phone. Tried to call them to let them know my car still isn t fixed and nobody answered the phone.

I made a reservation to pick up a UHaul trailer from Mr. Rogers, and while I understand that them not having the correct trailer was an error on UHaul s end and not their end, the customer service I received was abysmal. I arrived early for my reservation time, and they got to me a few minutes late asking if I could wait because they were busy. I explained that no I couldn t wait, that I was on time constraints due to moving that day, and needed the trailer at my scheduled time. The man got an attitude with me and told me I had to understand . This was after I heard this same mechanic telling a customer outside that it was too early in the morning for her to come here pissing him off. He eventually went to look for the trailer but said they didn t have the correct one that matched my reservation number. Again, not their fault. However, getting an attitude with me when I explained I couldn t wait past my scheduled pick up time is unacceptable. My family has had amazing experiences with Mr. Rogers in the past, but I can t say I ll be returning.

Good customer service.... Not sure if they competent of what they doing... "same tire" interpreted as different brand, pushed to buy second tire and still endup with 2 different tires... not sure why they cannot order same maching tires? Apparently it is very difficult task... not recommend to deal with them... giving them 2 stars for customer service, otherwise 1...

Mr. Rogers provides top notch service and he is someone that I can trust because he is honest and also very affordable. I had a tune up and oil change today, and his team did an outstanding job. AMAZING Service!! I am from out of town and I had two flat tires. Rogers offered to grab two wheels from a local junkyard along with changing my tires, they went above and beyond. Highly recommend, the service was incredible.Service: TiresService: Tires

I can't say enough good things about this place. They are honest, reliable, and trustworthy. My wife and I have used their services a few times now, and it's always a great experience. They don't try to "find" things wrong with the vehicle, nor do they try to overcharge you for service. I always go to Mr. Roger's Tires & Towing. I made the mistake of going elsewhere one time and almost paid the price of a ruined engine. Of course, Mr. Rogers saved the day AND at a great price! The entire staff is so incredibly nice. I can always trust and count on their service. I've experienced same day service every time we've needed them. I highly recommend this shop!

Great family owned and operated shop. Mr. Roger was extremely kind and helpful. I brought over my own new tires without an appointment and he mounted and balanced them right away. He even went above and beyond to make sure my big tires cleared on my truck and didn t charge me extra. I will definitely be going back next time I need something done.

Absolutely awesome place. I ve been going to NTB by my house because I can walk home if there s anything that will take a while. 3 times I ve gone recently they basically shrugged and said I dunno why it s doing what you said. But we found (other problem) that needs to get fixed. But the other night my car lost all power and I had to leave it at a church. Called Mr.Rogers Tire first thing in the morning and he picked the car up and had it done in just a couple hours, running good as new. Needed an alternator and a new serpentine belt, they called me and just gave me the facts and how much it would be, and was probably half the price it would have been had I taken it to a chain place, and way faster. I drive for a living and had to work later that day and he took care of me. I was at work on time thanks to them.Honest people who try their best to take care of you. Couldn t be happier.

What a nice surprise to find such a helpful, courteous and accommodating business. I had a flat tire on a rim that I needed help with. They filled it, checked it out thoroughly while I waited and couldn't find an issue. It's 90 degrees, they took the time to find out what I needed and tried to help! Refreshing human experience. I had a minor coolant leak in my wifes car and took it to see what it was. They found where it appeared to be coming from and showed me and we both agreed what it was. It was a simple overflow cap that had failed but later on I found out it was the heater hose but no fault to them because I didn't want to pay for a fool proof pressure test. Needless to say once I ordered the part and couldn't get it installed I took it back and they had it done in no time and for a unbelievable price. For the total I paid on both trips with a fixed vehicle when I left it would have cost me more at the dealership just for them to tell me what the problem was. He has always got my stuff right and went the extra mile to insure rim was clean on inside unlike many others will just slap a tire on and call it good...I travel a long ways just to go to his shop just do to his quality!

This is one place I highly recommend. Mr. Roger's Tires & Towing was the only place in the city that took the time to assist us with an emergency flat tire. The knowledge and professional is superior. Thanks to you all my family and I were able to make it back home to Georgia safely!

I went in 8/20/2019 to have an alignment done and have my front end looked over, as I was having issues with my brakes. They diagnosed it as a lower control arms needing to be replaced. I paid for that, an alignment, and four new tires.9/20/2019 I m back in the shop, with a destroyed ball joint and calipers, needing a new alignment, but I don t think much of it, as I d recently driven out of state to return to school, and assumed it was wear and tear catching up. The mechanic, however, was concerned the damage wasn t new, and was surprised I d been given an okay to drive.This past week, Feb 2021, I was back in the shop for an unrelated issue, and after having a diagnostic done, was notified both lower control arms needed replacing, as they hadn t been replaced in years. They didn t believe it had been done a little over a year ago, when I showed them my invoice from Mr. Roger s Tires. I understand natural wear and tear, and this wasn t it. The work was either half done or not done at all. Once I put two and two together, I realized why my entire brake system and front alignment was jacked the year before.I wouldn t trust this place to do an alignment or any repairs. I m paying again to have done what should ve been done to begin with. What should ve taken $500 is now costing four times as much to correct.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

Mr. Rogers Tire is a honest business you can trust to take your car for repairs or to get tires.I highly recommend him. He and his staff will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied and happy when they leave.

They were quick to mount my tires but when I asked how much to mount two tires on loose wheels they told me the price of each without say "per" or "each" so it was double what they quoted. Didn't even change the valve stems.

Service here is TERRIBLE!!!! HE does terrible work!!! How hard is it to put a fuel pump on? I guess to a real mechanic it would not be but Mr Rogers yes!! I dont even think he is a certified mechanic. The new person I had my car towed to was great and my car runs great now. I will never go back to this shop. He gets no star from me.
